Victor was a great help in suggesting layout and placement of cabinets to make the kitchen functional and easy to use. He worked willingly with my ideas and made suggestions as to how to make the kitchen even more efficient and workable, which I really appreciated.
I was extremely impressed with all of Venetian’s tradesmen. His highly skilled professionals who know their craft well, and do excellent jobs, arrived at arranged times, were respectful of property, and who cleaned up each day before leaving. I never waited for someone who didn’t show up or who was severely late. Victor came by regularly to oversee the progress and speak with the tradesmen and me. In between his visits, he was always just a phone call away and would get back to me in a timely manner if reached out to him with questions or thoughts.
I now have a stunning, beautiful, functional new kitchen.

We went with Venetian to install 2 bedroom closets. Their work was excellent and the closets were finished in a week. Their craftsman, Sam, was a serious worker taking care of every detail. We highly recommend Venetian for your home remodeling.

I had Venetian do a total renovation of a large bathroom: double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, sunken soaking tub, dressing area, lighting, walls, painting, new entrance, tile floor. I had a clear vision of what it would be, but no experience in describing that to workmen or buying fixtures.
Victor (bless his heart) had endless patience with me. His partner, Ramin, and workmen were experts. The worksite was always need and orderly at end of day.
The project took three months and cost a bit more than I expected, but I am satisfied because I have my dream.

Excellent experience! This was our first time doing a remodel. The powder bath in our new home needed wallpaper removal, wall retexture, paint, lighting, custom cabinet & countertop. I recently hired Venetian Kitchen & Bath for my kitchen gut renovation, including a switch from a gas to an induction stovetop. The team provided high quality craftsmanship at an attractive price. Victor went out of his way to search his showroom for cabinets that matched exactly what I wanted. I was pleased with the quality and selection of cabinets and countertops Venetian offered. The team (including electrical, demo, cabinets, and plumbing) was friendly, respectful, and highly skilled. We decided to update our 28-year-old galley style laundry room. Working with Victor at Venetian, it was a great experience.

He worked with our budget. His showroom was well-stocked with choices for the counters, tile, and cabinets. The turnaround time was amazingly fast. His team were friendly, tidy and skilled. Most importantly, the punchlist items were all addressed to our satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Venetian Kitchen and Bath if you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen. What started out as us just wanting to give our local neighborhood businesses some our business..ended up being a really good decision. After interviewing a few contractors in our town, we decided on Venetian. Mainly because of meeting Victor. He was kind and actively listened to what we desired in a full kitchen remodel. It was important to me to find someone that listened carefully but offered critical expertise as well. Victor and his team were very good, showing up on time and worked efficiently and carefully everyday to create my wonderful kitchen. Victor was on the job daily sometimes twice a day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Each team of workers ( demo, stucco, flooring, cabinets, quartz, plumbing and electrical ) were very skilled and so hard working. They each took great pride in their skills and made sure I was pleased with their respective tasks. I was picky and they were pickier. They wanted their work to be great. The project was very timely as well. A good contractor is key, but a contractor that is very kind and listens carefully is critical to a job well done. Thank you Victor!

Jeff has remodeled two bathrooms and a basement for us, and unfortunately, we are out of projects to work with him on (for now). He was fantastic as were the rest of the folks he brought into our home over the last couple of years. He treats your house like his own, and all of the workers are very respectful. After our regular handyman retired, I found it difficult to find reliable services for our household projects. Balancing cost and quality of work is always a challenge when relying on unknown service providers. With a recent shower remodel, I even found it difficult to get return calls for quotes through services like Angie’s List and Home Advisor. Enter Jeff Dunn from Get Things Dunn. As the general contractor, Jeff managed the entire project from start to finish. He performed some of the work himself (framing, drywall, shower door install etc…) but brought in his trusted network for other parts of the project (demo crew, plumber, and tile company). I love that he didn’t try to do everything himself- having specialists perform each part of the project ensured the quality was top notch! He also kept everything within budget and was far below all other quotes I received for the job. Jeff is knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. Before starting the job, he emailed me a detailed description of the scope of work, materials cost, and an hourly estimate of the work to be done. He also got the quotes and coordinated all the work with the subcontractors- this was a huge benefit! I didn’t need to spend hours managing the project myself. He and his team members would always show up on time and were very courteous in our home. He finished on budget, and we were thrilled with the result. Recently had our master bath renovated, and are very pleased with the results. Jeff is very pleasant to work with, and does a good job of keeping you up to date on the job progress. His prices are very reasonable, and there were zero curve-balls throughout the project.

I keep a running to-do list of small house repairs such as touch-up painting, drywall crack repair, handrail mounting. I felt so fortunate to meet Jeff Dunn of Get Things Dunn! Jeff is willing to estimate the cost of and complete these small repairs himself, in between larger contracting and remodeling jobs.
For a bigger project, Jeff will bring in other professional contractors. He facilitated the installation of a whole house emergency generator for us by coordinating all the necessary electrical, plumbing and concrete work.
Jeff is very professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous in his work. I'm so appreciative!
