I recently needed some remodeling done to my kitchen and bathroom. I’m pretty indecisive when it comes to what I want and superintendent Ramiro Alvarez was absolutely spectacular through the entire process. He was friendly, efficient, and made my overall remodeling experience absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this company and Ramiro for any of your remodeling needs. I definitely looking forward to working with Green Bay Remodeling in the future and will definitely be telling my friends where to go!

Green Bay Remodeling renovated our entire home over a span of 8 months. Joseph coordinated everything along the way including working with the city over permits, recommendations and contact with vendors over all supplies, appliances, etc., engineers, inspections, workers for demolition/building/renovation, and everything else involved in making a home into a Skelton then piecing it back together into our wonderful home.

We hired Green Bay in July of 2021 to handle a major kitchen remodel in our Victorian home, including removing the existing dropped ceiling. They were the only contractor we spoke to who were willing to investigate whether that was possible (spoiler: it was. Someone just... put a drop ceiling in for cosmetic reasons, it had no structural value), and they were also then willing to take on the project. We did experience some delays, primarily related to pandemic shortages of materials and delivery, but Green Bay was good about going over the details and plans with us, and did not begin work until we had all of the materials on site (except for the custom cabinets, and we had a firm delivery date for those). There was one major hiccup once things got under way - the cabinet people, who were also the countertop people (and who are a separate company from Green Bay) - botched our countertop delivery, so we had to pause with half a kitchen for four weeks, which sucked. The contractors all seemed quick and friendly (Alan, Mario, and Jorge), and to know what they were doing (as far as I can tell, anyway), and we're very happy with the results. Josef was the lead on our project, taking over about halfway through after the departure of our original project manager, and he was great. Very communicative, friendly, and polite; very willing to follow up and find answers to things. We ended up asking for some minor additional work (put the old kitchen cabinets in the workshop; add some trim around the kitchen doors, that sort of thing), and they were very accommodating. No project of this scale is ever going to go perfectly smoothly, but I felt comfortable working with Green Bay, and the results have been great so far.

We're entering our third week of our kitchen remodel with Green Bay and can't believe how far things have progressed. More importantly, the professionalism and expertise that Noy, Issac, Francisco, and team have exhibited gives us confidence and excitement for what's to come. We purchased a home in tiburon 2 years ago and worked with Isaac from green bay remodeling to remodel our kitchen earlier this year. Their team did an excellent job and I would recommend Green Bay to all my friends, family and neighbors!

My husband and I did a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout our whole house, and remodeled the fireplace with Green Bay. We worked with Joseph and he was wonderful. I honestly can't believe how many hours and how hard these guys work. They completed our project on time and within budget. They were flexible when some of the products that we wanted were delayed due to the nationwide delays and supported us every step along the way. Joseph was willing to help us with extra steps along the way and gave me honest feedback about design elements when I would ask. Just finished our full home remodel in san rafael. We called several companies out to help us with our vision. Once we met isaac we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. In the intial consultaion he listened to us and gave helpful suggestions, creative ideas and set realistic expectations coupled with transparent communication. We spent about 3 months doing design, planning and material selection as well as permitting. The project from demo to completion for a full home femodel on a 2400 SF home took about 13 weeks! We cannot be happier with the timeline, finished quality and professionalism

I was so apprehensive to start my first home improvement project. My kitchen was in need of a remodel, and my friends have told me their disaster stores of their experiences working with other contractors..
But oh WOW, it was a pleasure working with the team at Green Bay San Rafael. The initial consolation took about two hours, a lot of my questions got answered and I had a couple concerns since it was my first remodel but by the end of my consultation it was all addressed and i felt way more comfortable to go ahead and start my first project!!
They really did a a great job of walking me through step by step i was kept always inform of whats the next step from design meeting up to completion!
Now that my Kitchen is complete (Under 5 weeks!!)
I started already thinking about my next project, my primary bathroom, and yes theres no doubt I'll call Green bay remodeling to come and help me with my next project.
Definitely will highly recommend to all my family and friends that looking to upgrade their home.

First things first, our project manager, Danny, was amazing and very responsive giving us everything we could ask for and more. Ramiro, the superintendent, helped Danny and visited daily to keep the crew on track. My mother and I have an older house in Novato, and we needed a lot of work done including redoing both bathrooms and our kitchen. The work that Green Bay Remodeling did was beyond expectations and was finished within the time frame given. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like the this company deserves one and the five stars along with it. I highly recommend GBR to all my friends and family and advise you to have no hesitation when choosing them for your own interior home remodel.

I absolutely love my new bathroom!!! Thanks to Danny and the crew from Green Bay Remodeling in San Rafael!! From the first minute we met, Danny was very professional and insightful! Without having committed to working with Danny he shared his initial ideas, what was required by code and where we had flexibility. I really appreciated that! The other companies I contacted just provided me with a quote, but didn’t share any design ideas.

As the project started Danny followed up on a daily basis! He was super responsive and patient, responding to the many questions I had along the way! And if adjustments had to be made, Danny and his team always found a way! I really felt that he was there with me to design the bathroom of my dreams!

And I am so happy, as it turned out exactly how we planned it! Overall, the project took a bit longer than initially planned, but it was so worth it! The goal of this remodel was to remove a loadbearing wall, update our fireplace and family room and complete a full kitchen remodel with relocation to open up the space And make it more conducive for family time together!
I cannot begin to express enough how much this remodel has changed how much time my family spends with each other. Having this new enlarged concept living kitchen Area, makes it Feel like home!

We couldn’t be happier with the new bathroom Green Bay built for us. And the process of getting it done was a surprisingly pleasant journey.
To start, we worked with Green Bay to develop the plan and select the finishes. They put together a working plan, and then a 3D model (with our finish materials included) which helped
us understand what the bathroom would look like before the work started.
Once the work started, the crew showed up every day, on time. They worked hard, cleaned up as they worked, then left everything in order at the end of the day. The guys were friendly,
polite, and thoughtful - one even went to the end street to smoke. As for the work, the framing, plumbing, and electrical, were all well done, and the tile person is an artist.
The Green Bay Project Manager checked in regularly to see how the work was going, and to see how we were doing. When issues came up - as they always do - the PM saw to it that they were resolved quickly and that we were pleased with the resolution. For example, when the planned extra-wide shampoo niche wouldn’t fit, he worked with the crew to squeeze in 2
niches and then made sure we approved the design before moving forward with the work.
This was a tricky job; a tiny space inside a 120-year-old house (nothing level or square), a tight timeline, and a demanding homeowner. Green Bay did a great job and we couldn’t be happier.

We were looking for contractors to complete an ADU in the backyard of our home in Corte Madera. After seeing news articles about anchor, tiny homes, and the nightmare that’s so many clients experienced with them. It was important for us to find someone we can trust.
When interviewing contractors we met with Isaac from Green Bay remodeling . After our initial three hour meeting with Isaac, we scheduled the second meeting in his office. After speaking with Isaac throughout these two meetings, we had a complete understanding of our project. We entered an agreement with Green Bay remodeling feeling very confidence about the journey we were about to undergo.
Throughout the permit process, Isaac proved to be invaluable with his knowledge of all codes and working with the city to help expedite our permit approval .
We are up to the finishing touches of the interior of our 600 square-foot one bed, one bath ADU and wanted to post this to Isaac and the complete Green Bay team for making this a smooth and easy process .

We hired Greenbay to remodel our kitchen and we are thrilled with the results. Working with Isaac was smooth from beginning to end, every issue was dealt with quickly and professionally, communication was consistent and we always felt in the loop.We interviewed multiple companies but to us the choice was clear and we do not regret our decision. The construction crew was punctual, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The tile setters, painters, and woodworkers clearly took pride in a job well done, and gave even small details their full attention and care. The crew was respectful of our privacy throughout. Every part of the project was done with care to protect the rest of the area from plaster dust and debris. When electrical issues needed troubleshooting, Green Bay went all out to address them thoroughly, and stayed with it until we had an excellent result. Danny and the construction foremen organized a complicated schedule and kept us apprised of what work would be done when. They were excellent communicators and extremely reliable. Green Bay Remodeling will be our first choice when we tackle the the rooms of our home that we didn't address this time around. I highly recommend them for your remodeling projects.

I am not one to review but wanted to really highlight this company for my kitchen remodel.
As a client who has never done remodeling before, I am so glad I reached out to Green Bay. From the very beginning they were very knowledgeable and professional about how to run a project and make it run smoothly. My initial consultation was with Project Manager Yessica- she is very knowledgeable, organized, had lot of design ideas, and always went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind. Our initial consultation lasted for a few hours and I was able to receive all the information I needed for my kitchen remodel : how and why the project was priced the way it was, the timeline for the project (from permit being submitted to completing the project), what materials to use and where to source them from, and how payments would work for progress of the project. I felt like our kitchen remodel was a bit complicated as we had to knock down a wall to open kitchen into the living room space. Something very important to me was for the crew members to be very careful as I have 3 kids and 1 doggy in the house..which for them was no problem!

We had a few delays with materials but the crew was very good at being able to complete other parts of the project while waiting for materials. No time was lost 🙌🏼

after me and my family recently moved to kentfield with our three small children, we moved into a house built in 1937. This was an older home and we needed a full home remodel to accommodate our needs, including a more open floor plan, a remodeled master bathroom and an enlarged master closet to accommodate our needs.
After hearing all the horror stories out there of our friends working with contractors and not getting the result, we wanted it was really important for us to interview several contractors prior to making a decision.
After meeting with Isaac with Green Bay remodeling in our initial consultation, we were immediately put at ease with his professionalism attention to detail and creative ideas to accommodate our vision.
Through the design planning process and permitting, Isaac was a tentative and provided transparent communication constantly.
When the project started, the crew showed up between 8 and 9 AM every day leaving 4 to 5 PM every weekday just as Isaac said. The crew was efficient and kept the job site cleaner at all times. A stand out for us was their tile worker Victor did incredible work showing. The years of experience he had in the field.
The finish result of the project is nothing short of breathtaking and we have Isaac and his team to think for making our dream home.
We consistently refer Isaac and his team to friends and family in the neighborhood!

Remodeled two bathrooms in our condo in Marin. Danny Lebowski was our project manager from start to finish. It was very convenient to deal with one person through the entire project. They were very professional, responsive and did a great job on the project. Danny's positive "can do" attitude and honesty was greatly appreciated and he was easy to work with. He accommodated all our needs, big and small, and was very diligent in communicating with us frequently, via text, phone calls and Facetime.
Also they very generously added on a few extra items to our project free of cost and were very helpful with the selection and purchase of the hardware and materials needed. Danny even helped with the pick up and delivery of items needed for the project. We would highly recommend Green Bay for your proejcts.
