I have been an investor in Pittsburgh for several years and we have gone through our fair share of trades services. One thing that we have run into over and over again is contractors who do not return calls or who do not show up for jobs. So, I can not tell you what a RELIEF it was for us to find out about Ridgely Home Services. These guys not only answer calls and messages, but they answer them SWIFTLY. When they say they are going to go out to get an estimate done, they are not there on time, they are there EARLY. When they say they are going to have a quote by X hour, that quote is in my inbox with time to spare. And that's just their CUSTOMER SERVICE that is stellar, now let's talk about the actual WORK that they do. We have hired them for all manner of jobs from hauling, dumping, cleaning, moving, repair work of all kinds, and exterior work. With each job they have done, I have been more and more impressed and more and more grateful to know that they are DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, HONEST and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough! FIVE Stars without hesitation.

I reached out regarding gutter repair. I have a gutter that is not properly sloped towards the downspout. I sent the description and picture of what was going on at their request. The response was that the pitch of a gutter cannot be corrected without replacing them, which is not accurate.

Pretty disappointed at the attempt to upsell me to new gutters. All without truly coming on site but even looking at the picture they clearly would see that the gutter and roof were not in bad shape (the house is 15 years old). Unfortunate response without providing a true estimate after physical evaluation.

Very creative and friendly contractors. Great communication. Easy to work with. Will get you connected with good vendors and walk you through the process. I will use them again!

Ridgely was a lifesaver!! All the rain turned my mother’s landscaping into a nightmare and they brought it back to a dream quickly and for a very reasonable price. We are beyond pleased with the service provided and the constant communication through the process. As soon as I called for a quote, they were there within days to look at the scope of the job, provided the quote the next day and upon acceptance started the job immediately and finished in 2 days. Remarkable service in an industry that can easily leave you frustrated and unsatisfied.

Aspire construction told me what they would do, but they went up and beyond. The hill behind the fence was cleaned up, they leveled out the lumps and bumps in the fence line. My fence is beautiful and adds so much to my yard. Now I actually want to do some landscaping . They clean up at the end of every day. I’m thrilled with the new shadow box fence.

Addam and his crew did an amazing job on my new roof and gutters. I had a lot of initial questions prior to the start of the project and he patiently answered all of my questions. Though I had several quotes, Addam reviewed the scope of works to ensure that I was getting the best overall value during the RFQ process. I eventually selected Aspire Construction for the job and I'm so glad I did. Addam used the highest quality materials, from the shingles down to the gutters and gutter guards. My roof is at least 60 ft high and, despite contacting other contractors to replace the gutters separately, he was the only one willing to take on the job. He also gave me a slight discount for replacing both the roof and gutters. He even proposed an effective solution for the gutters/downspouts to save me money. He got me on schedule right away, explained the process in detail, finished the project within a week, and followed up after to make everything was great. Addam is honest and ethical and it is hard to find a contractor like him that goes above and beyond for his crew and customers. I am so grateful and look forward to working with him again on future projects.

We purchased a home that Aspire was remodeling last fall. Part of the sale of our home included the company offering us a 1 year warranty on any of the work that they did. We compiled a list of repairs that we would wanted completed related to the work that they did on our home.

We reached out via phone and email numerous (10+) times yet Addam continually put off scheduling a time to do the work and has since stopped replying to us completely. Please use caution if you are offered any kind of warranty from this business

Bakerz Painting did a great job Painting and Repair at our home. They are a great business to work with!

They are terrific! I highly recommend the Bakers! They fixed my flooded basement room and a complicated dryer situation. I’ll ask them lots more to do house repairs!

This review is from Paul D. When I needed the side door of my house repaired a friend recommended Baker's Painting & Renovations. The gentleman who repaired the door did an excellent job so I did not hesitate to call the company again when I needed my front porch storm door repaired. After calling and scheduling an appointment, Mr & Mrs Baker came out to assess the door. Mr & Mrs Baker were very nice, friendly and professional. I appreciated the kindness they showed me since I had recent knee replacement surgery. Mr Baker explained why the door was not functioning properly and what he needed to do to repair it. He said his wife would txt with an estimate. Within a few days I got the estimate which was very reasonable. An appointment was made for them to return to fix the door. They were stuck in traffic due to construction work and a car accident. They txt me and let me know about the delay which I appreciated. After arriving the door was fixed within an hour and it worked better than when it was initially installed! I would highly recommend using them for work you need done. They are good, honest people and do an excellent job! I thank them again for the unexpected blessing they gave me that day.

I do not think there is a project that they cannot do. They have removed landscaping for me, repaired showers, fix drywall, painted multiple times, completely gutted and updated a bathroom, installed wall TVs and even repaired a front porch brick. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They are very professional, the greatest in home remodeling design. Works well with customer. Always on time. One very excellent company all the way around. Couldn't be happier with the way my home turned out. All most a complete remodel and beautiful. Better than 5 stars.
