Remodeler reviews across the US

Ryan and Frank arrived on time. Leveled front porch and replaced steps. Great work! Can’t get any better with an A+ rating with BBB! Thanks guys.

Backyard gazebo roof-floor-fence: Ryan came highly recommended and I can honestly say that it was best thing that happened to me. I wanted to use different materials and methods of construction. He was very attentive and patient making sure that he understood what needed to be done and how I wanted it. Ryan and his crew saw my vision.
I am very pleased with the results. He has a great crew, friendly and hardworking. Especially Charles and Sam. Thank you for a job well done. They take their motto to heart: when only the best will do.

Ryan removed old remnants of a fence and installed a beautiful new wood one- he came right away and was finished in about a week. He also installed a partial section of wood fencing and a new gate for my mother's yard. Good quality work.

Hired Ryan to repair the foundation of my garage.which required carpentry, masonry and painting. Ryan did a great job. He communicates well, is easy to work with and timely.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and Primus!! I had a bit of an "emergency" with a broken bedroom window, and after contacting several other places, I decided to go with Primus .... and I could not be more satisfied. Ryan came quickly, gave me a couple of options, then did the job and got everything done and fixed within a couple of hours. After having to live with the challenges that a broken window brings in the middle of winter, I was so relieved when he made it seem like it was no problem to take care. Ryan is courteous, patient, understanding, and kind. He is truly the way "things and people used to be".

I could not be happier, and I absolutely 100% recommend Ryan Primus. I will be calling him again for other jobs, large and small, going forward.

Our garage was in bad repair. Needed to be sided. We contacted Ryan through a listing on nextdoor neighbor. We called on a Friday, Ryan and Charles came out on Saturday. We got a bid on Sunday and knew it was an awesome price. We signed the contract Sunday evening and they were out here on Monday with a crew to remove the old siding! They had to reframe the whole garage except the front. Well, they finished on Thursday and it looks so good. Ryan and all the guys were so nice and respectful. We are so pleased with the job they did and the price and how quickly it was done. We have a couple small projects and we will not hesitate to call Ryan. You can't go wrong. Oh, and most importantly, they cleaned up before they left! Great job Ryan and crew!!

PS...we didn't get any other bids because price was so good. They proved we did correct thing because it's done and looks awesome.

We truly can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Frank. They built us a beautiful custom hand railing that turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and communication throughout the project were outstanding. They made sure we were happy with every step and were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to them for all of our future projects—highly recommended!

Ryan has been an exceptional and reliable contractor for me across numerous projects. He has completed a wide range of work, including full‑house renovations, drywall installation and repair, and various smaller projects. Regardless of the job size, he consistently delivers high‑quality workmanship, communicates clearly, and follows through with professionalism. His reliability and attention to detail make him an outstanding choice, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy and skilled contractor

Primus home remodeling was an excellent experience, I had my fence replaced by them, they were very easy to work with, and they finished the job on time. They listened to all my concerns, and addressed immediately any questions or changes I had. I believe they were very reasonable with the cost. I am very happy with my finished product.

HnS Remodel is everything you can want when it comes to a remodel. So luck to have found a crew that is patient, hardworking, and reliable.

HnS Remodel does fantastic work, and has wonderful customer service! The craftsmanship was extremely high quality, and they were fun to work with.

These two did a phenomenal job of bringing my dream garden bed to life! I showed them a few pictures of what I had in mind, then they designed and built it from the ground up! They made the process quick and easy with. Awesome communication, kind and professional.

We had HnS added some storage shelves in our basement last year(2023) and we were happy with the outcome. In 2024 we had them resurface and extend our deck. Alex and Hannah did an outstanding job and we were highly satisfied with the attention to detail. We highly recommend HnS.

HnS did a phenomenal job of fixing up a rental property we own. It included placing bathroom fixtures, replacing kitchen counters, tearing out carpets, drywall repair, installing new flooring, refinishing stairs, painting, replacing trim, and landscaping. It was so beautiful when they were done I was tempted to move into it rather than renting.

Can a porch makeover truly transform curb appeal and is it okay to fall in love with my oh so cool new cedar porch? That is just what happened this summer with HnS Remodel's thoughtful vision and superior craftsmanship that beautifully exceeded my expectations. Alex and Hanna are a great team, hardworking, kind, responsive, attention to detail, and fun to work with. I love supporting local small businesses. Highly recommended and so happy they were recommended to me!

Thoughtful, considerate, and honest. Very reliable.

Highly recommend Seven Swans for your home repair needs! Christian was professional, focused, knowledgeable, and efficient. He’ll take great care of you, and I will definitely call him again for any future home repairs we need.
