I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and Primus!! I had a bit of an "emergency" with a broken bedroom window, and after contacting several other places, I decided to go with Primus .... and I could not be more satisfied. Ryan came quickly, gave me a couple of options, then did the job and got everything done and fixed within a couple of hours. After having to live with the challenges that a broken window brings in the middle of winter, I was so relieved when he made it seem like it was no problem to take care. Ryan is courteous, patient, understanding, and kind. He is truly the way "things and people used to be".

I could not be happier, and I absolutely 100% recommend Ryan Primus. I will be calling him again for other jobs, large and small, going forward.

Our garage was in bad repair. Needed to be sided. We contacted Ryan through a listing on nextdoor neighbor. We called on a Friday, Ryan and Charles came out on Saturday. We got a bid on Sunday and knew it was an awesome price. We signed the contract Sunday evening and they were out here on Monday with a crew to remove the old siding! They had to reframe the whole garage except the front. Well, they finished on Thursday and it looks so good. Ryan and all the guys were so nice and respectful. We are so pleased with the job they did and the price and how quickly it was done. We have a couple small projects and we will not hesitate to call Ryan. You can't go wrong. Oh, and most importantly, they cleaned up before they left! Great job Ryan and crew!!

PS...we didn't get any other bids because price was so good. They proved we did correct thing because it's done and looks awesome.

Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and communication throughout the project were outstanding. Primus home remodeling was an excellent experience, I had my fence replaced by them, they were very easy to work with, and they finished the job on time. They listened to all my concerns, and addressed immediately any questions or changes I had. I believe they were very reasonable with the cost. I am very happy with my finished product.

HnS did a phenomenal job of fixing up a rental property we own. It included placing bathroom fixtures, replacing kitchen counters, tearing out carpets, drywall repair, installing new flooring, refinishing stairs, painting, replacing trim, and landscaping. Christian was amazing help to us as we moved into our new home! He helped us get doors to close correctly, painted and fixed kitchen cabinets, repaired a deck gate and trouble shooted electricity issues. He is really trustworthy, kind and great at communicating. Very reliable. I’m so glad a friend recommended him to us. I will definitely be calling on him again. Would highly recommend him.

We recently replaced windows and the casings and jambs but didn’t have them primed nor painted so they were accumulating water damage. We reached out to Christian at Seven Swans to test his finesse with caulking, priming and painting seven of our windows. Within a day Christian came out and made the windows look like new, freshening up the framing and even repairing some of the damage in the dry wall left by the window installers.

Christian and Seven Swans has proven to be reliable, detailed and professional. Next time we need work done, Christian and Seven Swans will be my first call.

Christian rebuilt the stairs in my garage and added a platform as well. He did the work quickly with an attention to detail and quality. He showed up the days he said he would and kept me updated with the progress. His prices were very reasonable. I'm happy to recommend him!
