Johnathan and his crew remodeled our 30 year old bathroom, including taking out the jacuzzi tub, replacing the shower area, vanity and surrounds and lighting.
He is an excellent craftsman and his work pays attention to detail. He is open to discussing style, color and pulling the pieces together.
We highly recommend Jonathan and PFI.

PFI was so good to work with! They pulled up old flooring - carpet and layers of glued wood then installed a single surface in about 1700 sq feet. They were easy to work with, put in full days and left very tidy work space each day. Our new floors are beautiful - what a difference to our home. Great communication, great work, happy customers!

PFI and Jonathan Crane and his guys Oleg and Sergi (sp?) did an amazing job demolishing old wood flooring, tile, and old overlayment down to the subfloor in our 25 year old home in Mulino, OR. Their attention to detail was wonderful to see. We now have beautiful travertine tile in our front entry, kitchen/dining area, back entry and downstairs bath. I have never seen a tile job this precise. Every line is perfectly straight and the cuts around cabinets, floor vents, doors, shower, and toilet are perfect. We also asked for 1/16" grout lines because we really didn't want to see the grout. They delivered to that tight spec. They cleaned everything before leaving and gave me advice for a few items that I chose to finish myself. I would never hesitate to hire PFI in the future for my remodeling needs.

Well…we’re excited to write up this “review” or recommendation for your primary bathroom remodel!! It was more than time for us to re-consider the small shower and bathroom with a jacuzzi we NEVER used. So… a complete demo by our contracted team of Jonathan Crane, and his main man Serge, tackled the job. We are SO pleased with ALL the re-construction along the way.

Jonathan has SO much knowledge about each and every facet of a re-model and wrote up a VERY detailed agenda, plan, and timeline. We are most happy with our selections and “remodel” and the wonderful team we worked with… All very respectful and gracious with our questions and concerns!! We had Jonathan came out to help with replacing an over the range microwave to a cabinet and range hood. My husband and I are over 65 so we can no longer do it ourselves (and lack of appropriate tools). Jonathan found time out of his long term remodeling work to help us out at very reasonable rate. He worked with passion, patience and compassion for us seniors (and our many questions as he work), and most of all tidy as he left with nothing for us to clean after. We really appreciate all the great work and if there is any remodeling or handyman work, We will definitely be calling him back!

We had a bad contractor came in and done nothing but to further ruin our primary bathroom after water damage first destroyed it. We were a few months away from welcoming our daughter and all hope was lost as we have no clue on how to find good contractors anymore after that ordeal. Jonathan and his crew from PFI were saviors. Not only did they repair as many damages that were previously done but they also made our vision come true in a tight timeline (2 weeks before our daughter was born). Although it was a condensed timeline, Jonathan and his crew would not accept anything but perfection in their craftsmanship and professionalism. They will have our calls and full recommendations on future jobs for their detail oriented mindset, professionalism and drive to perfection.

PFI’s Jonathan Crane and his team did an amazing kitchen remodel for me. Jonathan and Serge were wonderful to work with and their craftsmanship was great. Great customer service - Jonathan made certain we were 100% happy with the results. We used Sheiner Construction for bathroom and kitchen remodel. These kinds of projects can be stressful given that these are arguably the most essential rooms in a house. The key differentiator in making the experience smoother is a top tier project manager, which Sheiner Construction provided us with Idan M. Idan was by our side every step of the way, from tile and fixture selection, managing permits, comparison shopping to stay within budget. The work crew was excellent. They were respectful, friendly, clean, and detail oriented, and showed up on time, every time. I would hire Idan & Sheiner Construction for future jobs. A big shout out to Idan, who guided us through the process so expertly.

Buying a flip meant inheriting questionable work but Didi's team fixed previous mistakes while completing our planned updates, essentially getting two projects for one price.

I selected Sheiner Construction for kitchen and bath remodel which also included a new deck, replacement of sliding glass doors, moving and adding windows, moving a load bearing wall and adding support beam and new footings, new flooring throughout the entire house, reframing of closets and new closet doors. In short - a full house remodeling, or some will say a complete house remodel.
They stuck to the plan, executed on schedule, maintained close communication with me throughout the project, responded to any questions and addressed any issue or new request with practical and thoughtful solutions. Idan the project manager made helpful suggestions throughout the project. The project was completed on time and within the original budget. I am very happy with the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely work with Idan and Sheiner Construction again.

We remodeled our kitchen with Didi from Sheiner Construction, they are actually 2 brothers, the Sheiner brothers. We collected about 6 estimates, one didn’t even showed up and lost our business right away, the other companies we felt were going to be ‘okay’ for the job but then we met with Didi, he is amazing and truly knows his craft though the bad and the good, and that gave us the assurance we needed for our kitchen remodel project. Job was completed in about a month time and we couldn’t be happier with the result, I feel like we live a kitchen of my dreams.
