We hired Rickey to troubleshoot the electricals associated with an old AC. Not only was he able to determine the issue, but also he installed 3 replacement units professionally and efficiently. Best of all Rickey is responsive, provides a quote before any work is done, explains the job, and maintains a clean worksite. I highly recommend Legit Services.

I hired Rickey to install recessed lights in my living room, update and add additional outlets and install ceiling fans in several rooms. I have only good things to say about the entire process. Starting with scoping out the work and explaining what is required to install recessed lights and fans in ceilings that were not wired through the completion of the job, Rickey and his team not only did great work, but the work was completed on time. One of the things I most appreciated about Rickey was that he made every effort to minimize the dust and dirt created, and at the end of the job, after all the necessary wall openings were well patched and painted, he made sure that the work areas were thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Legit Services to anyone who needs electrical work or any of the other services they offer.

They did a great job installing this lantern ! I was really impressed with the efficiency and most importantly - the communication. Ricky was super patient explaining the process he took and helped me weigh a couple tradeoffs with regards to adding a light switch. This one is going to be short and sweet. If you are looking for a highly competent and very reliable company. You’re on the right track with LegitServices. We have used them twice and they did really good work. Always on time, great communication, explaining what you needed to know and respectful of your time and property. We had an outdoor flood light with motion sensor installed replacing the one that malfunctioned. Recently we had a ceiling fan with light installed. Very pleased with the work.

Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job remodeling 3 bathrooms in our house. The final products are just so gorgeous! Jonathan is a great communicator. He is easy to talk to, he is very patient, and he takes time to explain things in details. We had other contractors gave us different plans, but Jonathan's ideas made the most sense to us. All three bathrooms turned out to be so beautiful! Serge is also very professional. He is so nice and polite. Our old bathrooms were out-dated, and there were some serious damage in the walls and floors. They worked so hard to fix those problems. The quality of the work they did is top notch! So appreciate their craftsmanship!

Jonathan and team did a stellar job with our master bath remodel. Did a complete shower/bath rehab and freshened up countertops, flooring, fixtures. We also installed heated flooring.

The PFI crew demonstrated real craftsmanship and attention to detail. The jobsite was kept tidy and safe throughout the project. Jonathan was attentive to our questions, as well as a few minor scope changes. He gave us lots of great design suggestions and helped us pick good materials.

Jonathan has time and time again been an incredible contractor to work with. In the past he installed a single basin sink in our kitchen on pre-cut granite and turned out as if it was meant to be this way the hole time.
He also fixed a terrible floor popping and squeaking that has been bothering me and my wife since the house was built. This time he installed a shower rain system for me and i couldn't be more thrilled at the outcome. This job required drilling into tile and decorative tile and it looks amazing! I will, no doubt, continue to use PFI and Jonathan for my home and have and do recommend him and PFI to anyone looking for work done in the home. Thanks, Jonathan!
