We have used Chris and Eddy for three different renovation projects, and they have never disappointed. The most recent was a complete renovation of our front yard. From the design concept developed by Eddy to the final installation of accent lights, the work was top-notch. The crews were respective, professional and always on the job. There was never a lack of progress. Highly recommended!

Two large complex projects: rebuild replace two sets of patio doors and windows and a major kitchen remodel. Has the project skills end to end: design, costing, demolition and construction, and meticulous finishing. Best I’ve ever worked with. Access to excellent specialty resources, Plumbing, electrical, drywall, stonework. Best follow through I’ve experienced as well, always reliable and quick response to everything. Jaw dropping outcomes, our friends are amazed at the dazzle and quality of our stunning kitchen; as are we. Can’t do better than this.

Chris and Eddie are our favorites. We have done many remodels over the years and this was definitely a terrific adventure.

I used Camerucci Montenegro for a kitchen and powder room reno. The kitchen required a custom built island which turned out beautiful. They were great listeners, honest and also gave thoughtful and expert advise as I shared my ideas for what I was hoping to accomplish. When the wood colors for the island didn't quite meet my needs, I gave them a sample to replicate from a tile color I liked and they matched it beautifully. They were also considerate of my budget while still meeting my needs. Chris takes care of the business end and Eddy takes care of the construction which makes for an excellent execution of responsibilities and results in genuine attention to realizing your vision. They were excellent and I highly recommend them!

These guys (Chris and Eddie) are amazing, I gave them a tight timeline and they delivered upon it with the most incredible remodeled home I could ever ask for. Many little items most builders would have over-looked they performed to the highest level of excellence imaginable.

My wife and I hired Camerucci Montenegro for an extensive remodel / addition. The house was a ranch style slump block construction approximately 1100sqft 3 beds 2 baths. We had an architect draw up plans for an additional 1100sqft bringing the house to approximately 2200sqft with 6 beds 3 baths. Chris and Eddie made a great first impression by taking time to listen to our ideas, concerns, walk the property and help visualize what could be. After interviewing multiple contractors we selected Chris and Eddie as they seemed to be the most communicative and engaged. The project was completed in about 6-7 months, which was right on schedule with their initial estimates. The quality of work completed was excellent in all areas with none of the details being overlooked. They kept us informed during the process so we weren't left wondering about dates and times. If an issue did arise, issues are always found while remodeling a house, they took the time to explain the possible options available. The city inspections generally went smooth with no major findings on any of them. If and when a smaller finding did arise it was quickly corrected with a follow up inspection scheduled within a day or two. In short we would recommend Chris and Eddie based on our experience with them. They were the perfect fit for our project.

We are so happy with our primary bath remodel! We had been wanting our primary bath remodeled for years. From the beginning we felt their communication was great and the estimate was fair and clear. CM Built did a great job for our kitchen/dining area restoration after we suffered water damage requiring us to tear out laminate flooring and a kitchen counter. We have used CM Built before, primarily under the diligent supervision of Eddy Montenegro, who managed the original remodeling of the space ~10 years ago. The CM Built crews were uniformly skilled, professional, prompt, orderly, and cleaned up after themselves.

Very unprofessional experience. They came out to provide a quote and cut holes in my wall, assuring me the holes would be patched during the job. They then rescheduled three times without notifying me. I had to reach out myself, and now they are no longer responding to calls or texts.
