After we purchased this beautiful mid-century modern house that was built in 30s, we decided to spend some money on updating it. We did lots of research on the contractors to hire and had couple quotes on the selected contractors. We finally settled on hiring LHI. First impression was made by the owner's wife Hiba who is poised and elegant when answering all my questions and setting up the quote appointment. Second impression was made by the owner Sergey who is passionate, professional and polite. Third impression was made by the whole team who worked on our projects. We had whole floors replaced by hardwood flooring (FYI - highly recommend beautiful tiger woods floor), painted the whole house inside out (Sergey recommended the best colors for us! Listen to his recommendation! You won't regret it.), replaced several vanities and lightings, and finally replaced the kitchen sliding door. Starting from the quotes, applying for the permits and organizing the teams' schedules, Sergey and the team did an excellent job to accommodate our move-in dates and Lower Merion township's strict zoning codes to make it happen.

We can't be happier with the completed work and have planned next projects with them. We will rebuild a garage with studio on the top, and an outdoor area plus the gate/fence. The best part to work with LHI is that I don't need to worry about hidden costs since Sergey itemizes all the costs upfront for you. Also, all the work, including electrical, plumbing, flooring and carpentry is done by in house teams, so they can push through the deadline for you. Thirdly, all the people they hire are experienced professionals who are upbeat and an absolute pleasure to work with. Finally, you can request literally any remodeling project in your house and Sergey will make it happen for you. So you just need one contractor instead of juggling with many different people and worrying one of them will ghost you. After hearing so many awful contractor stories, we are so lucky to find Sergey and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone in your corner to help you re-build your dream house without breaking the bank.

Absolutely outstanding work from start to finish. The crew transformed our home — new floors, fireplace, stairs, powder room, mudroom tile, and removal of a half wall — and every detail was done beautifully. They were communicative, fast, respectful, and brought great design ideas while still honoring our vision. Their pricing was fair and their turnaround time was impressive, especially given that the project spanned the holidays. We hope to work with them again for future projects!

We recently purchased a home in Peoria that was in need of updated finishes, paint and flooring. Being from out of state, we did not know who to contact. We were very lucky to receive a referral to Veny, and his business, AZ Granite and Remodeling. We had interviewed other contractors who did not seem interested in taking on the project. We found Veny to be quite different. He was eager to listen to our vision for the project, and he offered reasonable suggestions to save time and money. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing, and he gave us a written quote, which was very reasonable, after our first meeting. HIs crew took out the old worn floor tile, then replaced it with new tile. The entire indoors of the house was freshly painted. A kitchen island was constructed and new quartz countertops were installed throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the results, the timetable for completion, and the price we paid. We highly recommend AZ Granite and Remodeling.

I cannot say enough good things about AZ Granite. They came on time and with everything they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a built in cabinet wall for appliances and reinstalled the new set. They cleaned up and took away all the large garbage as well. The quality of the work done was impeccable. We have renovated/built 3 homes in the last 3 years and this team has been one of the best we’ve worked with!
