LHI did some drywall ceiling repairs and painting, and also replaced a bathroom faucet for us. Both their teams did a great job, cleaned up well, and were very courteous and professional! Serge quoted the work quickly with very reasonable prices and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend them!!!

I’ve had 3 projects done over the last few months with LHI and could not of asked for a better experience. Communication is great, always checked if I was satisfied, and they do beautiful work! I’m so happy to have found a company that I can trust for our renovation journey!!

We had some electrical work to plan. During the visit for the quote Jay noticed a crack on my wall due to subsidence . He was able to send me additional people to resolve the issue while the electrical work was addressed. Everything was done quickly , with high quality standard , with attentive and polite workers on budget

LHI came to my house and installed beautiful hardwood and also finished the flooring on my stairs. Everything looks beautiful. I love the work they did. The flooring team that came out was quick and made sure they were checking in with me to make everything go as expected. I love the outcome of my floor and stairs. I plan on using this company again for other floors in my house. Definitely recommend them!!!!

We have a great experience with the LHI team for the updating of our bathroom. Even when some things weren’t done correctly, we didn't have to argue. They listened to concerns, identified solutions, and resolved the issues quickly. The whole team was responsive, knowledgable, and skilled.

LHI team did a good job for interior painting for our house. The overall team and services are really good and satisfactory. Both the painters Fabian and Marco did fantastic job as painters. We would definitely recommend LHI for their services for any of the home improvement projects.

LHI painted an interior portion of my Mother's home. The area had not been painted in quite some time. Their estimation process was painless and an estimate was received in a short turnaround. Painting date was scheduled within the week of a signed estimate and deposit. The work completed was top quality and professional. The painter showed up on time and everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time with little or no disruption to the house. I would recommend their services as good painters are hard to find!

Serge and all of his employees at LHI are very professional and their attention to detail is amazing. They worked with us for nearly 2 months on almost our entire home with putting in hardwood floors, painting, carpentry, and the most beautiful staircase! Eddiee who did the floors/stairs and Andrew who painted several rooms are the best! Serge is very responsive and accommodating. We are beyond happy with all the work LHI did to renovate our home. If you are considering upgrading your home look no further than LHI.

LHI did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom and part of our master bedroom. They installed new large format porcelain tile, mosaic tile, vanities & faucets, lighting, mirrors, freestanding tub & faucet, and shower, as well as refinish our bedroom fireplace in ledger stone. We didn't change anything structurally in the bathroom, but they did remove our old space hogging jacuzzi tub. Serge managed the project, but Yuri was the real hero of the project, making sure that all of the tile was laid exactly to our liking. Yuri did an amazing job of turning our dream into reality.

I called LHI for 1 project (wainscoting) in our powder room and dining room, and they were so great to work with that I ended up using them for 2 other projects (wallpaper and vinyl hardwood floor install) in our house! Even after all the projects were wrapped up, my wife and I noticed a few spots that could have been sanded a little better, so I let Serge know. Sure enough and no questions asked, Serge had his team come out right away to fix it!

Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier with the work and the overall LHI process from start to finish.

Also note that Serge and his teams work quick! Most contractors are slow to get back to you, slow to provide you a quote, slow to get you on the calendar. Not the case here. Serge came out to our house within 3 business days, provided me an electronically executable quote no less than 30 minutes after leaving my house, and the project was scheduled to be completed within 2 weeks. Couldn't have been an easier process.

10/10 we will use LHI again!

They do excellent work in a timely manner. We had our half bathroom converted into a full. Out of the many quotes we were given they were the most transparent, explaining every detail of the job and a break down of the costs. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them and use them for other renovations.

This was our first time working with LHI and my wife and I are so happy we chose them to remodel our powder room. Serge was very thorough on his initial visit and made sure he didn't miss any detail. Everyone that came through our house was friendly, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend using them for your next home improvement project.

Jhordan and Fabian did an amazing job painting my finished basement and Jim installed all of the led lights into the ceiling. Guys were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They delivered high quality work they promised

Best Remodeling company I have interviewed and used. They really know their work and excel at it. Yes there are other Remodelling companies out there who may charge a little less because they use subcontractors, but from my experience with others and overall meetings to interview, LHI simply stands a step above the rest.
We already had them replace all floors in our home, replace a kitchen, remodel 2 bathrooms, install LED wafer lights and replace fans and even had them paint some rooms. Their team pays so much attention to detail it honestly makes me feel that every company I dealt with prior to them was a complete rip off.
A big thanks to Serge, Greg and Jerry and Jordan. You made this experience so pleasant for us and we are now really looking forward to finishing our basement. You guys rock!

We recently bought a home that was very close-concept so we wanted to open a wall between the living room and dining room to make the space more functional for our family. We hired LHI for the full job to take down the wall, patch the hard-wood floor where the wall used to be, refinish the floors to match the rest of the home, and paint the walls/trim. We ran into trouble when what we thought was a non-loadbearing wall was in fact loadbearing AND had HVAC Ducts running throughout one side. Jay and his team quickly figured out a solution where the wall would be properly supports and still allow us to open up over 80% of the space. Even with the hiccup, the crew stayed on schedule and finished the project in one week as promised.

My wife and I used Luxury Homes to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. We brought a home with an old kitchen and bathroom. Serge who owns Luxury homes worked with us at every step. He picked out the cabinets, countertops, appliances, tiles, and sinks. We told him what style we were looking for and the colors we wanted. He helped us a great deal. When we got stuck he would pick out a couple of options that would work that we could choose from. The workers were incredible. They showed up every day and cleaned up. They did great work. In the kitchen, he replaced all of the countertops, floor, cabinets, and appliances. In the bathroom he enlarged our shower, tiled the floor, put in a whirlpool tub and a bidet. He replaced our fireplace and tiled the area. He is the best contractor we ever used and my wife and I strongly

We highly recommend Serge and Ian’s team at Luxury Home Improvements. Every one of the workers that did work in our home is considered our hero. Ian was our first contact person. We went over what we wanted to be done in our home. At first, we were only going to have LHI do the first floor because we were looking for other contractors to redo our bathrooms due to the messed up job the previous contractor did; but, when LHI workers came, the first day we were so impressive, we decided to have LHI do the bathrooms also; and I thank God that we did. LHI changed our home from the era of 1954 to 2022. Serge’s design suggestions were great. Everyone that visited our home, complimented us on the workmanship that was done to our home. The bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. I also want to thank Serge and Ian for them insisting that I put in a dispute claim with my credit card companies for the work that was not done but money was paid with a supporting letter written by Serge.
