Mr Scott wasted four months of my time on a remodel bid. I picked out everything and we had a couple meetings. I was impressed and looking forward to working with Cross and then I get an email saying he’s not going to give me a bid. He then refused to answer any emails or return my calls. I finally got their accountant on the phone because no one would speak to me and she was polite but no one would answer why they decided to drop me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and haven’t had a bathtub in 4 years ! I was so excited for this remodel and to be dropped with no explanation is unprofessional. I am shocked he would not return phone calls or emails after 4 months of interaction. Disgusting and disappointing behavior. I would give zero stars if possible.

So 5 days after submitting a online request I finally received a phone call from a rachelle at cross LLC. She stated she wanted to learn about my project ( started off great) then after a few minutes she says oh your in converse. Your outside our coverage area. Wait what. Did you seriously just say I’m outside your coverage area? Do you not serve San Antonio? I’m technically on the line of universal city and converse which is in bexar county and in San Antonio. I guess it’s not the dominion or stone oak so not worth their time. She recommended a few other contractors but I don’t want to do work with them if they are associated. I had already received other bids. I chose the highest one I had because I want quality. I’m spending over 70k for a kitchen and dining room remodel. I was referred to cross by one of my customers but not the experience I was expecting.

CROSS is a great company! From the first phone call to the finished product the staff handles everything. Communication is huge for this company. They are very talented, knowledgeable and professional.

Cross Construction was referred to me by one of my valued mentors. I initially interviewed Mr. Craig Cross, 10 years ago to remodel my master bedroom / bath and to construct an outdoor kitchen. During this first project pipes were moved, doors and walls removed and relocated. We were very pleased with not only the results but with the respect shown to us and home.

Several years later Cross completed a small project in our home, the construction of an outdoor deck and patio; once again the workmanship and professionalism the company exhibited was impeccable.

In late 2019, we needed to make a very difficult decision, move into a new 'forever' home with the kitchen we envisioned or remodel our current home to encompass the changes we would like in our 'forever' home. I knew, my children, although grown and on there own, loved their childhood home and we also loved our home. As a result we decided on a major renovation project. It would require verticle support beams removed, horizontal support beams placed, replumbing of kitchen and laundry rooms, walls and doors removed and relocated. Realizing the enormaty of the project there was no one other than Cross Construction we considered. We had 100% confidence they would deliver on what they had promised. As with all projects there were bumps along the way. When walls are taken down, there will always be unforseen surprises, but Cross Constructin has the infrastruction to push through these 'bumps' effortlessly. Although, I must be honest and say we all held our breath as those verticle support beams were removed and the horizontal support beams were placed in our two story home, in my heart I knew as the structural engineers promised, all would be well...and it was.

On site throughout the process was a project manager, which was invaluable in making sure that not only 'today' is going well, but was also planning three weeks ahead and making sure everything fell into place. The project was started in January 2020 and completed on time despite the pandemic. As a very busy profesional, with much to worry about, I knew Cross Construction would do their job, so I could focus on mine.

My husband and I had lived in our kitchen since we built it 10 years ago. It was the one area of the house that we had just never been quite happy with. After talking with a few different kitchen contractors that had been recommended to us, we decided to reach out to CROSS. The other contractors wanted US to basically design our own kitchen, and the few ideas they had were basic, for the price they were expecting us to pay! What we wanted was a new space that flowed better, opened up some areas, and was more functional in addition to being a fresh design. CROSS delivered on this!

From the very first meeting, where Aaron came to our house, looked at our existing kitchen, and sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for, to the design process, to the actual renovation, every step flowed smoothly and was executed with precision. The design team really took the time to listen to us about what we were thinking for in terms of function and floor plan as well as aesthetics. They presented us with several different design options, all of which significantly opened up our space. Then, they got to work with several different ideas for aesthetic design and presented us with three ideas, all of which would have qualified as our “dream” kitchen! The design we chose was truly perfect for us, and implemented several things: flat/contemporary style cabinets, dual color cabinets and granite, a coffee bar, a wine fridge, and several “storage” cabinets which could be left closed or open depending on the situation. It’s hard to emphasize how much the design changed our kitchen: from better space usage, to easier flow walking to/from different areas, to better lighting, to backsplash and floor tile we love, to the color of the cabinetry-EVERYTHING was paid attention to in detail.

When construction was about to start, we had a large team meeting at our home where we met every contract manager we would be working with the head project manager, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cabinetry. Each contractor was able to see what would be needed and the coordination between the head project manager and the contractors was evident at this first meeting. We then had a weekly project meeting, where we were informed of the work that would be being done that week. That was truly helpful, as first of all, knowing who would be coming to our house every week was important. But it also gave us the opportunity to express our questions and concerns on a regular basis.

Once work was started, the project kept moving and we never felt like things were “stalled” or that we were waiting for anything. The coordination this must have taken is outstanding. We were so happy with our cabinet makers, Beacon, who took the design and truly made us some beautiful and functional cabinetry. They were extremely precise in everything they did. We also were happy with our aesthetic design team, who helped us choose items and colors without overwhelming us, and the rest of the design team, who put in a lot of work to make sure we were getting what we wanted. So much credit, however, goes to our project manager, who did everything in her power to get our remodel done on schedule. It was truly a pleasure working with her.

If you have ever done a remodel or built a house, you can appreciate how much work and time goes into every aspect. With CROSS, we simply had to attend the meetings and express what we were looking for. We were able to share our aesthetic ideas through a webpage (Houzz), but all of the work was done by them. It may have cost a bit more than an “average” remodel, but to not have ANY of the stress that comes along with remodeling—other than living without a true kitchen for a couple of months-made it worth every penny and then some. If you’re looking for a GREAT company that will treat you like their most important client and like the home they are remodeling is their own-I highly recommend CROSS. We are so happy and grateful to be part of the CROSS family.

From our first meeting with management to discuss the repairs needed at our home, through the process of making those repairs, to the final walkthrough reviewing the work done, we found CROSS and its personnel to be true professionals, always seeing that the work performed was at the very highest standards. We have used other companies in the past to perform repair and renovation work on our home, but by far, this company exceeded all others in their conscientious work ethic, and in the quality of work done. It was always a pleasure to deal with their managers, and they always listened to our needs and thoughts. Furthermore, all work performed was put on a strict schedule, and workers always came on time, and departed on time based on that stated schedule. Additionally, the workers at CROSS seemed to always share the need to ensure that the work they were doing fully met the CROSS standard. In short, we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking home repair/remodeling done at the highest standards of the industry.

We selected Cross Construction for a very major home renovation after seeing the magnificent remodel they did for our neighbors. Craig Scott is a great visionary and he and his competent, reliable team worked with us from start to finish. As we were novices, they carefully explained everything from design to completion offering great options, practical solutions and cost savings options every step of the way. Craig, Jessica and all the Cross Crew members are friendly, courteous, trustworthy, respectful, work together as a team and always leave the job site clean and orderly. We welcomed them with complete confidence knowing their craftsmanship would be top of the line and highly recommend Cross for their trustworthiness, experience, insight, quality, craftsmanship and remodeling knowledge.

Cross was recommended to us by 2 different people. We met with them and were instantly impressed with the team. They laid out a very detailed plan of how the process would go and they did not disappoint. We did a whole house remodel that involved moving walls, flipping a stair case, and adding a bathroom. Our home is unrecognizable and beautifully done. Cross trades were always on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. The project manager was extremely responsive, always professional and reliable. She always followed up! The owner met with us regularly for important updates. He was easy to reach with any concerns. Cross always followed through on the plan or what was discussed. There were a few surprises along the way as I’m sure every project has. All issues were handled professionally and fairly as laid out in the detailed proposal. Cross came back a few months after completion for an inspection and handled all work professionally and timely. It was a complete joy to work with Craig Scott and his entire team at Cross. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again for any future projects. We love our home now!

My husband and I have done a lot of remodel projects in several different cities and we have never had such a positive experience as the one we just had with Cross. From the first meeting until the last, these folks are unbelievably professional, thorough, responsive, and reliable. They are most definitely not the cheapest but we got our money's worth and then some. We only had the do a guest bathroom but they never made us feel like our project was too small and we ended up with absolutely FABULOUS results on time and on budget. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone willing to invest the money and time. From design support early on to the littlest detail of the finishing touches, everybody we worked with was first rate.

The entire CROSS staff and trades partners were respectful, honest, dependable and the finished remodel project is a reflection of their company mission. The craftsmanship is excellent and they always follow through and follow up! They make sure the client is 100% satisfied. They listen to your vision/ideas and turn them into reality, within your budget of course! Thank you CROSS team and partners!

We just finished a remodel with Cross Construction and felt that we needed to share our experience with others. The entire process from start to finish was top notch! Our project manager was very personable and professional at the same time. She was always in communication with us about every detail that was going to happen. Every cross employee that worked on our project was nice, respectful and very professional. We always felt comfortable and safe with them in our home each day. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were always happy. We would definitely recommend Cross to our family and friends in any future remodel they may need.

Where to start. Cross went above and beyond our expectations from start to finish. They truly put in every effort to make this experience as flawless as possible. The meetings in the begging were very thorough and set us up for a smooth transition to into construction. The planning team took all of our concerns into consideration and never made us feel like we’re unheard. Everyone was very knowledgeable and had beautiful ideas and resources. We were updated every step of the way and never felt like we didn’t know what was on the schedule week by week. This team is a one stop shop as they have everything and everyone you need to complete a project in house. We grew to know and trust every person that came in and out of the house. So much so my kids said their good mornings to the workers every day. We never had any issues with the cleanliness of anyone who worked on the project. Each day all the materials would be put away and not a danger to my kids. Everyone was very respectful of our time and tried their very best to get the noisy parts over as quick as possible. Other than the professionalism we experienced we could not be more impressed and happy with the outcome. We are constantly flooded with compliments from anyone who sees the before and after of this project. Our bathroom is now so stunning and we truly love the space. Cross did an exceptional job at making our visions come to life. I will most definitely be using cross again in future projects.
