Professional and friendly. Listens to what client desires in home addition and puts it into a plan. Modifies the plan if some ideas need clarification. We feel that we are in good hands with a professional with integrity.

Gives personalized services to the Client, whether it be a small renovation job or a major renovation. Good communication with the client from the beginning to the end of the project. They leave the place spotless at the end of the project.

Made our add-on unpainted, sun bleached, Deck and porches (of 4 years) look like they were part of the original house.

Buyer beware! Although we had a terrific addition put on the house 13 years ago and have had no problems with the structure, we have recently become aware of illegal and dangerous wiring throughout the addition...exceeding the proper amount of wiring per circuit, pinched wires, and jumping wires from the original part of the house. Having to have it all rewired and am being shown frayed and damaged wires. A sheer blessing that we haven't had a fire!!!!!!!

Rob and JD were truly a blessing! They took a 6 hour job and did it in 3, and were so professional and friendly. It is evident that they are dedicated to a job well done and we are so grateful that they worked on our home!

All of the people who worked on my project were professional and dedicated to quality. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend KM Builders for any project you may be considering.

Honest, professional, they only use licensed sub-contractors, definitely people of their word. They operate with integrity, and the cost they give you is THE cost - they will not come back to you later, multiple times, like other contractors, demanding more money to finish the project. They have licensed architects and designers on staff - makes a huge difference! Cannot give enough kudos about KM Builders!

I wish I could choose zero stars. KM Builders did not honor their warranty after many failed repairs on a new roof and instead pushed my parents to try and do another claim for work that should of been on your own warranty. Keith (owner) said he would send someone out to get a better estimate and he had someone in the office act as a middleman to track emails/communications. Well you never got back and It’s been a year. To avoid legal costs we choose to move on and roofers that came by were amazed by the work your crew did. Not in a good way, some of the worst work they have seen. Everyone... do not do roofing work with this guy’s company. Who cares that he advertises on tv. He talks a big game and doesn’t stand by his warranty and all he does is make excuses. Keith and Amanda you two should know about his situation and if you don’t then that proves how shady your company is. Do not do business with this company!!! You will regret it by receiving bad quality work and dealing with a man that claims he is right and you are wrong.

We required a multi scope repair & remodel involving a number of aspects from flooring removal and replace to extensive gypsum and framing work. In full disclosure I have been in the construction industry for a number of years and admittedly am not a passive customer. To that point I have to give kudos to the field operations and execution of our project. The end result and craftsmanship is extraordinary. I would recommend this team for any size and complexity of work you require.

Luis, Chad and Keith have done two projects on my home. Everything was explained very clearly at each step of the way, there were no surprises or extra charges at the end and the jobs were completed on time. The finished project in both instances was far and above my expectations, which were very high to begin with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KM Builders.

KM Builders added an second story to our first home. Everyone always comments that it looks like it was originally built that way! Eric and all the design team did an incredible job designing it to our very specific requests! Our project manager Mike did a great job informing my family of the progress. The construction staff was always courtious and very knowledgable! I cannot recommend KM Builders more! Keith, the owner, and the Project Manager's are never more than a text away when I had a concern or question. Keith is a fantastic manager and the company really really reflects his passion! Even thought the construction process can be difficult ( as much as they try to keep dust out, there will be some dust lol it's pretty impossible not to have dust) they really try to make it as painless as possible! We love them so much that we are already in the works for building a mother-in-law suite on our newest home with this company!

We would not recommend KM Builders. We told the owner our budget. At our first meeting at their office he suggested we take out a home equity loan. We wish we would have walked out right then. It took them 4 month and we paid them 3K to have them give us a plan almost double what we wanted to spend. We didn’t even walk away with the plans. We believe they get you to put the money down to make you not want to walk away from there overpriced remodeling plans. We encourage you to get quotes from other companies before you give them a dime. We walked away and found a contractor who could do the entire project in our budget range.

Keith will be shocked,..as this review is a little late,...however, after living in our finished home for a year, my wife and I are constantly amazed at how the entire remodel turned out. We get rave reviews from all our friends and family that come to the house. Everyone on Keith's staff helped us take our ideas from the planning stage to completion, and the results are outstanding. We lived upstairs through the whole house (5000 sq ft.) project, and most of the crew were with us in the house nearly every day, and despite the noise, dust and inconvenience they all did what they could to help us through. My wife always had help carrying groceries or laundry, and we always knew who would be in the house every day. The demo crew, carpenters, cabinet and appliance installers, and painters were all excellent and always enjoyable to be around. After living in a 35 year old home that had never been updated, it is such a pleasure to come home to a warm and open house with all of the updates that make life easy. Special mention goes to our project manager Chad Stalcup, who kept everything on track and went above and beyond too often to mention( and worked like a rented mule). Keith should be proud of the work his crew did on our project, and the RMOY award they won as well. We would highly recommend KM Builders, and look forward to working with them on the next phase of our project.

Our fiberglass tub developed a crack and was in need of repair. My wife and I have always dreamed of a bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower. We decided it was time to make the repairs and remodel our master bathroom. There was no question about who we would call to complete the project, only KM Builders. A few years ago KM built a patio cover over the deck on the rear of our house, they did a great job. Due to the roof style of our house adding the patio cover was complicated but no one would ever know the patio cover was not a part of the original structure. Keith is the president of the company and he came to our house to meet with us and discuss the project. I don't think you will find another company where the president of the company is involved like Keith is. Keith helped us get the bathroom we dreamed of. We have the luxurious walk in shower, new cabinets, new countertop, new lighting and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Remodeling can be complicated and expensive but also very rewarding. I recommend you choose KM Builders to do business with. They have shown me they have the experience to deal with any complication that might arise and they are willing to work within the client's budget. Keith made sure throughout the project that we were satisfied.

We highly recommend KM Builders! After talking with a couple of remodelers we decided on KM and we are so happy we did! We added a large garage to our existing garage and it looks as if it was always there (which is the mark of quality building). We were so happy with the experience that we decided to use them on our current project of remodeling our kitchen and upstairs even before the first project was done. From the design meetings and throughout the project we always felt informed and involved. KM was in constant communication with us about the current status and upcoming aspects of the project. And coming from me who is very meticulous about how things are done, they impressed me. Unlike many other types of businesses, the owner was always involved and just a call or text away to reaching personally about even minor details of a project. Great company to go through!

We did a half house renovation. While it came in higher than we expected we were not disappointed at all with the final result. The best part about the entire process was the excellent relationship we developed with our project manager - Patrick!! He kept us informed, helped us make decisions, and overall was a joy to work with!! We updated the guest wing of the house and that came out perfect. We also completely renovated our bedroom suite. We now have a lux spa suite with a gym and walk in closet to call our own that rivals any 5 star hotel! KM built a custom hammam (steam room enclosed in tile) with custom fit benches, a beautiful bathroom and work out room to match. We can’t wait to do the rest of the house with KM and Patrick!! My wife and I wanted to extend our living area by adding a nice patio cover over our existing deck on the rear of our house. After talking to several roofing/remodeling companies, we found out that because of the existing roof line of our house it was not as simple as building a cover attached to the house. The patio roof would need to be built into the existing roof. It wasn't until we spoke to the team from KM Builders that I felt comfortable that the project would look good and function well running off the water when completed. Keith is the owner and he came to our house personally to make sure we had all our questions answered. We decided to have KM Builders build the patio cover and replace the roof. We have absolutely no regrets, they did a great job. We met with the design team to discuss what we wanted. They drew up the design and offered options while working with our budget to get the patio cover that we wanted. They handled all of the permits and approval from the HOA. The whole project was very well planned and there were no surprises. Communication was great. We got a text everyday letting us know what work would be done that day. Every KM employee was courteous, polite and respectful. Their workmanship is first class. The patio is beautiful, no one would ever now that the cover was not part of the original structure. My wife and I highly recommend KM Builders to anyone looking for a remodeling company.
