Mike and his guys were very professional and excellent communicators. They were on time and did quality work. They painted my kitchen and repaired drywall in the ceiling where there was water damage from the previous owners. They also repaired a rust spot in a metal bathtub. The cost was extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again for other projects, and I've already recommended them to several friends and family members.

We hired this company to do a luxury bathroom renovation. We settled on a very hefty price. Paid in full, the bathroom reno started in February, it looks like this today. Builder was found to be unlicensed, permits weren’t pulled, and the new licensed company has found an extraordinary amount of errors that need to be fixed. To finish will be several thousands of additional dollars with the new licensed company. We have every right to be able to advise people about how this company absolutely did not fulfill his obligations, even when paid in full.

Mike has been extremely professional. After building another home for two years and being exhausted with 90% of the subcontractors, I didn’t think that honesty, punctuality and professionalism can be expected from many contractors. Mike and his crew proofed me wrong. They renovated my rental home. They scraped the popcorn ceiling, installed crown molding, painted all rooms, and installed new flooring. Mike will be my go to person from now on.

We are so pleased with our new dual grilling station! Mike and his team have done several projects for our apartment community, all with quality workmanship and a high level of customer service. Highly recommend Emerald Coast and look forward to using them for more upcoming projects.

Dave and his crew were very nice, on time, professional, and did a great job. Dave communicated with us very well, keeping us posted all the time on the progress. This project happened during the Covid first year, making it difficult, at times, to get products. It did take longer than expected, but through no fault of theirs. Our kitchen remodel was the 4th project, last one over the last 10 years or so. Aldrich's also did a master bath, guest bath, and stairway redo previously. We have been very very happy with all they have done over the years. Our kitchen was part of the fall remodel tour, quite an honor we felt. We got lots and lots of positive feedback. Kitchen includes a new heated floor, new cabinets, new lights, new island and counter, a complete redo, ceiling to floor. We have a large kitchen, so it took an excellent eye to design and construction, all were great. The follow up is fantastic too, they really stand by their work, years later if needed. The schedule is an important detail, and Aldrich's plan well, and stay on top of the schedule, making sure it is complete as offered at the start, and that is quite a task on a multi week, multi subcontractors job as these were. Celia and Dave are more like family to us, we have a great ongoing relationship.

Aldrich Contracting did a phenomenal job on my remodels. They did remodel of my kitchen, dining, living rooms, front bath and installed laundry facilities up stairs on main floor. Celia did a outstanding job on the design of the rooms. She helped me with the selection of the fixtures which look great in the remodeled rooms. Dave and his team of construction professionals finished on time and did an amazing job!

I worked with Aldrich Contracting Co extensively this year and couldn't be happier with both the results and the process. They remodeled my kitchen, bathroom and garage this year and the results are outstanding. I had never done a large remodeling project before but the support they provided in helping with the design and picking out finishes, etc... was great. All the work done was high-quality and everything was completed on schedule. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the entire process and I highly recommended them for any remodeling needs.

Aldrich Contracting did an excellent job with our large project to finish the basement. The team with Dave, Celia and Bill was very professional and addressed any questions we had along the way. They were attentive to any small 'punch-list' items we had after it was move in ready. Aldrich Contracting is a talented, thoughtful and realistic contracting team. Dave and Celia draw on their extensive knowledge to break down the process and manage every step from demo to design with ease. They were very honest with us about cost vs ROI on our plans and helped us realize a complete transformation that opened up our home with a very minimal addition to our square footage. We were able to do full makeovers of all three bathrooms and the kitchen for a very reasonable price. This included removing walls and updating all plumbing and electrical while adding beauty to our spaces. Their carpentry team, Bill and Dylan, are the best and came up with innovative solutions to our unique issues. They have built great relationships with a team of subcontractors who were very reliable and hard working. We highly recommend!

We had them remodel 2 bathrooms for us back in 2018. They did an amazing job helping us make design choices and doing great work. We were so pleased that we have used the Aldrich team for a bunch of projects since, including a kitchen remodel, which was also fabulous! When the next project comes up there's no question that we'll be calling on Aldrich's again.
