We had Anthony with Kings Collective build a 30x50 garage for us. The contractors who came out and did the framing and metal work did a really good job. The only downside with them was that they would keep blocking me in and out of my driveway instead of just parking in the street.

We also had Renee as our project manager and was not happy with her at all. The only way I was able to get anything done was to contact Anthony directly. I believe there were a lot of communication issues with her.

I would use/try them again with a different project manager and I would also make sure that everything you want done is on the quote and walked by everyone multiple times. So that there is 100% no confusion as to what needs to be done.

The King’s Collective team went above and beyond on our guest bathroom renovation. The team communicated timelines and progress of project daily. As a young family with littles, they took into consideration the impact it would have and were diligent with demo and construction. Would recommend for any projects, big or small, that you may be considering.

I’m a first time home owner and called Fadeaway Enterprises to come do an estimate for a bathroom remodel after to my dismay I discovered that the toilet was leaking from the base and totally rotted out the subfloor. Jay came and gave an estimate in less than 48 hours. It was only about a week from the estimate that we started the job. Jay’s team is professional, friendly, and prompt. They walked me through the entire process as a first time remodeler and made it very easy. They were also very receptive to any last minute changes I wanted to make. I’m very satisfied with the work and the price was fair as well as on target for the estimate with no hidden fees or costs. Don’t hesitate to do business with them. Jason repaired dry wall and did mold remediation in our laundry room. We loved his work so he is working on remodeling our bathroom as well. He shows up when he says he will, communicates well, and does a great job! Highly recommend and will use in the future for other projects!

Excellent attention to detail and not only kept the rest of our home as clean as possible during the project, but left the work area very clean when it was done. So nice to have one contractor complete the entire project instead of having to hire several different ones like I have in the past. From moving furniture to wallpaper removal to drywall repairs to wall texturing, to electrical & plumbing fixture installation to final painting and cleaning!

Jason Bastian did a great job at our house with a faucet replacement, a bathroom vanity installation, upgraded lighting in garage and a countertop replacement. He gave us a detailed estimate. He was reasonably priced. He was willing to accept changes along the way. He kept us apprised of his time line and let us know when he would be coming daily. He also worked with our schedule. He did a great job with the work. We recommend his work.

They did a storm clean up and renovation and did a great job. They are friendly, honest, and ready e to talk with. I highly recommend them.

The workers were on time and ready to work. The job was superb and they cleaned up after. Final inspection was completed by the owner in person.

David and Ivan with RIO Creations completed our kitchen backsplash and we could not be more pleased. We selected a herringbone pattern and had A LOT of space to cover. Not only does the work look fantastic, but David and Ivan were kind and respectful of our space and time. We are not new to renovation and home improvement projects, and this was, by far, our best experience and best investment. So happy!
