Our family highly recommends Rio Creations. Lukas and his crew go above and beyond expectations. Given there are no straight lines in our house, they were able to overcome every obstacle thrown at them! They are extremely patient and helpful if dealing with insurance. We have been looking for someone to rebuild a deck on the front of my rental home for 2 yrs and when RIO was recommended to me I called Lucas, he came out the next day and i was so impressed with his down to earth and professional manner. The conversations we had throughout the process were easy, and I always felt Lucas had our best interest in mind, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We WILL keep him in mind when we need other work done. We highly recommend RIO Creations.

I could not recommend Lukas and Rio Creations more! From our first contact, they were responsive and communicative - something that feels impossible to find in this field! They scheduled a consultation quickly, arrived on time and were prepared. They listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and recommended improvements. Lukas and his team were polite, respectful, and provided a thorough estimate for several projects in our home. On project day, they showed up on time, worked all day, cleaned up any mess, and checked in with us often to be sure we were happy with the progress and the outcome. They are knowledgable, detail oriented, and respectful! They have completed 3-4 projects (drywall, doors, showers, etc.) so far, and will be completing more in the future!

Lukas is the best!! He is extremely thorough and explains everything to you so you know exactly what’s going on and how he is going to fix it. He is one of the most honest contractors I have worked with.

Rio Creations did a fantastic job installing new floors, Sheetrock and stairs after my townhouse was affected by major water damage. They were quick, efficient and professional. They gave me frequent updates and didn’t hesitate to ask me questions when needed.

We had a pipe burst that destroyed my bedroom as well as the kitchen and all of the flooring in between. The damage was extensive, but the crew at RIO Creations did such an amazing job that you cannot tell that this had happened at all. We had several contractors come out to do inspections and give estimates of the damage prior to starting repairs, and Lukas and his crew were by far the friendliest most helpful contractors that we had come out. They asked questions and listened to what we wanted done to ensure that we would be satisfied with the repairs, and gave plenty of updates throughout the repair process. Anytime there was a question Lukas would send pictures so that we could see the areas in question, and worked hard to be as efficient as possible in completing the repairs. I love the work that they have done and cannot recommend them enough.

Hi my name is Jennifer. In my past experiences with contractors it was a nightmare. I found RIO Creations online. I read every review. I did not find a negative one. So my research begain. I met with Lucus. I was very impressed by his kindness and the respect he gave me. As a female a lot of times when dealing with men they want to talk to you like you do not know anything about the work it take to do a job. Not once has Lucus done that to me. There were times I would prepose another way to do something. He would listen and analyze my idea. He never got offended or negative about what I had to say. When I needed to cut cost somewhere he would figure another alternative that I would be happy with. The work his team has done has been great. They show up when they say there going to be there and do there works of art. They have been courteous and very respectful. I redid my floors and it was a 3 day job. They made sure there mess was cleaned up everyday before they left. I have had a lot of work done. 14 trees cut down Lucus had a man to do the job. It took only two days and two big truck loads to hall it off. They left my house without a mess. They resided my house and replaced two of my downspouts. The team that did it were wonderful. Next item they will be doing is my fire pit and parking pad to be followed by fencing. I did not go wit h Lucus because because he was the cheepist but the best. He only cost $403.00 more then other contractors were going to charge me, but on the flip side he was thousands of dollars less the what other contractors wanted to charge me. Lucus spent a lot of time working with me to make sure I get what I want and how I want it done. If you have work to be done to your home RIO Creations is the company to use and Lucus is the man you want to do the work. There are not enough words to express how I feel about this company or the family that runs it. I highly recommend RIO Creations and Lucus the heart of the company. The job was done by the schdule time I was given. Lucus found something that was done that he was not happy with which i did not have any complaints about. He sent someone out right away to fix it. Lucus I just want to thank you and your team for all the care you put into my house which I can call home. I will follow up with photos when all the projects are done.
