Lyons 5 recently completed a remodel on our home and did a fantastic job all around. Jeff was great to work with and handled everything professionally. He responded quickly to every email or phone call and frequently came to the house to check on progress. Every request or change we wanted his team made it happen. We redid/expanded our whole living room removing walls, tons of drywall work, new flooring, painted everything, new ceiling lights, HVAC, a new gas fireplace, mantle, and tv mount. Jeff’s main guy Tyler was fantastic. He is a very hard worker and gets the job done. He was very friendly and communicative and went above and beyond. He really takes pride in his work. Rocky also did good work and was friendly and courteous. We are loving our new space thanks to Jeff and his team. I would highly recommend them if you are considering getting some work done!

Jeff and his crew did a full remodel of our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Very understanding and flexible when working around our schedule, and just a great group of guys all around. Felt that we were in good hands the whole time!

Jeff and his team did excellent work on our bathroom. It was not merely a remodel but was taken down to the studs and required extensive plumbing and tile work. The look of the finished bathroom was a night and day difference. The foreman of the job, Tyler, did great work in making sure the project met our expectations. The tiler, Armando, was a true craftsman. We are pleased with the outcome.

Jeff was a dream to work with. Stellar communication, amazing team, and quality work. Job was done fast, beautiful, and more than I could have asked for. I unfortunately had an experience with another local contractor that was so disappointing,.He came in and saved the day! Wish I had known him from the beginning. Will use again for any home improvement. Completed kitchen, bathroom, dining room. Lived the whole team of professionals. Plumbing, wallpaper, framing, and drywall, painting, electrical, i couldn't be happier with the results!

My wife and I hired Lyons 5 to remodel our garage. Our garage side walls were unfinished and the floor was just concrete. Jeff worked with us to give us a vision on what it would look like and then his team executed on that vision. The results were spectacular. We have the best looking garage on the block and for a very fair price. We will be using Lyons 5 for our next major project.

Jeff and team at Lyons 5 remodeled one of our bathrooms in our 1952 home in East Grand Rapids and we couldn't be happier with the result. We love the quality of workmanship and how the bathroom came out. The price was fair (far lower than other quotes we received) and he's just a good, honest guy to work with. Love our new bathroom! Jeff and his team remodeled our 3 season porch to become a new office/sitting area. They are detailed, efficient, friendly and just in general wonderful to work with! Thank you Tyler, Mike, Rocky & Elijah! We are so happy with the result!

Andy tore out old steps on a very steep hill. He replaced them and built a beautiful deck. Every member of his team was polite and professional. Andy also helped guide me through the process with suggestions.

I schedule a time on the website to get a service done. Call Andy to confirm he needed to change it. The day before the new appt wanted to confirm again and he stated that he would need to change the new time because he double book. He stated that he would come later that day instead. Six pm came and he didn't show up or called when I reached out to ask if he was still coming he stated no that he was busy and could come the next day. He did not reach out to me to tell me that he was not coming at all. Would not use this business in the future or recommend.

Andy did a total remodel of my bathroom and did a fantastic job. He communicated really well and was flexible in changes that came along the way. My bathroom is beautiful and I will use him again in the future.

Andyman did great job on my radon installation. Andy is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice for my basement. I would highly recommend him. Best handyman in town.

Matthew Mehalko a representative from AndyMan Improvements has help me on 2 different occasions. Initially, while I had some concern calling an unknown company to do work in my condo I was so grateful to have Matthew Mehalko arrive and help me with my problems. He was absolutely wonderful. He immediately made me comfortable and quickly resolved my condo issues. Thus, I did not hesitate to call again asking for his assistance and will not hesitate to request Matthew's help in the future.

Andy is the best. He's professional and really knowledgeable on so many things. His expertise is above and beyond anyone else. I'd highly recommend him to anyone and I can attest to that. Thanks again Andy.

Andy is an amazing man who understands the urgency and importance of being on time, having time fit the work appropriately, effectively, efficiently, and works diligently to get the job. I had an urgent insurance claim for damages in my condo he had the timing and schedule get done faster than handyman in the Grand Rapids area and I was blessed by the moment I called.
