Litt's gives great advice and has great inventory for diy projects. For advanced projects, their staff is responsive, professional and thorough.

This is mine and my family's go to plumbing shop. We call and visit them first before going to the big box stores. Knowledgable, helpful, and always super nice! Price and value win!

We are extremely pleased with our powder room remodel by Litts in April 2016. The selection and quality of the cabinets hardware fixtures and wide range of services available from Litts was outstanding. Although it seemed to us to be a simple project the professionals at Litts planned for every contingency from the initial measure to the multiple trips made by the plumber and cabinet carpenter to ensure that the right work happened still the right time. This resulted in the project being completed on time and beautifully done. Their carpenter was a perfectionist and the installation was perfect. We were so pleased that we already consulted Litts designers about a bigger main bath total remodel and are looking forward to working with them soon. forward to working with them again

Not sure what's up with these folks? Had contacted them 4 times. They cater to "retired folks" who have lots of cash on hand and really don't have any sense of style. No financing available, cash only!!!! I sometimes wonder what their work performance if for folks who have no creative style. They prefer tub surrounds because it us easier. Will not be using them

Booked a bathroom renovation project with these guys ~ a year ago. The project was booked to start in Q1 of 2024. Coming into Q3 of 2024, and all we've had was poor or zero communication. Extremely disappointed at the level of service & communication by Litt's on this project.

We hired Litt's Plumbing to replace the faucet in our shower. They did a great job. We plan on using them again soon!

Could not have asked for a better experience with a kitchen remodel. From the first step to the last, customer service was excellent. All of the guys did great work and were extremely polite and friendly with me, my son, and my (very hyper) dog. Awesome work, great quality!! Highly recommend!

Would never use Litts. Zero stars. They pulled the old bait and switch on me. $1800 went up to $2800 in a 2 week period. I had to call them back after the first quote. That was because no one ever called me back after the receptionist said they would. That's when it went up a thousand. They were over the phone measurements. I know if they actually came out to measure they would have charged me even more. It was for a very small area; countertop replacement only. Very unprofessional, buyer beware.

Highly impressed with the quality of the workmanship! The tradesmen are all employees and take pride in the job they do. The owner, Jerry, was very helpful and thorough. Elise was great to work with for decorating ideas. They completed the job on time as well. Very professional! Would definitely use them again.

I was in the market for a bathroom remodel and had three companies come out for an estimate. While all the estimates were in the same ballpark, it was Jerry's thoroughness of looking at what would be needed for the project that gave Litt's the edge. Every one of the workers that came to the house was thoughtful by putting drop-cloths down for the areas they would be walking through. They were very pleasant and friendly throughout the remodel; and arrived when we were told they would. The work was done timely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Litt's.

Very helpful. I came in ready to buy whole new parts, and they spent time looking at my problem and then recommend trying a very simple fix that ended up costing $1.08. Their time was worth more than that.

I haven't done the fix yet to know if it will solve the leak, though I think it will, and they weren't 100% sure either since they could only see the part I brought not the full unit, but either way their honesty and genuine helpfulness will have me back, when I have plumbing needs.

I'm not in Litt's often, gratefully since that indicates I need to solve a water problem, but when I have, have always had this same quality service.

I am a caregiver/friend of a 91 yr. old man who could not use a tub shower. We called Litt’s and they walked us through all the things we would need to install a new shower that was beautiful and SAFE. As luck would have it we were scheduled during a big snow storm and thought we would be postponed. Not a chance. They showed up ready to work like there wasn’t a foot of snow on the ground. It was also important that the people in my friends home made him feel safe and comfortable. I think he is going to miss seeing the guys because they were so kind. Litt’s sold us a good product, did an amazing installation and everyone was totally professional and kind. What more could a customer want!!!! Bravo Litt’s on a job well done.

They were very knowledgeable, they offered to find different option and solutions. When they were able to locate parts, they got back very quickly. They put me on service schedule immediately, and they were able to have a service tech come out the same afternoon. When he arrived, he took care of situation quickly and efficiently. Absolutely would recommend. All employees were professional and meticulous from demo, carpenters, tile layers, flooring, plumbing and designing. If you are looking for an established company that will get your project done right, Litt’s is your answer. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished job! Beautiful.

Love this store, they have everything you need for your plumbing needs. I needed some parts for very old style plumbing facets, no one had it but Litt’s came to the rescue.

Had two bathrooms refurbished several years ago. Bottom of shower glass door started to leak causing adjacent wall to bubble. I thought that anyone can make a mistake and paid them over a thousand dollars (maybe sixteen hundred) to fix it.

A year later (Fall of 2024) the other side of glass door started to leak causing that adjacent wall to buckle. This time I was a little upset (though polite) and suggested that maybe they should fix it and they pay for it.

.Was told they would fix it. After a few months I drove there and was told it wouldn't be till 2025 till they could get could get to it. Today's date is 6/6/25 and have contracted someone else to fix if for much less than a thousand dollars..

Litt’s sent Ricardo who fixed the kitchen sink quickly. Explained everything, very pleasant and my sink works!

We had all three of our bathrooms renovated. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. All of the work was done by their employees, not subcontractors, and they have been in business for a long time. We went with them because we had our bathroom in our old house renovated by them over 35 years ago, with excellent results. All of their work was top quality and there were only a couple of problems that they took care of immediately. We thought we were getting a shower door with a towel rack and we got one with a door handle. The immediately ordered another one. Yes, there was some delay, but with a business doing top notch quality and employing all of there own people and not calling in a bunch of subcontractors, sometimes that is inevitable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
