I’d give zero stars if I could. Months and months of waiting for a bathtub to shower renovation turned into pipes leaking and needing the job done asap. Once we told Litts we would be doing business elsewhere if they couldn’t do the job they promised it was “oh we can be there on Monday!”
Seemed like no communication between Jerry, demo, plumbers, or anyone else. One guy would come out and do one thing for 4 hours and leave for the day. Wasting over half of a day of work. This project took about a month and was never completed. Outlet covers were never given to us, multiple bathroom tiles were BROKEN. When Jerry came to see how the work was going he brought up the tiles being “loose” I said they weren’t broken or chipped at all before your guys came into my house. His response was we can get some tile out here and fix that up for ya.. yeah I’m sure for another $2,000.. also charged $1000 for a “specialist” to locate a manifold that our house does not have. I was told multiple times the house didn’t have one, but the guys still tried to find it for 2 days.
I was hopeful this would turn around but it never did. After 12+ random men freely walking in and out of my house the shower doors finally being put in after WEEKS of having to go to family’s houses to shower daily.. water leaks all over the floor… such a waste of time, energy, and so much money. 10/10 do NOT recommend..

Had a new tankless water heater installed. Brian and Ben worked efficiently and professionally. They gave us excellent instructions on how to maintain the unit and maximize its longevity.

Working with Litt’s Plumbing and remodeling has been a super pleasant experience. From beginning to end the staff has been super pleasant and full of experience. Will for sure be back for my next job.

I had a bathroom totally gutted and remodeled. Everyone at Litts are very pleasant to work with from Jerry, Tom, Jordan, Susan and the worker who delivers the supplies (I think his name was Tony) in the office to the tradespeople that completed the work. Igor the carpenter was amazing—he started early and worked nonstop and is extremely talented. The plumbing crew, Brian, Ben and Ricardo also did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked very hard, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. Overall, everything was done professionally and with attention to detail. It’s great to work with skilled workers who take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Litt’s Plumbing and will use their services again.

We had a great experience with Nate for our bathroom remodel, would highly recommend his work. Extremely responsive, flexible and thorough.

I have used Nate and his crew for a couple projects that i designed and they have gone very well! I never have to question the integrity of Nate or his guys and I always feel comfortable about referring them to my own clients where my own brand is on the line. . .

We used Nate, Rick and crew for replacement of doors, door casings and baseboards in our entire home. They were quick and efficient, all while doing quality work. Would highly recommend.

I'm a big fan of Nate and his crew. I have used them at my last 2 houses (Kitchen, Bath(s), Theater Room, Basement and the work is always stellar. Nate helped provide me with a few options based on my budget. Im not the easiest customer to work with because i tend to add or change details on the fly, but Nate was always willing to accommodate. Once we can nail down the details, ill be using them for another full kitchen remodel this winter.

Nate has a unique approach that I instantly appreciated. He listened to my project wants, needs and budget. He communicated with me well and kept me informed throughout the process. He and his crew were very courteous, clean, always on time and took the headache out of the remodel process for me which was huge. Nate exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend him.

Nate recently converted a loft space to a bedroom for us. He listened to our wants and offered suggestions for ways to manage cost, which provided great value. As with any project, there were some unanticipated items that came up, but we were able to work through them collaboratively to find a solution. We also appreciated the thorough communication - far better than most contractors we work with. We will certainly keep Nate in mind for future projects.

We contracted Vick Home Remodeling to remodel the first floor of our home during the winter months while we returned to FL. We needed a true professional that we could trust to complete this living room, kitchen, family room, and bathroom remodel during our absence. It was a large project including moving windows, running a new gas line, removing a loft and ceilings, a new load bearing beam, new floors, cabinets, electrical upgrades, plumbing, and appliance installation. All of this was accomplished with ease during our absence. The communication was excellent, and Nate Vick managed the project to our complete satisfaction. He and his team are truly committed to very high standards, I would highly recommend
them to anyone doing a home remodel. You will not be disappointed!

Nate is very professional and his team completed entire basement finishing in said time. Quality of work is also best.
Highly recommended.
