We were thrilled with the outcome of our FBC project and would work with them again in a heartbeat. FBC came recommended by friends (who also had a great experience) and after working with them, we would also recommend them to others without hesitation. We loved our design and the collaborative effort they took with us to make the space exactly what we wanted - and infuse it with things we didn't even know we wanted. From start to finish, we loved the open and clear communication and expectations that were set. This was a construction project so of course there were some minor delays within our project timeline and issues to be dealt with but nothing that was a real problem or that FBC didn't handle or help work with us on to our 100% satisfaction. We loved our project manager and how hands on she was and there was never a question we couldn't bring to her. Now that our basement is done, we are LOVING our new space and our friends are in awe of what was flawlessly accomplished by the FBC team (on time and on budget I should add). Thanks FBC Team!

We recently had our basement remodeled by FBC Remodel, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The team was so helpful, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They transformed our unfinished basement into the space we had been thinking about for years - giving us a space to relax and create family memories.

What impressed us most was their attention to communication and customer service. Katie took the time to get to know our family and presented a design that maximized our space while reflecting our personality. She proactively brought ideas and suggestions to keep things on budget and was patient as we waited for just the right time to start. Brooke made the selection process amazingly simple - capturing the exact vibe we were going for and really bringing the design to life.

And then there's Zack - who kept us informed of every step along the way, kept the project moving, and ensured every little detail exceeded our expectations. He addressed things before we even had a chance to point them out and made sure the trades were respectful of our space. We were bracing for a loud and disruptive remodel, but Zack and team made this a great experience.

Not your run of the mill contractor. FBC really has a tried and true process from design to build. Both a designer and project manager were assigned to our basement project. Communication and responsiveness were top notch throughout the process and exceeded our expectations. We have worked with FBC for 2 projects (finish basement and mud room/laundry/powder bath), and are currently at the beginning of our largest project yet (kitchen, main floor, master bath).

We have really enjoyed the process of working directly with the designers, project management team, and construction team. They have an incredible sense of communication and transparency. We like the process of having an actual 3D rendering of what the space will look like; and the finished project has always been better than expected.

As with any remodeling projects there were challenges along the way, but they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our superintendent, Katie was always on top of things and made sure any issues were corrected in a timely manner. She did a truly amazing job!

From the first meeting to the final walk through the team at FBC was incredible. We shared our vision (to stick with the 1969 vibe of our house but have a modern kitchen) with the designer and got exactly that. The process was clear the entire time. We recently finished a large project with FBC and are very happy with the results. From the bidding process—which resulted in a more detailed bid than those from the other companies we considered—to completion, the experience was a good one.

We completely gutted our primary bath and did a smaller remodel of another bath at the same time. Throughout the job communication with FBC was excellent. Our job superintendent, Katie, kept on top of the work, provided us with daily updates, and visited the job site frequently. Katie was also quick to respond to any questions and issues that arose. She was a pleasure to work with! The sub-contractors FBC worked with were friendly and professional and did excellent work.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen remodel from FBC! The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Before, it was tough to move around our kitchen, but now everything flows so easily and feels perfectly functional. We absolutely love our big island, the mini refrigerator built into the island, and the beautiful colored tiles that make the whole space feel like “us.”

I have utilized Rick’s services for over 20 years. He does a great job, and he is very reliable. If he says he will be at your place at a certain time, he will be! He also explains a project thoroughly and if there are less expensive options, he will present them as well.
