When searching for a professional firm to do a bathroom renovation, Quality Design & Construction came highly recommended. Dave came to our house, made suggestions, and promptly gave us an estimate. His staff were very professional and easy to work with. They totally transformed our 1980's Master Bathroom! They recommended "seniorizing" the room and we cannot emphasize enough what a wise decision that was. Having major surgery one year later made us appreciate the design and functionality of the bathroom. We will definitely use Quality Design & Construction for our future renovations.

FD Remodeling did a fantastic job! We used them to remodel our master bathroom. The plumbing and tile installation was excellent. Everything was just how we wanted it. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend FD Remodeling! From the first contact, they were responsive, helpful, and communication was wonderful. Vickie answered all questions quickly and kept us up to date with delivery of materials and scheduling. We had Javier and his crew knock down our deck and rebuild a new one, as well as replace our french doors. We were updated each day with the progress, the crew was wonderful, polite and efficient. We will definitely be using them again for our next project.

FD Remodeling was great from start to finish. Diego was here to estimate right on time. Turnaround on the estimate was quick and they beat our expectations in being ready to squeeze our job in right away. Elza did a great job with our tile. As he did on a separate job a year ago for us. In and out on schedule and the work looks great! This is our second time using FD and we will use them again!

An old bathtub and the attached bath walls were removed, then the new bathtub and surround walls were nicely placed. Prior to them coming by I had a major faucet leak for several months and the water bill became very high. I am grateful to FD Remodeling for stopping the leak by putting in a new bath/shower valve combo and bathtub and surround walls. They also did great drywall installation. The team, Gabriel, Junior, Javier, Diego, Vicki did a great job. Thank you

It seems a lot folks had really good experiences with FD remodeling. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with them. I think they could have done a good job had we been assigned a quality project manager out of the gate. However, our original project manager did a really poor job of coordinating and managing the project. There was no attention to detail which led to over half of our project having to be redone. I think we also got the bottom of the barrel sub-contractors. Many things were done incorrectly with very low end quality. Because of the project being done wrong the first go round, FD was in a constant state of trying to recoup cost which led to a number of original scope of work disputes. Those ultimately led to us having to pay a higher price to complete the project. When we hired FD, we expected to get a completely finished project without us having to fight for basic finishing touches like caulking trim, staining wood they installed, and painting walls. Our business with FD has concluded but we're still left with a number of finishing touch items that FD did not want to do (primarily painting). We basically had to fight with them all the way to the end of the project to get it 95% completed. The only saving grace for them is that they tried to recover the poor work that was done originally and they did correct a number of things that were originally done wrong. Overall, I just can't recommend them based on our experience.

We used them to change a tub to a walk in shower with a glass door barn enclosure. They were great with sealing off the workplace to reduce the amount of dust in the rest of the house. They were on time and cleaned up before leaving the day. The workmanship was excellent. Communication with the project manager was open and excellent. They had great follow-up and immediately communicated to answer any questions or request that we had. The work team was very pleasant. We would highly recommend and will definitely use again on any other house project

I used FD remodeling for a laundry room / Kitchen overhaul and was very pleased with the result. I was extremely impressed by how attentive to detail the crew was and how quickly the jobs were done. I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. FD Remodeling was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

FD Remodeling did an amazing job painting our kitchen cabinets, installing cabinet handles, and installing recess lighting and dimmer. Top quality work and the project was completed on time. Wilson was very skilled and did excellent work. Vicki was great in working with us from the beginning to the end of the project and talked us through our options and pricing. Highly recommend using them for your next project.

I really enjoyed working with Vickie, Javier and Diego. All were extremely responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Diego was quick to address the issues that arose during project and always kept me informed of when the various work would be completed. They also have an interior designer, Melissa, who was so helpful in giving me direction with my design choices.

Like any remodeling project, it was a messy process. However, FD Remodeling worked quickly, and I am happy with the completion time and end results of the project.

They were so great! Professional and prompt. The guys did a great job of carefully removing existing hardware, putting it all back at the end, and leaving a thoroughly cleaned workspace! Great tiling work and great people.

I recently hired FD Remodeling to do my master bathroom. I was on a short timeline and they did everything possible to ensure that I was able to see the finished product before I left. Special thanks to Erica in the office for being my voice when I couldn’t be. A big thank you to my designer Arica, she always took my phone calls and kept me going. Starting our second project with FD remodeling. They renovated our bathroom in our old house and they were the first ones we called when we moved into a different home!

We have used FD Remodeling now twice for all of our bathroom renovations and several other little projects. Once in 2020 for our master bath complete remodel and again recently in April 2022 for our other 2 bathrooms.

Our neighbors have used them, friends and we even used them on some of our clubhouse repairs. We love them and will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family. Diego and Mike are great and we have stayed in touch even after the projects were complete. Really a solid company!

Working with FD Remodeling was a fantastic experience. They completely remodeled a master bath to include all the fixtures, the floor, plumbing, lighting. The quality of work was very good, their time to complete was shorter than expected and the price was competitive. Especially appreciated the regular check ins from Javier and Didier to ensure that I was satisfied, didn't have any questions and the work was progressing on time. Every member of the team that came to my house to complete work was hard working, pleasant, respectful and very good at their craft. I will not hesitate to use them again!

We had a large master bath remodel project and FD Remodeling did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous and took great care to keep the site clean and organized. They coordinated demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting services and had a project manager on site or readily available. They provided a design consultant who helped us pick out floor, wall and shower tiles. Questions were answered promptly, and while the project took slightly longer than expected we love the results. I would highly recommend FD Remodeling.

We used FD Remodeling to repair our home after a pipe burst and flooded the house. They worked so fast and accurately to repair the damage. The staff were amazing. Vickie, Peyton, and Erica were so nice and understanding, answering all of my questions and explaining everything. Hopefully the next time we use them will be because of a desired remodel and not an unfortunate event as the flood/damage. We would highly recommend this company to do business with.

We are incredibly impressed with kitchen and bath by Zeus professionalism and attention to detail thus far during our bathroom remodel. The crew is always on time and great at communication when people will be coming by to complete work. Arica and the office has been wonderful and communicating the scheduling working around our availability the crew is always on time keeps the work area clean and the finishing work exceeds our expectations. Pedro has been amazing and coming back to pick up and drop off material needed during the process. Arica Designer has been very helpful and patient throughout the process with selections and detail details to ensure we are getting exactly what we want and ensuring the design is what we have envisioned and is bringing our vision to life Javier the project manager has been wonderful every step of the way and fulfilling every request we have made.
