Quality Design took our upstairs storage space and created an award winning living space with full bath. Great job!

Did great job refurbishing the woodwork on our porches, put in crown molding, did great custom counter top and cabinetry work for laundry room; we use them for all renovation projects at our home and offices.

We have just started our renovation project and meeting with Lisa and Dave was a delight. They are very attentive to our needs and "wants" in our design and helpful in getting the process started.

Quality Design and Construction is a reliable ,Professional company!! They are very knowledgeable about building any room or rooms. They start when they say and finish when they say!! they are trustworthy and very nice and easy to work with . Highly recommend them for your project!!

I have worked with QDC for the past 20 years off and on with projects from minor repairs to major projects such as a complete kitchen re-do. Most recently they Did a completely re-do of my master bathroom to perfection! I can't say enough about theie expertise, craftsmanship and professionalism and I will continue to use their services in the future if need be. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I called in October of 2017 to set up an estimate. We first met with Dave and Lisa on November 14, 2017 and were told 2 weeks before they could show us a cabinet design. 6 weeks later, they finally found time to meet with us on December 27, 2017 and we were promised a 2-3 week time frame for the total cabinet and construction estimate. I called today as it's been another 6 weeks and was told Dave has 10 other jobs ahead of our estimate. It's fairly disappointing to be pushed aside continuously on our kitchen remodel. They've taken our excitement about the change and turned it into utter disappointment and frustration. I'm hoping they treat their other potential customers better than we have been treated.

This business is great to work with and attentive to the customer's needs. I know that just telling you that I've hired them 4 different times for big projects on my house may not get your attention, but the final results will. Owner/designer, Dave Mackowski transformed my tiny sketch into a fabulous "she shed" for an even more grand studio space than I could have dreamed. His team is composed of finely tuned craftspeople!

Quality Design and Construction has done 2 projects for us, a kitchen remodel and sunroom renovation. They do excellent work, from the design to construction to painting and finish work. I would not hesitate to call them again with another project, if the need arises.

Dave, Peggy and Co. have consistently exceed our requirements.Judy likes Quality because everyone is easy to work with and wants to help.

Our first project was six years ago. Judy wanted a screened in porch.I was concerned about the "Pollen Problem" we have in the "City of Oaks" every springtime .Dave said he could solve that problem with Easy Breeze. He did! We have a three season room which we love all year long.

Then 3 years later we did the Master bedroom bath. That won an award.
(No curb to the walk in shower, in case if one of us needs a walker later on.)

Kitchen/dining room was the last project. Some folks who came to our house on the Remodelers Tour said it was the best kitchen on the tour. Peggy submitted it for an award this year .I hope they get it.

Fortunately, someone recommended Quality Design & Construction to me at the turn of the century to renovate our master bathroom. I was pleased.
At least 16 projects thru 2022, they have redesigned and renovated our master bathroom, our kitchen, a second bathroom and our deck. They have replaced all our windows with energy efficient ones. They have repaired or upgraded much of our aging home as recommended by periodic home inspections. Most recently, when my wife said “I need a walk-in shower”, they did a wonderful job.
As perhaps their strangest project, I had them build a black bamboo pot. This pot is twelve feet long by three feet wide by 30 inches deep with six inch poured concrete walls and no bottom. It has contained my beautiful, but invasive, black bamboo.
And my personal favorite, they build a bridge over Honey Brook with an attached pergola (I had to look that one up in the dictionary) to hold our climbing, hardy kiwi.
At least 16 projects spanning 22 years, I continue to be pleased; I found a trustworthy builder.

As a Structural Engineer who often assists Quality Design with engineering services I appreciate their meticulous approach to field measurements and innovative solutions to design issues.

After interviewing several contractors, we chose Quality Design & Construction to build a 22' x 40' addition to our home, to be used as a music room and mini-concert hall. The result was just what we had hoped for ... a beautiful room with wonderful acoustics. Dave designed a 118-joist structure to support the curved ceiling and his crews built a room which has been used frequently by some of the finest musicians in the state. QD&C is easy to work with, responsive to questions or suggestions, and a firm that I am happy to give my highest recommendation.

Quality Design built out our laundry room from an empty space with only a washer and dryer to a functional and aesthetically pleasing space - they listened to us describe all our wishes, and, despite being a very small room, were able to create the perfect solution to all of our needs- plenty of cabinetry and counter space for storage and folding laundry as well as a custom-designed dog wash station for our 3 pups. Great people, easy to work with, and great at what they do!

Quality Design and Construction helped me with a master bath remodel and relocation of a laundry room during the height of COVID in the spring/summer of 2020. They were easy to work with and from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Having renovation work done to your home is stressful! You are excited for the result but anxious about the process. QDC does a great job of managing a job- from initial concepts to final completion. The workmanship is quality, the communication is good and they deliver on promises.

I have worked with Peggy and Dave on several occasions and am extremely happy with their work. They communicate very well and explain anything they doing. Their workers are the best and do an exceptional job, very pleasant and work hard. I am very pleased with everything they did and will definitely call them again when I need their services!

An outstanding experience from design to completion. QDC has a great staff that works with the customer to ensure the customers goals and expectations are met. Personnel and trades were always early and left after long days. Everything is expensive and true to the saying "you get what you pay for". I got everything I paid for and I love the final results. Quality Design & Construction; the name says it all. This Googly praise is long overdue, as I've been doing quality HVAC work for Peggy and Dave for going on 18 years. In that time, Quality Design has been consistent in its high standard for aesthetics as well as function. While their clients are consistently pleased with the looks of the end result, I can attest that the trade work behind the scenes, plumbing; HVAC; electrical; and framing, is done by dedicated professionals who share the same principles of workmanship.

We had Quality Design & Construction do a kitchen remodel, and we were so pleased that we had them do an addition of a screened-in back porch a couple of years later. From the first day of discussion to the completion of these projects, Quality Design & Construction was first class! They listened to our needs, developed design approaches meeting those needs, and then executed the plans to perfection. Cindy and I highly recommend them.
