I needed one broken tile fixed and All About Tile was amazing.
Not only did they fix the broken tile without breaking any other tiles but were so clean organized and timely
I would rate this company 10 out of 10 and would use them again.

I don't look anywhere else but here for all of my home remodel or new build beeds! One stop shop with theor new amazing showroom off Independence!!! All About Tile has an impeccable insight to detail, Customer satisfaction and skill! For example, needed to wire lighting on a wall in my dining room...1st electrician said he'd have to make About 5 holes, repair, and paint...NOT All About Tile, they got these lights with a dimmer switch and ZERO holes!!!! The Tile work around doors is never short cutted, and they listen to my goals and are innovative with design. Highly recommend All About Tile!!!

Although I cannot speak to the quality of their work which may be good however, I can speak to how inconsiderate they are when it comes to respecting scheduled dock times for work. They stayed docked with their truck 30 min past due causing us to miss a delivery of furniture which now has been delayed 2 weeks and cost me $79 reschedule fee. Please be more considerate of reservations as you work moving forward.

We hired Antonio and crew to renovate one bathroom. In the end he renovated 3 bathrooms, a bar area, refinished the wood floors for an entire floor, painted the entire interior walls, fixed a bunch of plumbing, went through our electrical list, and even reinforced our wood deck. And did it all beautifully! He’s very meticulous and detailed. He has good suggestions that are reasonable and not out to get every dime from you. He’s not a general contractor, but he sure finds a way to get it all done…no matter the project. I really felt like Antonio was looking out for us. Did I mention it was all done within the budgeted time frame and cost? I’ll definitely upload before and after shots soon. We’ve had people walk into our 1990s home thinking it was brand new. We hired all about tiles to redo some travertine on our patio. Our prior contractor had installed the travertine incorrectly and water was pooling in certain arenas. Antonio came and gave us a quote to remedy the problem and explained what needed to be done. His price wasn’t the lowest or the highest but we went with them as they had a good reviews. This was a good decision as the work they did was very excellent and solved the water issue. Furthermore, during the middle of the project, they said that they needed to do more extensive work than they estimated to solve the issue. They said if we buy the extra materials they would not charge the extra labor cost which I felt was very fair of them. Overall would hire again for other projects.

We hired Antonio and his crew to replace a bathtub insert with a new shower and tile. They worked morning 'til late afternoon everyday, until completion. The area was always kept neat and organized, and we didn't have to deal with any construction dust or mess, during the project. The guys are very professional and I would get a text every morning to let me know an arrival time. The shower looks amazing, it is exactly what we were hoping for in a new, modern shower... I will recommend them to everyone!

All About Tile NC renovated our master bathroom and did a great job. Antonio and team were very responsive and paid attention to detail. We love our new bathroom! Highly recommend.

My wife and I contacted Antonio and All About the Tile NC for an estimate in repairing a shower floor that was leaking from a previous contractor, who has since gone out of business.

Antonio was on prompt, courteous, and very detailed in his quote and explanation of what we were about to undertake. His quote and invoice were very accurate and reasonable for all the work his crew performed. As the scope increased, he was very clear in estimating the amount of additional work required. Even though the job scope increased he was still able to complete the work and on budget.

And we couldn’t be happier! The level of detail, the craftsmanship and quality of work is impressive. The crew was amazing, they worked very hard, and the effort shows! The quality of their workmanship has proven to be wonderful! Nothing has cropped up, or has not met our expectations and everything has confirmed we made the best choice we could have! This is one of the few companies that tell you what will happen, how long it takes and how much it costs, and it actually happens exactly that way. Antonio came out and gave me a very detailed proposal so I knew exactly where the money went. He is very reasonably priced. Maria and Nelson were helpfully and communicated regularly and I always knew where things stood. All of the workmen were prompt, courteous and did excellent work. They kept the work area and my home as clean and orderly as possible. The end result is better than I even imagined. They ripped out a tub and installed a walk in shower, installed a new vanity and all the fixtures and plumbing and lights in my master bath. They also installed new tile around my fireplace. I could not be happier. I have a list of projects and All About Tile will be my go to. Highly recommend!

There are several reasons why I am pleased to recommend All About Tile after my positive experience working with Antonio and team to replace my master shower. First, I had difficulty identifying a vendor that had the right experience and qualifications - doing so was not easy after I made multiple calls to other vendors that either failed to respond or show up or got uncomfortable when asked if they carried adequate insurance. Antonio arrived at the time of our scheduled appointment and was helpful & knowledgeable when offering ideas on a plan to rebuild my shower (which had leaked and required rebuild after remediation / demolition).

Second, Antonio's efforts to quote multiple options to facilitate working with my insurance was both appreciated and helpful. I found the materials to be quality, the costs to be reasonable, and my insurance company did not challenge any of the recommendations that we moved forward with.

Finally, Antonio's team was thorough and diligent in their craftsmanship when building the shower and caretaking of my home. I'll post a picture, but all who have seen the shower compliment us on its design and appearance (work speaks for itself!) ~2 years later and everything is holding up well (I've had no issues), and I continue to be grateful for the work and collaboration on what became the end result. Shower renovations require a lot of time, effort, and meticulous eye for detail -- and thus if I ever need such a renovation in the future, I am confident that All About Tile NC will be my first call. A breath of fresh air in today’s world of home remodeling ! Antonio and his entire team are head and shoulders above all in service … to begin with, our house was a bit outdated .. well, we unfortunately had an upstairs bathroom mishap that consequently ended with our downstairs hardwood floors and ceiling becoming saturated in sewer water .. yes … nasty …
After doing the initial mitigation, we were in search of a contractor … I put a feeler out thru Angie’s List and had some real entertaining supposed “contractors” call on us to sell their services … fast forward to Antonio… from the time he left our consultation, I told my fiancé ….Antonio is it.
What started out as a seemingly average repair turned into a full blown remodel of two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen,
foyer and laundry room … including removing the majority of the lovely popcorn ceiling downstairs and changing the textured walls back to smooth…

Antonio has been there thru the whole process… His vision, his ideas, his leadership his team… these folks are workers !!
They ALL were always so friendly … they always cleaned up (we were still staying in the home during the remodel), always called to let us know what time to expect them and what the plans were for that day.

There were a couple hiccups during the process but Antonio always had a solution… he literally spent hours upon hours with us, making sure we were happy with the work up to that particular point. Whether at his showroom or at our home, Antonio always listened, always gave us ideas. Sometimes we would question him, but in the end, he was usually right !

His work speaks for itself, we’re not here to elaborate on what is already known… we are wanting people to know that Antonio and his crew are all top notch and not only will All About Tile be our go to for any future projects… we also feel we found a friend in Antonio …. Antonio, thank you for taking this remodel that could have been a dreadful experience and helping us to have an experience that truly transformed our home from the 1980’s to an updated beautiful home.

We recently used All About Tile for a home remodel and update. They took care of everything on our wishlist. Antonio, Maria, and Nelson guided us through the entire process and helped us to design and choose all of our finishes.

What impressed us most was their communication and transparency. Their team kept us updated throughout the process and communicated daily. They stayed close to the original timeline and were incredibly respectful of our home, keeping the workspace clean every single day.

The quality of the finish work is stunning. Every joint, tile, and coat of paint is perfect. They didn’t cut corners, and they actually suggested a few design tweaks that ended up being our favorite parts of the project. We are looking forward to working with them again on our next stage of updates.

I cannot say enough great things about All About Tile. The owner, project managers, and workers were great to work with. They were honest, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. My husband and I initially went with them to do minor updates to our master bath, and it turned out that we had two leaks in the bathroom that were identified during the renovation. Antonio (the owner) was quick to come to the project site and walk us through what needed to be done to fix the leaks. After the conversation, we decided to gut the entire bathroom. It turned out amazing! We couldn’t be happier. The workers showed up every day (except Sunday’s) and worked the entire day, and we had great communication with the entire All About Tile staff and would definitely recommend this company.
