Can’t say enough about the quality of tile workmanship by Andrew! He is a skilled craftsman and I have hired him twice over the past fifteen years for my kitchen and two bathroom tile projects. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and assure them of his courteous and responsible work ethic. He was a “johny-on-the-spot” hero with a recent plumbing issue I had. He skillfully cut through tile that was no longer available, saving me hundreds of dollars having to re-tile my bathroom. Rest assured he’ll get your project done with finess!

3rd Generation Building and Design did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. The brothers are detail oriented and great at problem solving. They are perfectionists and it really shows. As they do most of the work themselves, including complex tiling jobs, it really speeds up the process and keeps the price down.

We had a really tricky project--integrating tile, quartzite and new plumbing into our kitchen with existing cabinets as well as replacing the floor and shower tile around a marble tub. Everything came out better that before, plus they offered many helpful design ideas.

I am happy to recommend 3rd Generation Bulding and would definitely hire them again They are leagues better than any contractor we have used in the past.

Andrew and Anthony have always done a good job for us. They recently replaced old windows , which I don't believe was easy with the dry rot they found in this old house. Their work was fast and neat and looks beautiful. I've even had them fix work from a handyman who did not do a good job.

Andrew and Anthony did a recent partial remodel of my bathroom and they were a pleasure to work with- good recommendations on vendors, tight scheduling, great subs, although they did much of the work themselves. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

Andrew and Anthony have done multiple projects for us over the last 15 years. These include crown and baseboard molding, recessed lighting and their specialty, tile work.
They even replaced a backyard redwood fence while they were on-site performing other work.
Their attention to detail is outstanding. They anticipate issues and present pragmatic solutions.

We’ve done 2 bathroom remodels and a number of smaller projects with Andrew and Anthony. Their work is meticulous, the end result beautiful. They are efficient and organized, getting the job done with very little delay. Having found them, we don’t bother with any other contractors. Their work is excellent and they are cost competitive and willing to work with you to contain costs if needed. Definitely 5 stars!!

The owners of 3rd Generation Building and Design did an amazing job with our master bath remodel. The bathroom was original with the house, 25 years old. The remodel was a complete redo of the bathroom, floors, tub, shower, vanity, lighting, fans, new hardware, new plumbing and electrical. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, showing great attention to details and 'doing it right'. They were courteous, always on time, never missed a day and were on schedule and on budget. This company is run by true professionals with the sole goal of making sure you are happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them as they are hands down the best contractor we have ever used for our home remodeling work.

I’ve known Andrew for over 20 years. First job he did for my client was the Lamborghini showroom floor in Los Gatos. He did such a perfect job that the Lamborghini corporation were stunt with the perfect alignment and perfect grout joint of the Lamborghini tiles he installed. I still work with Andrew becuasr he is very positive and listens to all the details of communication errors and works on improving all the time unlike some other contractors who just say “ it is what it is” I highly recommend Andrew to anyone that wants a perfect job done.
