I am very picky about who I hire to do work on my properties. Garcia and team has been heaven sent. They remodeled my bathrooms with intricate design and materials. They laid vinyl, wood and tile flooring. Finish work, drywall and plumbing. Garcia and team do amazing work!

I was referred to Saul Garcia by my son who had a large amount of remodeling done on his newly purchased house. My son was very happy with the work that Saul did, so when I was in need of a contractor he is who I called. He came out promptly to discuss the master bathroom project, and his bid was very fair. He and his helper Freddie showed up promptly every morning, worked diligently, took a brief lunch break, and didn’t leave until 5:30 or 6PM each evening. And when they left for the day they cleaned up the worksite- a very big plus in my book. The job, which involved plumbing, Sheetrock, insulating, painting, tiling, grouting , and new bathtub installation, turned out beautifully. I very much appreciated his team’s attention to detail, care of my property, and work ethic, and would highly recommend Garcia Services should you have need of a good honest job well done, on time, and at a fair price.

I would highly recommend hiring Saul Garcia of Garcia Remodeling who recently completed a project for us. It had been 13 years since our last updates, so we were way overdue for a refresh on our house and boy, did Saul deliver!!! He repaired, scraped, primed and repainted windows / screens, fascia boards, garage doors, and our stucco front porch walls and ceiling. He also replaced and painted 3 exterior side doors. It was amazing to see the difference this made to overall look of the house!
But the really dazzling work was ripping out and replacing our UGLY 1970 shower with a mosaic back wall and complementary travertine side walls. He worked with me on trim ideas, tile pattern placement, and also suggested raising the ceiling after finding the space above was not being used, which really opened the area! Additionally, he installed / re-plumbed a more contemporary rain shower head / hand shower / faucet combo. All of which contributed to a more contemporary and just lovely shower!
Communication was never a problem. He was very receptive to my questions and concerns during all phases of the project and always stopped to discuss. I felt a partnership and a shared interest working with Saul knowing the goal was to realize the best of visions for the remodel / updates.

We had a large unfinished basement in Cherry Hill and had no clue where to start. We heard about Subterra from a friend and called to schedule a meeting/estimate. From the first visit and through the last, we were treated with respect and professionalism, and every interaction was a pleasant one throughout.

We didn't know how to reimagine the space ourselves but thankfully, the visionaries at Subterra knew exactly how to make the very most of every corner. We hired them to completely renovate the space, including framing, new ceiling, flooring, design, electric and plumbing changes, and including a full bath which required an underground sump pump and drain connection.

We could not be happier with the results. Our bathroom is practically an entire new apartment now. The practical uses are endless, and we have made so much more of our home because of this. Our children have more space to play. We have a ton of room to host family from out of town. We never imagines the utility this transformation would offer. Also, the craftsmanship blew us away. We've had work done in the past and we had gotten used to sub-par finishes and little odds and ends being disappointing, and Subterra has set a new standard in our expectations. Also, we compared pricing and asked around and found that we got a heck of a deal, the pricing was straightforward with no surprises and extremely competitive. We would whole heartedly recommend Subterra to anyone renovating a basement, kitchen, bathrooms and everything in between.
