From start to finish Matt and his team have been great to work with. He’s been open to adjustments as the project moved along. This was a big whole house refresh and we stayed in the house at the same time. His team worked around us and helped make this a great success.

We have done kitchen and bathroom remodels in our last two homes with varied results. This time, we interviewed 5 different remodeling companies for a kitchen remodel at our new house. Matt with Mink Floors & Remodeling really stood out. He was very down to earth, easy to talk to, patient and responded quickly to the numerous questions we had prior to signing with him. During the remodel, Matt was regularly on site and stayed on top of any problems that he either found himself or we reported to him. Any issues we brought up he quickly fixed and never tried to nickel and dime us over minor changes. The existing kitchen was 16 years old and outdated. Matt listened to the changes we wanted to make and delivered an end result that was better than we expected! I highly recommend using Mink Floors & Remodeling.

Amazing experience! Our bathroom was remodeled even better than we imagined it could be. Work started promptly, just days after the initial engagement. Competent, respectful workers demolished, rebuilt, and finished ahead of schedule making a beautiful shower! In the end, the project even came in slightly under budget. Highly recommended and will use again ourselves for our next remodel.

I am happy to share how thrilled we are with our recently completed kitchen remodel. To be honest, my only complaint is that my kitchen is now so pretty that I am hesitant to actually cook in it and mess it up!

We are incredibly pleased with the final result. We were consistently impressed by Matt’s meticulous attention to detail and the high level of professionalism and skill displayed by all the craftsmen and subcontractors throughout the project.

During our initial consultation, we shared our budget with Matt and identified areas where we thought we would need to compromise. We originally expected to only modify our existing cabinets and keep our dated granite countertops. However, Matt listened to my vision, made suggestions of his own, and showed us how we could actually afford new cabinets and countertops while staying within our budget and without compromising on quality.

Having built a home and managed another extensive renovation in the past, we know that unexpected challenges can and WILL occur. The important thing is how a contractor handles problems and setbacks. Matt and his team earn an A+ for addressing every setback head on while remaining professional and upfront.

I highly recommend Mink Remodeling. I trust Matt’s ability, his experience, and his instincts. In fact, I look forward to working with him again on a future project.

Cesar and Antonio and their crew do amazing work! Their professionalism and pride in their work is beyond reproach.

My stand up shower was leaking water and had to be completely redone due to mold. These guys came out and redid everything. They were professional, finished when promised and did quality work. I was very happy with their work and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Homeland Builders is a great one-stop company for all your residential construction needs. They did an excellent job completing electrical, plumbing, painting, and sheet rock repairs efficiently and well before the deadline to sell our home. These guys are very hard working and have excellent customer service.

In January 2021, my husband and I began looking for contractors to renovate just the downstairs area of our home. We found several contractors that were recommended to us and we were excited to work with, but became increasingly frustrated either by their lack of timely communication and/or an extremely high-cost quoted estimate, which never aligned with the values of our neighborhood.
Were shocked at how difficult it was to get contractors to return our calls and or emails. The companies that did respond quickly, were the ones that charged an amount that out priced the neighborhood.
In an effort to get something started, we narrowed our focus again and again. However, we still went through 7 different contractors over the course of two years, and never were able to start the renovation due to that lack of communication, reluctance to give us a written Line item estimate or an unreasonably high estimate.

We were ready to give up when a friend happened to recommend Cesar with Homeland Builders.
From the beginning, he communicated with us in a timely manner, gave us a written estimate after our first walk-through, and that written estimate aligned with the values in our neighborhood.
Some of the previous contractors had quoted us the same price as Homeland builders for just part of our downstairs. However, Cesar was able to incorporate the changes we wanted to our upstairs as well, thus making it a whole house renovation!
Cesar and Antonio were wonderful to work with and we could not be happier with the results. We moved out of our home in August 2023 and moved back in 10 days before Christmas.
When we came back, it was like moving into a brand new house. They were able to make all our dreams come true. I haven’t had time to put pictures side-by-side, but will add those to my review soon.
I cannot recommend Homeland Builders enough for your home renovation needs. Our top reasons are their excellent communication, reasonable estimates (they may not be the lowest, but they will be the most cost-efficient), their willingness to listen to the homeowners needs & provide helpful guidance/suggestions and we can’t say enough about their excellent carpenter!

We had Homeland Builders complete a second major job for us.

The first job they did for us was a complete bathroom remodel which included the removal of the tub and walk in shower and replacing it with a giant walk in shower that included two shower heads and water jets, tile and cabinet work and counter tops in all of the bathrooms and laundry. The results of the job were stunning. Homeland completd the job in a professional manner on a timely basis.

The second job was a restoration from water damage that included complete first floor tile, remodeling of cabinet work in the great room and counter top replacements in the kitchen and great room. The blending of cabinet finish wood work and matching of stain and paint colors was great. Another awesome job.

We recommend Homeland Builders to anyone that wants value and high quality for their home construction and remodeling requirements.

I am so happy I went with 4Ever Remodeling. After following 4Ever Remodeling on Instagram for the past few years and loving their work, I finally reached out for a quote for a kitchen remodel. I also received quotes from other companies and they were all around the same. We started off with Ryan who came over to go over things and find out what we wanted with our kitchen and he then provided the final quote. Then we worked with Magda and Anna who were the interior designers. They were amazing in the design process and assisting with picking out items that we needed. They told us EVERYTHING that we needed which was a big help! I went back and forth many times and they always responded right away. We were then assigned to Peter as our Project Manager. He made the whole process extremely stress free. He always let us know what was going on during the process by answering any calls or texts. We also had Adam and his team who did the work on the kitchen project and they were AMAZING! Adam also always informed us on what he was doing and was very easy to talk to. His attention to detail and his craftsman work is top notch! Last, working with Katie in the office was also super easy. She always provided up-to-date paperwork on everything.

You can trust 4Ever with your remodeling project. I had my master bathroom in my 100 year old house completely gutted and replaced. I asked for a lot: a skylight, a pocket door, heated floors, a large shower stall, floating vanity, and in-wall sink faucets. It was all masterfully executed with great attention to detail.
For the design, their team provided a lot of options far beyond the standard dull bathroom offerings. The final design was very contemporary, yet still warm, which is just what I wanted. Living with construction is very difficult, but they did all they could to make it bearable. They were very neat, cleaned up every single day, and did all they could to contain the dust.
A warning on the cost for a project like this: in a very old house you probably can’t reuse the plumbing or wiring, and these costs can’t be estimated until the walls and floors are opened.
In the end, I am thrilled with the results, and I highly recommend 4Ever.

My wife and I finally decided to go ahead with our long overdue remodeling of our two bathrooms. Knowing it would be a major project involving extensive plumbing and electrical work, we looked for a contractor who could coordinate the entire job and do the design and reconfiguration as well. We’re so happy to have found 4Ever Remodeling whose high rating is well earned. Designer Magda has great taste and an eye for detail, and following demolition, when it was a beam in the floor was discovered that prevented the team from executing her initial appoved design, she came up with an alternate plan that worked equally well on the fly. Very impressive!
Adam’s constuction crew and project coordinator Maciek were very professional and coordinated with their electrician and plumber to keep things moving ahead on schedule, making sure that we were happy with all the details. The work area was kept organized and any minor incidental damage to adjacent rooms was repaired quickly. We also respect their policy of standing behind their work with a 3-year warranty.
We’re so pleased with the result and would gladly use the 4Ever Remodeling team for any further remodeling projects we have coming up!

They did such a great job in out kitchen! They really thought out of the box and gave us more room than we ever thought we could get. They were also able to adjust finishes to help us stay on budget. We had such a good experience with 4Ever Remodeling redoing our bathroom. Lien, the designer was such a help in covering every little detail of the design and helping bring my vision to life. Maciek, the project manager, was great about communicating with us, answering all of our questions, and addressing all of our concerns. Arek did all of the remodeling work by himself. He always showed up right on time and completed the work so fast. He did everything beautifully, and was so patient when we were indecisive or changed our minds. The bid from 4Ever Remodeling was higher than the other bids we got, but for good reason. They brought so much to the table and made everything so easy - it was worth every penny.
