From the initial meeting, 4Ever was very upfront about the cost of the project so we knew exactly to expect. They also use an app to track payments and communication, which made it very easy to stay on top of things.

They provided design assistance and helped us choose the perfect finishes within our budget. They took the time to explain the different options to us and made sure we were happy with the final product. The quality of their work was excellent, and they kept to the timeline set at the start of the project.

We had the pleasure of hiring 4Ever Remodeling for a major renovation project (the entire townhouse), and I am delighted to share my outstanding experience. They did a great job rehabbing our small upstairs bathroom which included relocating several closets. All the workers were considerate and professional and clean! Marek was great at communicating at every step of the project.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with 4Ever. The design process was both fun, and informative as we had no idea where to start. The build was almost exactly on schedule. Any delay was not on their end, but on other company’s and material, but it was nominal (maybe a week more time). The communication with project manager was great and the work fantastic. Our new bathroom is light years away from the mess we had and we couldn’t be happier.

We could not be happier with how our kitchen remodel turned out with 4Ever Remodeling. Their flexibility, professionalism, and -- most importantly -- the quality of work exceeded our expectations.

The scope of work was by no means simple, as almost everything about the layout of our kitchen was functionally obsolete and needed to be re-imagined for easier everyday use and modern storage needs. Plumbing and gas lines had to be re-configured for an additional sink and laundry installation, and the refrigerator had to be creatively fit into an adjacent closet behind the existing drywall. These tasks were expertly completed and the before/after photos speak for themselves as to the quality of workmanship.

We used Magda for her kitchen design service before construction and we highly recommend using her. Her knowledge, expertise, and confidence was invaluable to us and would be to anyone who doesn't have experience dealing with the nuances and stress that come with an extensive remodel. She was there to not only to extract the vision we wanted into construction drawings but also to help consult us on more specific design ideas, and often break our indecisive gridlocks on simple choices like backsplash, faucets, grout color, etc. Any remodeling process can be overwhelming but Magda simplified things for us and was worth her fee 10 times over.

As soon as construction started, the foreman, Adam, and his team, were on site every morning, Monday through Friday (and sometimes Saturday!), 8am-5pm, like clockwork, until the job was done. 4Ever is a company that is not going to stop the job until it is finished. Adam was a unique problem solver who was able to diagnose and correct issues arising from the age of our 140 year old house. He was very focused and kept us informed on the schedule and ideas for bringing the design to fruition. He even returned after the job was technically finished to complete touch ups and correct minor things which was greatly appreciated.

We highly recommend 4Ever Remodeling based on our experience working with them. The care and attention to detail throughout this project was unmatched by any other remodeling company/contractor we've dealt with, and because of that we'll definitely be using them again for our next project.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience working with 4Ever remodeling to remodel two bathrooms in our condo unit. From the initial consultation, the team was professional, communicative, and up front about what to expect with every step of the remodel. The design process went great and we appreciated the help in pulling together patterns and materials that would ultimately match the vision we had sent over in a single picture. The construction team kept us up to date multiple times a week with photos and texts about the progress and alerted us immediately when any hiccups popped up so we could easily get them resolved. The end product surpassed our expectations going into the remodel and we would happily recommend to anyone else!

4Ever Remodeling was great! We were looking for a full-service design-build contracting firm that would handle our major kitchen, bedroom, and back porch remodeling project from beginning to end, and 4Ever Remodeling was perfect for the job. We greatly appreciated the direction from their designers, the clarity of the contract and overall price, the quality of the workmanship, the good communication, and they even finished the project ahead of schedule! Our project involved everything... we moved the kitchen from one side of our house to the other which involved a full gut rehab, new framing, some structural work, windows and siding, kitchen utilities, and the all the normal kitchen finishes and details. You cannot ask for more from a contractor than someone who is reliable, does quality work for a reasonable price, is easy to work with, and gets the job done on schedule.

The only thing I can criticize them on was a misunderstanding we had early in the project that seemed to be blown a bit out of proportion... In my opinion they missed a couple things on the contract that should have been covered, but mistakes happen. This resulted in a slightly higher cost of change orders that I was anticipating, and I had a minor disagreement with the GM when I started questioning the additional fees, but in the end we made peace and the rest of the project went smoothly. In the end, the cost for the project (including change orders) was on par or slightly lower than their competitors and we are very happy with the amount and quality of work we received for the price. Also, we have a very old home so some amount of change orders will always be expected because you never know what the old house might be hiding underneath :).

In summary, 4Ever remodeling is a great design-build firm that I highly recommend. Shout out to Peter our Project Manager and Paul our Forman for doing an incredible job. We are fully utilizing our new kitchen and bedroom space and are fully satisfied with the final product... it turned out even better than we imagined!

This was our second project with 4Ever Remodeling. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960’s bathroom totally up to date. The team from 4Ever did an excellent job. We then contracted 4Ever for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job and requested the same team. Our designer at 4Ever offered three different designs for the kitchen, one of which was just like what we were envisioning for the space. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Our project manager, Maciek, and the rest of the team headed by Rafal, were professional, helpful, and paid great attention to detail. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level. As mentioned from others, 4Ever uses an app that gives daily updates and pictures. For invoicing and other office questions, Katie is always kind and helpful. If we ever need to do another remodeling project, we’ll go straight to 4Ever Remodeling.

We had a great experience working with 4ever on our bathroom remodel. Once we met with Steve and Magda, we were confident in their ability to transform our bathroom into exactly what we wanted. The entire process was so organized and they also use an app to easily track progress. Working with Klaudia, our designer, was such a pleasure. She brought our vision to life and made the design process so fun, rather than overwhelming. She was so thoughtful in the design, ensuring we had a functional, yet beautiful and classic master bath. Our PM, Peter, was very communicative, and his expertise was crucial throughout the project. We even did some additional work in our room because we were so impressed with Rafal and the team’s work, we wanted to take care of some other finishing touches that were so worth it! We would definitely use 4ever again and would recommend them.

We hired 4Ever Remodeling to update our primary bathroom, drawn in by their polished presentation and promise of excellent communication via their Buildertrend app. While they were among the more expensive options, we believed their full-service approach justified the cost. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the promise.

Things started well, but issues quickly emerged after signing. The designer showed up late to our first walkthrough and gave a conflicting start date from the project manager, leaving us unclear about the timeline. We were then surprised to learn—via the app—that we were responsible for ordering all major materials ourselves, with no contractor discounts or oversight. This contradicted their advertised “holistic” approach.

Communication from the project manager was equally disjointed. He initially didn’t know he was assigned to our project when we called and then told us, unexpectedly, that work would start the next day. From that point on, we felt like an afterthought to the PM and design team.

The bright spot of the entire project was Gregor, the subcontractor. Despite being handed outdated plans from the project team when he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly skilled. His work and communication were excellent, and we’d gladly hire him again independently.

Unfortunately, the rest of the process was marked by frustrating lapses in communication with the design and PM teams. A delay in quoting heating options cost us the chance to install heated floors. The promised daily updates never came—we received only three progress photo sets over three weeks—and the app was mainly used for payments and change orders, not meaningful updates.

The linen cabinet situation was another letdown. After weeks of back-and-forth (which we were told would be ironed out in the design process—it wasn’t), the only options presented were inadequate, leading us to hire a separate cabinet maker. The project wrapped up with a punch list dropped off instead of a proper walkthrough, reinforcing our sense of being overlooked.

While the craftsmanship—thanks entirely to Gregor—was excellent, the project management and design experience fell far short. For the premium price, we expected far better. We cannot recommend 4Ever Remodeling based on our experience with their PM and design teams.

Very happy with 4Ever Remodeling from start to finish with their work on our bathrooms (Hall/Kids bath and Master Bath). We talked to multiple contractors about what we wanted covering a balance of design, timing, quality and budget and 4Ever checked all the boxes.

The process was thorough in terms of walking through what we wanted, drafting a contract, and then meeting as many times as we needed to finalize the design. I liked the flexibility in terms of bringing my ideas to the table along with the balance of getting the right suggestions on design and fixtures. We managed to purchase a lot of things independently but also bought many suggestions that were offered.

Once we finally got started with the build we did one bathroom at a time. Both bathrooms were totally gutted which gave us the opportunity to fix some surprises but it was nice that they were transparent with each step and talked to us about structural, electrical and plumbing variations all with budget in mind. Our main builder Jack, was very responsive, and I am still amazed with his craftsmanship as he basically did it all. On top of it all, they kept things very clean and contained to the area they were working. We needed it that way as we were still living in the house and at times crossing paths daily. They even adjusted scheduled and worked some weekends knowing that we had vacations and time away from the house.

Big thanks to Ryan, Magda, Anna, Pete, Jack and Damian for the great work! I recommend their work and look forward to working with them again in the future.

If anyone is seeking white glove service when it comes to a renovation project for your home, then look no further than 4Ever Remodeling. They have been true partners with this process since day one and they are certainly playing the long game when it comes to customer satisfaction. I will only use this company for future home improvement projects. If you are looking for a company that places your needs (design, budget, timing, etc.) as a priority then this is the remodeling company for you.

The only thing better than final results of the project (which I let the pictures speak for themselves) were the people who were managing the project every step of the way. This started off with the attentive prospective sales team with Ragen and Alisia meeting at my place to get the lay of the land and flesh out the scope of the project. What am I looking to have done and what are the expectations for the project. As soon as those details were sorted, we then went into the Design phase.

If you are anything like me, then you will need extensive guidance on how to put designs you like together, and Eliza from the design team was able to take my initial vision and create 3 proposed project mock ups as directions we could go with (Different design options based on budgets). The level of follow up and attention the design team does is unmatched (for example, the initial shower tile I selected had gold accents, and Eliza contacted the manufacturer to see how constant water exposure would impact the longevity, aesthetics, and durability of the tile, and it was determined that long-term water exposure would lead to the gold accents tarnishing...this is a level of detail and follow through that I have not encountered before). During the final stages of the design process, you'll be able to select the individual fixtures, tiles, and other selections at their brand new showroom.

After the design process is finalized, it moves to the contracting team where Swalek was able to manage the day to day tasks of the demo and renovation. All updates were immediately communicated to me through both the online portal (where all aspects of the project can be tracked) and through phone communication as well.

Finally, I'd like to sing my final praises to both Katie and Damian. Katie helped with ensuring that all my payments were confirmed (and 4Ever Remodeling is flexible on payment methods: Zelle, Wire Transfer, and Check) and applied towards my final total. Even the money management was made simple with this company. Damian is the one who ensures the project is moving and he personally follows up upon the completion of a project to make sure you are satisfied with the final result.

Working with 4ever Remodeling was such a great experience. Ryan and his team handled our kitchen remodel with so much professionalism and care. They shared helpful design ideas that made our kitchen more functional and stylish. They also guided us through every step and helped us pick the right materials, and delivered the project right on time. The final result is stunning, with beautiful cabinets, new countertops and a perfect layout for cooking. Highly recommend Ryan and the entire team at 4ever Remodeling.

4Ever Remodeling completed a mudroom, powder room and laundry room remodel for me. They were honest, professional, thorough, responsive and friendly. Peter was an excellent project manager. He was very organized, punctual and truly cared about delivering a beautiful finished project. Peter, Magda (design) and Adam (general contractor) were attentive and patient, addressed my questions/concerns immediately and worked hard to ensure that my project was completed to my satisfaction. It turned out lovely!

The only negative was some cabinets arrived damaged and the process to replace them adversely impacted the project completion date.

We hired 4ever Remodeling to remodel our basement. It was a storage area with some shelving and laminate floors. We were a little stuck on how to redesign it. Their designer was fantastic. She took all of our ideas and organized them into a beautiful space that we customized with features like a wine rack. The construction teams were fantastic to work with. They were on time and stayed in our budget. They offered suggestions if an option we wanted didn’t work and had incredible attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

We hired this company for a kitchen renovation, and we’re very pleased with the results. To stay within budget, we provided our own cabinets and countertops and reused our existing appliances. They were flexible with our choices, which made the process easier. We chose tile for the flooring, and their team did an excellent job with the installation. The quality of their work was impressive—they clearly take pride in the details. Communication was strong from start to finish; any questions we had were quickly answered, and we were kept up-to-date on each stage of the project. Project management was also handled very well. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the space clean and organized, which we appreciated since we were living in the home during the remodel. They completed the project on schedule, and the entire process went smoothly. We are planning to use them for our master bathroom project and we would recommend them for any lager renovation project.

My family and I live in Hoffman Estates, and about two years ago we hired 4Ever Remodeling to remodel our primary and hallway bathrooms. The project was a full gut renovation, including new plumbing, electrical work, tile, and painting. We decided to work with them because they offer full-service experience - design, project management, installation, and warranty. About three months ago, we noticed a small issue with one of the shower tile. We contacted 4Ever Remodeling to arrange a possible fix and they promptly sent installers to inspect it. Since the work was still under their installation warranty, the tile was replaced at no additional cost. Based on our overall experience, we would recommend 4Ever Remodeling to anyone considering a bathroom remodeling project.
