I found 4Ever from scanning online reviews and Yelp, and consistently, all their customers seemed to have a positive experience. I bid out my project ( a gut unit renovation) to them and another contractor to get comparison bids. I had read from previous reviews that they were not the least expensive (nor most expensive), but you get what you pay for, and I felt comfortable with their pricing after bidding it out to another contractor I knew, so I felt they were in line.

The whole team I interacted with was very professional. Ryan helped me with the initial project scope, I met Damian the owner at one of the initial emails, Klaudia helped with design work (while I had a vision in mind – her expertise helped me finesse some items – especially with the kitchen design), Diana helped with my construction draws through my bank and Marek was an excellent project manager.

I loved their project management software, Buildertrend as it helped keep me updated with photos and weekly project updates. It was also the repository for all the invoicing and change order approvals. I appreciated the transparency. They also allowed you to furnish some items yourself to save on markups. But, in hindsight, while some items I still would have selected and purchased on my own, for others, I would have paid the nominal premium to go through them so I didn’t have to coordinate the delivery and ensure the timing was right to avoid any delays. If selecting items, yourself, I would just make sure to be proactive in terms of timeline expectations for anything are responsible in providing.

As for the work itself, the quality was excellent. I was extremely happy with the skill and workmanship of all the contractors who 4Ever used for the job. There were very little change orders (all but one I would call unforeseen), which many times can be exponential as you get into things.

I had a good experience with 4Ever. There are a lot of unscrupulous or shady contractors out there and I can say 4Ever was anything but that and I was able to put my complete trust in them for this project.

We remodeled our two bathrooms, and the change is amazing. The tubs and showers were replaced with new ones that feels strong. The floors were redone with tiles that are easy to clean. The walls were also updated and now looks modern and neat. The team was professional, courteous, friendly, and hard-working throughout the project. Both bathrooms now feel fresh and safe to use. The remodel was done on time and with care. I would recommend them to others.

Our consultation with 4Ever Remodeling for our master bathroom project in Chicago was a very positive experience. You get a designer for your project and I was assigned Aga. I thought I had all the design work done but she brought across very good points which did change my mind. I went with her suggestions and they came out better than I had planned. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She designs the whole project so you can see the finished view on the screen before a nail is pulled.
Greg was assigned to the work portion, and I can’t say enough praise about him. He showed me as he went along the small details that really make a craftsman. He was on time, cleaned up daily and really paid attention to the smallest details. Jacek, the PM, would stop by and enter daily information and photo’s into the app Buildertrend. He kept on top to keep things moving. Communication, selection of materials, and progress are all in one place. This eliminates a ton of confusion and records in real time what is happening and what materials were picked by you.
When the job was completed, Jacek informed me his boss, Damian did not like a small mistake that was made. He wanted it corrected. I was impressed that the owner took responsibility for quality of the business. If you’re reading this, you are probably looking for a good company. This is it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I consulted with 4Ever Remodeling for two bathroom remodeling projects in Des Plaines. From the very beginning, Ragen the consultant was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and steps in detail. He also invited us to visit their showroom in Niles to explore ideas and materials in person. At the showroom, one of their interior designers assisted us with reviewing tile samples, cabinetry options, shower glass, and design examples. Although we haven’t made our final decision yet, it looks like we will be moving forward with 4Ever Remodeling. Compared to five other companies we met with, they were by far the most organized, provided the most detailed scope of work and prices, and offered great design ideas. Klaudia designed a beautiful kitchen for us, was really patient with me in making hard decisions, and was always available to provide input as the work progressed. Marek, our project manager, did an amazing job of keeping the project on track, providing daily updates, and was always easy to reach if I had a question or concern. The building process was the most efficient I’ve ever experienced. A crew was available to start within days of getting our permit, and there were no wasted days in the process. It’s tough being without a kitchen, so we were grateful to have the project actually finish in less time than we had expected. Oleksandr, who was there for the entire project, is a hard worker and did beautiful work. When we got to the end of the project, I had to look hard to find anything to put on the punch list. We love our new kitchen, and would definitely recommend 4Ever Remodeling.

We had a very good experience with one of the 4Ever Remodeling designers during our in-home design consultation for our kitchen and bathroom project in Mount Prospect. We completed our kitchen remodel with 4Ever Remodeling at our home in Norridge. It was a pull-and-replace project — we didn’t want a full redesign, just a refreshed and updated kitchen. We finished our 2 bathroom remodel with 4Ever Remodeling and couldn’t be happier. There were issues that plagued our bathrooms and a remodel was the perfect time to take care of them. Every winter the pipes would freeze, our upstairs bathtub drain leaked, and there were water stains on our ceiling from the vents sweating in the summer. After a couple frigid days this winter I’m confident our frozen pipe issues are a thing of the past.

Our designer Agnes was great to work with. While our tastes didn’t always align, she did a good job making choices and presenting options that complemented the direction we wanted to go. Our project manager Damian was also nice and easy to work with. He was around almost every day that there was work being done and kept us up to date with the progress on the project. The contractors were great and did an amazing job transforming our bathrooms, and cleaning up when they were done. It was much easier to live in our house while the project was underway than I thought it would be.

As with any construction project, there were some bumps in the road; shipping delays, discontinued products, surprises behind the walls, little mistakes, and waiting on permits. This led to part of the construction needing to continue while we were out of the country. For the most part, that went smoothly. All of the little issues along the way were acknowledged and taken care of to our satisfaction. We’d gladly hire 4Ever Remodeling again should we ever need more remodeling work done.

4ever remodeling just finished my bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with either the process or the results. Although they were the most expensive of the quotes I received, they also were the only ones who actually listened to what I wanted and worked from that instead of what they thought I should do. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted and boy did they deliver. I also loved the design process with them, with full color 3-d renderings that helped me refine my vision and ensure I loved what I got.
Once the work began, 4ever communicated thoroughly and clearly what the timeline was, what trades would be there next, and how long to expect the work to take. My husband was a contractor for 30 years and he was quite impressed by their communication strategy via an app that kept all info easily accessed in one spot.
All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable process that resulted in a gorgeous work of art, made by true craftsmen who respected the property, communicated well, and left me completely delighted with the results. You get what you pay for!
