Living through a remodel is so hard but even in the disarray, I would come home to cleanliness. They held the same standards to their subcontractors and enforced this as needed.

Remodels are hard and making decisions was tough and at times frustrating for me. They were patient and gracious, allowing me the time to process my thoughts even when they knew the answer I would ultimately come to. It was a good collaboration. They were very respectful.

As a CPA, the financial arrangements were top of mind and I was not disappointed. The mastery of the financial side of their business was nothing I had experienced before. Weekly meetings, progress reports and timely change orders. I paid weekly for the work performed which eased my mind. When you are spending a lot, paying for what you see happening is somehow more comforting.

The Watermark team truly exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. While our project wasn’t massive in scale—custom-building a cabinet to fit a new refrigerator and designing and installing a custom tile backsplash—they treated it with the same care, attention, and professionalism you would expect on a much larger remodel.

Beware of this company, they don’t pay their contractors. This could result in your home having a lien placed on it if they decide not to pay the contractor working on your home.

Our first experience with Stately Design and Remodeling goes all the way back to 2017, when they replaced all our windows and built a gorgeous pergola that completely transformed how we enjoy our backyard and pool.

Rick and his team built an extension on our home that included a new full bath, closet and living area. It required foundation, framing, a roof extension as well as HVAC and plumbing.
