Watermark Builders have built/renovated multiple homes in our neighborhood. They were referred to us because they do amazing, quality work and have received rave reviews from all of our neighbors. Beware of this company, they don’t pay their contractors. This could result in your home having a lien placed on it if they decide not to pay the contractor working on your home.

Our first experience with Stately Design and Remodeling goes all the way back to 2017, when they replaced all our windows and built a gorgeous pergola that completely transformed how we enjoy our backyard and pool.

A few years later, we didn’t hesitate to bring them back to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms and to install new flooring throughout the house. Those floors still get compliments from guests—every single time someone visits.

We eventually asked them to remodel our upstairs bonus room, too. And honestly, every project has been the same story: they truly listen, they work with your vision, they communicate clearly, and they deliver exactly what they promise.

But the highest compliment I can give Stately Design and Remodeling is this: when our home flooded during the Texas “snowmageddon” of 2021, Rick and Justin showed up immediately. They jumped right in—fixing leaks, starting remediation, and easing what was an incredibly stressful moment for our family. Working with Rick Baker and his team at Stately Designs was such a great experience!! We love all the work they did for us in our home renovation project!! New Kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new closets and built in cabinets int he dining room... They made managing the entire project so seamless!

Rick and his team built an extension on our home that included a new full bath, closet and living area. It required foundation, framing, a roof extension as well as HVAC and plumbing. The project was delivered on schedule, and we even expanded the scope to remodel the kitchen and flooring throughout the house. I would absolutely recommend the Stately team for all of your remodel projects.

Stately Design is the best company to remodel/renovate your home! Rick is so honest and kind, and respectful he listens to all your concerns and he responds immediately. Adam is so great as well, it’s just a great company overall. Stately Design has remodeled my entire kitchen, floors, powder bath, wine cellar and laundry room. A lot of the work I requested was very complex with high end stones complex plumbing and refrigerators, entire flooring not a basic renovation at all. They didn’t give me any pushback but did whatever it took to make it happen. My house looks so beautiful and modern now and I am still so happy with the results. They were so tidy during the process and the precision is spot on, I lived in the house the entire time it took to remodel. Stately Design is well worth the investment and he has an honest company, he works with good contractors. Once when I was out of the country I had a big leak (not pertaining to any renovations) and Rick responded, came out to the house and immediately stopped it to help me when I was gone! He is so kind and that really meant a lot to me! When I am ready for more renovations I will only use Stately Design! I will try to post some before and afters
