SFR Pros is my go to renovation company in Dallas Fort Worth. This team is experienced in the SFR investing space so they understand the different needs of their customer base to build a long-term rental portfolio. I send any clients that are institutional funds like private equity REITs or hedge funds looking to build or expand their SFR portfolio to this local contractor. I know they also provide construction services to smaller real estate investors who are just getting started and need more of a guiding hand. I have seen with my own eyes how Patrick at SFR Pros will tell a potential buyer to NOT buy this wholesale deal at XYZ house in Dallas because the pricing of the deal is wrong. To me, this is highly refreshing and raises my trust. The most notable skill is these guys already work for all the top institutions and blue chip REITS in Texas so there is basically no property situation they have not seen. I have sent over to them some really run down houses that they were able to turn around and renovate.

SFR Pros is a great company for small real estate investors like myself who want to be hands off on my fix and flip investments and properties.  I had experiences with other renovation contractors who were not able to handle the entire remodeling project – some only did painting, one contractor did not know how to handle the plumbing and electrical issues.  It was a real pain to have to go and find separate contractors for each segment of the renovation and it greatly slowed down my time to market (and financing costs).  The guys at SFR Pros can handle it all as one property had a very bad foundation issue and old roof that were able to handle with ease.  It was very refreshin
g and I highly recommend this company!

SFR Pros did a beyond wonderful job with my new HVAC installation. I got quotes from different HVAC companies in Plano and Collin county area but this local contractor had the best price by far. If you are shopping around for the best value on replacing an old air conditioning system, I highly recommend getting a quote from this local company. My house and brand new central AC system is ready for our hot Texas summers!

Thank you SFR Pros! I have an inherited house from a family member in Dallas that I needed to renovate after years of neglect. I wanted to continue to use the property as a rental home but it needed updating and some medium sized repairs (like a new air conditioning system, fresh coat of paint, new carpets). I was referred to SFR Pros as they specialize and work with real estate investors in DFW. I live outside of Texas so I needed to find a trusted local contractor who could handle the whole renovation project, not just bits and pieces of it. I wanted and needed to be hands off (I don’t know anything about construction). I felt very comfortable with this team from the start and especially as they were referred by another local Dallas home buyer that I trust. The home remodeling project was completed a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. And most importantly, the house is now leased. I have new rental tenants moving in soon so the property will have actual cash flow! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend SFR Pros for anybody looking for a home renovation contractor in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I am a real estate investor but originally hired them as general contractors for my current personal home renovation in Plano TX which was a very large project. I bought the house as a fixer upper so they did a full gut kitchen remodel and all three bathroom renovations. I have used their contractor services to renovate two fix and flip investment properties over the past couple of years. I am definitely happy with the quality of work but even more impressed with how fast they got all the projects done. Thank you SFR Pros!

My husband just posted a review here for Plano Home Renovation, but I wanted to add and really highlight how terrific and helpful their customer service was right from the start. It is just sooooo refreshing to find general contractors that are pleasant, polite, and trustworthy! We had to change the start times of the work to be done because of our travel schedule and they were very flexible and accommodating. The paint job was the work that I was most impressed with. It looks beautiful and transforms the feel of the house. It was just an amazing experience all around! Its a 5 stars and 10 out of 10 review from me.

I am a Plano resident and very satisfied with the team at Plano Home Renovation. They will definitely be my preferred Plano contractor going forward. I found the renovation company as a referral from a personal friend who did a full home remodel with this local contractor. I had water damage from a broken plumbing line that froze during the winter storm. This contractor was so fast in getting me help before the leak got out of control. Several major repairs were needed such as removal of wet drywall and then installing new drywall back again. We needed new flooring installed (carpet and laminate combo) and interior paint to match the rest of the house. Their team simply got the job done without any issues! Thank you Plano Home Renovation

The manager gave me a free estimate for a list of home remodeling work I needed done at my house in Plano. I was impressed that these guys had the full range of home improvement services so I actually had them do more of the items on my to do list than I originally anticipated. The crews of contractors did interior painting, roof repairs, flooring, an awesome new HVAC system, and fixed leaks in the plumbing system. I am very pleased with all the work completed! I hired Plano Home Renovation for a master bathroom remodeling job for my personal home.  I live in an older home in Plano so it was very much in need of updating but was dreading the time it takes to renovate anything like a bathroom or kitchen.  However, I was very pleasantly surprised.  The staff and remodeling crew was professional, efficient and courteous throughout, so it was a very enjoyable home remodeling experience.  The total time was about 6 days and I am very happy with the new look bathroom!  Most importantly, they stayed on budget from the estimate they gave me which builds a lot of trust in my books. I am a realtor in Frisco so I can see a good quality home remodeling job when done right. I have a couple of local contractors that I have developed a relationship with over the years and the team at Plano Home Renovation is a top tier contractor from everything I have seen in their work. I was very happy with the home remodel experience when I engaged them for a client that just bought a house in Collin County and wanted some upgrades before they moved in. Not only did Plano Home Renovation get the job done quickly (less than 10 days!), they were able to handle all the different work needed. The house needed a full interior paint with drywall repairs, fix two plumbing leaks, replaced an old water heater, new garage floor coating, new light fixutures on the interior and exterior of the property, and they installed new smart tech LED mirrors (which I just loved) in both bathrooms. All the home improvements turned out so beautifully! I give them 5 stars for sure!

I had these guys come out for an A/C duct replacement, and honestly I wish I called them sooner. From the start they were professional, on time, and actually explained what they were doing instead of just disappearing into the attic like HVAC ninjas.

The crew worked fast, kept everything clean, and somehow managed to make crawling around in my attic look easy. After the duct replacement, the airflow in my house improved immediately — my A/C is finally working the way it’s supposed to. I’m pretty sure my vents are happier now than I am.

What really impressed me was how organized and respectful the team was. No mess left behind, no confusing charges, and the job was done exactly when they said it would be. It’s rare to find a construction company that’s reliable, does quality work, and doesn’t make you stress the whole time.
