Remodeler reviews across the US

My Concrete company did a project earlier this year this this wonderful team of professionals. Everything from start to finish was great, communication was top notch and their dedication to their customers was unreal. JW Concrete Solutions prides our self on customer service and Red Fox is right up there as one of the best in the industry. Great contractor highly recommended!

Red fox does great work! Denny does a great job walking you through the process and making sure that the work is done correctly. The communication has been a major plus. Highly recommend

Denny and his team are excellent to work with! Great communication, prompt, and courteous which is exactly what we've been looking for in a contractor. Would highly recommend for any project.

Highly recommend Denny and the team at Red Fox. Especially impressed with their ability to customize very unique features into a remodel.

If quality and craftsmanship are a priority, they should be your first call.

Highly recommend Red Fox Remodeling for your remodeling projects! The team was professional, efficient, and delivered flawless results. They helped with color choices, maintained a clean workspace, and communicated well throughout the process. Our house is looking amazing! Will definitely use them again!

Red Fox Remodeling was great to work with for our full basement remodel. If I could describe them in one word it would be integrity. They handled the project with professionalism and did what they said they would do. In the industry of contracting they are a rare find! They helped us stay in budget without sacrificing quality. They also arrived with a joyful attitude in every circumstance. They were flexible with personal changes to the bathroom and closets. We are very happy to have found this company. We LOVE our new finished space. And have peace knowing it was done well with the areas you can't see...(insulation/framing/plumbing/electrical/HVAC). Thank you Red Fox Team!

We recently wrapped up a basement remodel with Red Fox and had an excellent experience!! It was great to work with a designer in the beginning phases and come up with some creative solutions for our quirky space.
What stood out to us most was their responsiveness and communication which is a rarity in their industry. Denny and Asher were a delight to work with! Highly recommend!!

Red Fox completely transformed our unfinished lower level into a beautiful living room, office/bedroom, and a luxury bathroom with a custom full-tile steam shower. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding, and we can’t recommend them enough.

Our project manager, Asher, took charge of every step so we could enjoy the ride.
Communication was excellent and the process was smooth from start to finish—from the design phase (which was actually fun!) to construction.

One thing that really set Red Fox apart from other contractors I’ve worked with was their transparency. Like any big project, there were a few hiccups due to shipping delays or material defects. The team proactively notified us, clearly explained what was happening, and offered thoughtful solutions—never once cutting corners, even when it would have been easy and/or probably never would have known. That level of integrity gave us real peace of mind that the job was done right.

For homeowners in Lake Elmo, the east metro, or St. Paul who are considering a basement finishing project—or need a contractor for any other high-quality work—I highly recommend Red Fox. We absolutely love our new space and will definitely hire them again for future projects.

The team at Red Fox transformed our basement bathroom, created a beautiful new back door / basement entry and completely upgraded our kitchen. Not only did they guide us through a thoughtful design process to capture our vision for these spaces, but also kept us informed through the construction process. When adjustments were needed - as they are with any project - their team kept us informed. I would highly recommend working with Red Fox for your next remodel.

Great customer communications and great attitude, from planning through the project process until the project end. Great team workmanship and expertise. They continue to work until customer is totally satisfied. Principal bathroom remodel.

We had one large bedroom split into two. It was a much more involved project than it sounds - structural, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, drywall, painting. I'm very happy with the end result and recommend City Wide to everyone.

This a great local business to work with.

Descent people, wish i hadnt got sick...

Heard about them on the Toby Tobin radio program and so far they've been just great!!!

Excellent service quality craftsmanship and the crews are an absolute wonder to deal with. Would recommend these guys to anyone

To the person that wrote the negative review: You have made a mistake with the company you are reviewing. There is another company with a similar name this may pertain to. We have been in business since 1955, all of our employees are English speaking (ONLY). This other company has many negative reviews and we were called today telling us about this company and how we need to have them change their company name since they have poor quality that may harm our company name and reputation. Please remove your review from our Google site and do come by our office 9736 Wornall so we can introduce ourselves and to verify to you we are not the company you used. Thank you.

We had a remodel of our kitchen and living room. We couldn't be more pleased. The whole team, office management, sales, project manager where easy to talk to, work with and stayed engaged thru the entire project. All departments gave great advice and paid attention to our concerns. The project site was always clean, the schedule ran on time. Detail to the little things made all the difference. Carpentry work was 1st. rate, the subcontractors for tile, flooring, electrical and cabinets worked great with the Citywide team. Big shout out to Cheri (mother hen ) Matt ( sales ) and Jim ( lead foreman and project manager ).

We had a wonderful experience with City Wide Remodelers. From the beginning to the end of our basement renovation, the entire team was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They went above and beyond all our expectations. The basement turned out beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We have already and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

From the day of planning to the last day of completion of our new kitchen ,we were very happy. The coordination between Jim Johnson and his contractors was nothing but amazing and each phase flowed into another with ease. Then Cheri Williams came on board and took care of loose ends quickly and efficiently. We are already planning our next project by adding a bath, looking forward to that journey with City Wide and their great staff.... J England

Citywide Remodelers has been the most pleasurable experience! My wife and I have been treated with total respect from everyone in their company. Citywide has our best interest in mind and very willing to consider and complete our wishes! We will definitely call them again!

I would highly recommend Citywide for your home improvement. They remodeled my bathroom and I love it. Everyone starting with Cheri and Matt in the starting process of deciding what I wanted and helping me choose the right products and colors for my needs. Scott, Little Jim and Big Jim did the remodeling part and they listened to me and took time to explain things as well. Thank you for your wonderful work. If I need something done in the future I will be back.
