Remodeler reviews across the US

RHD is very responsive, professional and the best around. They worked on a punch list of items in a very timely fashion. They get 5 STARS and more in my book. Thank you to all of the RHD team.

The experience I had with RHD Property was great. They installed drywall in one of my bathrooms. I requested an estimate on February 10th, They came out on February 11th to complete the estimate and my bathroom ceiling was fixed on February 13th. The process was a breeze and everyone was so professional. The drywall was installed beautiful and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Great job RHD Property, thanks for the quality work and good service.

RHD was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. They performed repairs on our parents home, after it was damaged due to mold, RHD came in explained everything and went right to work. I especially liked the build trend app that allowed us to keep up with the daily task and change. We will certainly recommend and call upon RHD for any other needed repairs or remodeling.

RHD did an excellent job on my Kitchen renovation. Everyone was very informative, professional and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

RHD Property is a highly engaged and proactive company that has consistently set a benchmark of excellence, surpassing my expectations in every regard. Their standards are exceptional, making them a formidable example in the industry. I highly recommend their services.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to work with RHD. Yolanda is a real pleasure to work with. As a real estate investor and agent I oftentimes need her team on short notice and she has always been able to deliver. Her crew did an amazing job with a bathroom remodel (plumbing). They installed garage doors. They completed all of the HVAC work on our flip. All of the pricing was easy to understand and fair. I recommend this company 1 million times over.

He came and replaced the sheetrock on my ceiling in bathroom and sprayed popcorn. They installed 3 lights. We are very satisfied and will be using them again. Very professional.

I recently had the pleasure of working with RHD Property Inc on a major renovation project for an investment property, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their dedication to quality, attention to detail, and professionalism were truly impressive.

The team at RHD Property Inc demonstrated a level of expertise that reassured me that my project was in capable hands. They were always punctual and communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their knowledge and experience were evident in every aspect of the project, from planning and design to execution and completion.

I wholeheartedly recommend RHD Property Inc to anyone in need of construction services. Whether it's a small renovation or a large-scale project, you can trust them to deliver outstanding results with professionalism and integrity. I am thrilled with the outcome of my project and will not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

RHD is an outstanding company. The customer service that they provide is out of this world. I have utilized them for multiple new or renovation projects, and they continue to deliver and exceed expectations. I've been in contracting for over 20 years and this is one of the best companies I've utilized. I would recommend them 1 million times. If you're looking for great contractor choose RHD!

We hired RHD to do some home renovations in the house we recently bought. They gutted and remodeled the master bath, installed a window in the master bedroom, painted kitchen cabinets and installed new cabinets and a pantry on the opposite wall of the existing cabinets, built built in book shelves in our living room, and moved the door for our laundry room. RHD was very responsive to all communication and easy to work with. They were able to give me a quote within a few days of contacting them and were able to begin work immediately, which was hard to find in the middle of COVID quarantine. They were easy to talk to and negotiate with when I needed to add or remove items from the project. My only complaint would be that their initial quote process needs to be more detailed. Several charges came up throughout the project that should have been included originally, but weren't. However, they were very understanding with this frustration through the process and we were able to compromise and both agree if any new charges were added. It was nice to hire someone who knew about this scope of work. They do subcontract the work out, but the subcontractors were excellent and it was nice to have an expert overseeing our home renovation. I would recommend them to anyone beginning a home renovation project.

Very friendly staff and great remodeling firm to work with. Very trustworthy company, always keep me updated through out the process. I'm very happy I went with S. J. Janis.

Working with SJ Janis is a dream. Highly professional customer service with BEAUTIFUL work, excellent communication and proper documentation. Fantastic service, fantastic company.

I am looking for a remodel company. Used Google for the lead. Nice website. The contact form had a lot of questions, as I don't have all that kind of information I used the email link. I asked what is the ballpark timeline as we want to get moving on the project soon. I got email reply that asked another coworker if we should forward to sales or trash it.

I replied to the email. "Please don't trash my email if I am being copied."

The company called me to clear their confusion. However I hope in the future they take requests more seriously.

They are all very professional from the guys in the design phase to the carpenters to the final walk-through. The project manager especially went out of his way on several occasions, and our principal architect is the best communicator! No skimping; everything quality! And no upsale!

We have done several projects with SJ Janis and will continue to use them in the future. They do high quality work, communicate extremely well, and finish on time, every time. I can't imagine having a better experience with remodeling.
