Noah was our first impression of Vision Construction and he was a great first impression. He promptly responded to my initial phone call, was polite, respectful and listened to what we wanted built. He was thorough in his quote for the work we wanted completed and responded promptly to any questions we had. Our work crew included John, Curtis and Jake. What a joy they were to have at our home and what a great job they did on our porch extension. We could not have asked for a better work crew, always polite and respectful, or end result for the porch extension. I would, without hesitation, recommend Vision Construction and use Vision Construction again for any future project we may have.
As Noah can attest, I reached your company by "happy accident". I intended to reach another Vision Construction and reached your company instead. I was so very happy I did! Vision Construction is very special and I truly believe it is because of the character of your employees. What a refreshing experience it was to work with Noah, John, Curtis and Jake-they all seem to be guys of great character. You will be first on our list to call for any future projects! -
If you want someone who is reliable, attentive, patient, honest, understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough....Jason with Vision Construction is who you want to contact. His crew, John and Noah, were so upbeat, positive, detailed, and talented building my 3 season porch. They did an amazing job. In my experience with larger companies, I was treated like a number. With Vision Construction I was treated like a person. I will be using them again!

Vision has remodeled 2 of our bathrooms and we are very happy with the results. We would not hesitate to call them again for any future work.
**update August 2022: From previous projects, we knew we would be satisfied with the quality of the outcome. Also, the guys (Noah, Jake, Kurt, Josh, Luciano and his team) were all very professional, friendly and pleasant. They were always on time, kept job site immaculate. We were able to continue using our kitchen throughout the process. We appreciated that Noah and Josh were able to install the light boxes with no damage to the ceiling. Jake was very detailed and neat when painting the ceiling. Absolutely no damage, especially to our existing cabinets and floors. -
This is the second time we’ve used Vision. We cannot say enough good things about them! So professional, timely, clean, friendly, approachable and impeccable work ! We will use them over and over.

Just received an e mail from Jason regarding remodeling/additions and the joy factor they bring to you.
We had dreamed for years of adding a sun room addition (2 different homes) We finally decided to do it - for ourselves.
Jason, John and Noah (and all the sub contractor's) did amazing quality work. Our "all season room" was completed last June. Still, everyday (a year later) we mention to each other how much we "love this room" Accept for cooking and sleeping, we spend all in door time in this room (controlled climate on those 90+ degree days, beautiful wooded view year round). Changed the look of the entire house (so much more natural light and brighter now). It is the best investment we have ever made - we made it in ourselves. A big Kudos and Thank you to Jason, John, Noah and all the excellent sub contractors who made our dream possible. -
Working with Vision was an absolute delight! We've tackled quite a few remodels before, and each one seemed to have its unique set of challenges that we had to solve on our own. After months of searching for a reliable company, we found Vision to help add over 1400 square feet to our home while we lived in it! From the beginning, Jason and Noah guided us through the planning process, ensuring that not only did everything make sense but also that our needs were completely met. From the very first day we met John, the on-site project manager, we knew we were in good hands. John and Noah worked tirelessly throughout our entire project and were there for our family every step of the way. Their team treated us and our home with the utmost respect. Once everything was completed, the quality of the workmanship spoke for itself. Even now, they continue to take our calls and assist us with any questions we have.

Our interior designer highly recommended vision construction to do our remodeling. I can't imagine having a better group of guys do our work. It is very on time and absolutely exactly what we wanted. You hear about other people having contractor nightmares and issues but I don't think I will be using anyone but these guys from now on. The price is fair and they get the work done! Incredibly kind, hard workers with a great vision! Thanks Noah and team!

Trustworthy and hardworking with excellent craftsman ship. I’ll always go to Chris Hollon Construction first!

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Super professional and expedient. Look forward to doing business again whenever needed.

Chris Hollon Construction did a wonderful job on my patio. Affordable and professional.
-
Chris, Todd, and their whole team were amazing. Great job on our basement remodel. Wouldn’t call anyone else.

Called 30 minutes prior to appointment time to cancel/decline the work I needed done. This appointment was made almost 2 weeks in advance and because his decline was a result of "not having time" he could have notified me upon that realization and not after I'd planned a day around an appointment. Gave an extra star for at least referring to someone else.

Original review temporarily edited as a result of the owner's reply, which amounts to nothing more than convenient omissions and claims that are not factual. Hollon's so-called proof is a signed contract and a timeline that only prove what was SUPPOSED to have happened. I've been left to deal with the reality of what actually did happen. I have nothing to hide about our reschedule - our need to do so is a complete non-factor. So what if we re-scheduled for two days later to have them COMPLETE THE JOB that remains UNFINISHED to this day and correct problems we STILL HAVE? That was one of two occasions we needed to do so over the months-long project as compared to the Hollon team's regular habit of hours-late arrivals and no shows. I was texted a definitive time of arrival for the 21st, and no one showed or called. NO mention of "trying". If what Mr. Hollon claims is true, why is it that he completely ignored every attempt I made to have him respond to the no show/no call or my questions about whether or not a no show/no call would be acceptable to him? He offered ZERO response on this issue. He refused to so much as acknowledge it (let alone attempt to defend it) across multiple text exchanges. He knew then and he knows now it wasn't "alleged". Mr. Hollon conveniently omits the fact that the vast majority of communication was between myself and the gentleman that did most of the work (the same gentleman Hollon asked me to direct communication to). So while it's true Mr. Hollon did not make the "drop everythiing" comment, he seems to want to pretend his employees made no representations on behalf of his company. As for the repeated sink leaks and damage caused by his company's negligence, why would I be compelled to discuss the problem with anyone other than the representative doing the work when I had what should've been two very easy problems to fix (which I fixed myself after their third attempt)? The gentleman's status as an independent contractor, which was never shared with us, is ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT. It's neither my fault his employee chose to keep him uninformed, nor is it that Hollon did nothing to keep himself informed. I guess Hollon also forgot to mention that the attempts to contact me to fix the problems and finish the job he refers to only came well after I spent A FULL MONTH of having multiple written requests to have the job finished and our problems addressed ignored by his representative. Sure is interesting that it was just a handful of days after I gave up and posted my review that I finally received a reply. Mr. Hollon also conveniently omits the fact that through his attorney, he agreed to our proposal for returning to our home, but never bothered to follow through. The proposal was simply to send us a written note to accept responsibility, apologize for his mistakes and make a commitment to make things right. In return I would remove our reviews. I did speak with a representative of his company we had not previously dealt with after being told by his attorney on 6/14/16 (7 months after the project began) that Hollon accepted our proposal. I let him know I had been contacted by Hollon's representative. His attorney told me he advised Hollon to set up a time to remedy the situation. I let the young man know we were waiting on Hollon's correspondence. Hollon's reference to my comments about church camp ignore the fact that what we were waiting on was his correspondence. When it became obvious Hollon was not going to live up to his word yet again, we gave up for the last time. For the record, the Google review was posted only after the Hollon recently attempted to contest my review on HomeAdvisor. Considering my review was re-posted after evaluating the copious evidence I provided speaks volumes and provides a common-sense indication of who is telling the truth. Mr. Hollon knows full-well how easy it would have been to avoid where we are today. I guess it was just easier to take our money and run.

Chris and his team did a great job rebuilding my master shower. They were able to start the work much quicker than other contractors, and the tile work is beautiful! Thanks!
-
Chris and his crew are the best in the business. I called and within 1 hour I was called back. My job wasn’t easy but Chris took it on and everything was perfection. I highly recomend Chris and Chris Hollon Construction.

Replaced our roof. Crew was very efficient and Todd was responsive to our questions. They even replaced some damaged sheathing at no additional cost! Our new roof looks great.

I spoke with Todd at Chris Hollon contruction in April 2021 about a project. He gave me his email and asked me to send additional information. I sent an email describing the desired project with several photos and measurements. I did not hear anything back. So in June 2021, I called to make sure he had received my email and see if he needed any additional information. When I spoke with him, he had a rude tone and said I was x out of y (some large number) in line and that he hadn't gotten to me yet. I explained to him that I just wanted confirmation that my email was recieved and I wasn't trying to rush him. Now I understand construction companies are extremely busy. But that doesn't give them an excuse to be rude. He could have politely told me that it would be a while or that they didn't want my project. I supposed the latter was the case because it it now February 2022 and I still haven't heard back either by phone or email.
