Rob from professional drain service did a tremendous job finding the problem that caused my main sewer line to back up into the house. He went above and beyond from what another company's did in the past to get the problem fixed. He also helped the clean up service get the situation taken care of. Rob is an honest hard-working reliable person.

I write very few reviews but the service I received from Bob at Professional Drain Services was so deserving of five stars (or more if it was possible) that I felt compelled to make an exception. Our main drain leading to the sewer system was backed up and causing very unpleasant issues inside our house. Bob came immediately, and after diagnosing that the problem was in the main line outside of the house gave me clear options. Our main sewer line had collapsed and needed to be replaced. Bob cleared he calendar and he and his team worked outside over the course of several winter days (and sometimes into the evening) to replace our line. He and his team are professional, responsive, and reasonable. I highly recommend Professional Drain Services of SNE!!

After contacting several septic service companies and getting nowhere I called Professional Drain Services Of N.E. and heard back from Rob the same day. I found Rob and his assistant to be very proficient and diligent in identifying the problem and finding a solution to it. Called due to septic tank backup. Rob and crew were available and came right out to inspect. These guys have all the right tools to do the job! Used his camera snake to inspect the entire system, all the way down each and every pipe. After actually seeing the problem they were able to diagnose and explain it to me - after months of the whole family being home due to the pandemic we over-stressed the system. They came back, pumped it, inspected it again, hydro jetted and treated all the lines, and installed a filter. Then they checked it AGAIN to make sure it was up to their satisfaction! The system is working great with zero issues, and I know they prolonged the life of my system. Rob has even been back to check on it several times, because he wants to know it's right. I have no hesitation in referring this company.

Excellent from beginning to end. I thought we had a clog. PDS used a video snake to determine (unfortunately for me) I had 80 feet of rotted pipeline from my house to the septic tank. Upfront with the cost of the project and possible unforeseen issues that might arise.

Planned on one date but rain cancelled that choice. Proving their flexibility, even with the Easter holiday, 5 days later on a much nicer day, the project was promptly started on time.

The new pipeline was installed in the allotted time and new access points were added. They patiently tested all of our water runoff products: washing machine, dishwasher, toilets, etc. Then they tested them again...and again.

Their cleanup was spotless and my Italian wife was happy with the entire project. We have not one negative comment to say about the entire job. Highly recommend Professional Drain Services of Southern New England for your septic needs. Pleasure to deal with during a trying time.

Rob conducted an inspection of the septic system on a house I was looking to purchase. He was responsive, professional and qualified. He arrived on time with good equipment and conducted a thorough inspection. The video footage was high quality and really made it clear what the system looked like underground. Highly recommend Rob and team! Very professional, on time, and he did an excellent job of figuring out the problem ( roots in the pipe. ) He solved the issue step by step. The camera system he has is amazing and the hydro flusher and spinning chains cleared the roots this time. We discussed options without making me feel like he was trying to up sell me. I used Professional Drain Services of South County.
I had a great experience with Rob. I now have both bothroom and showers that drain.
Plus, he changed my drain connections in one of the sinks that was always problematic.
It’s been working beautiful for over 6 months!!! I have three teenage girls, that’s a ton of hair in the drains!
He was very professional, trustworthy, and he was reasonable priced. Let no mess to clean up as well.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company and his service to anyone!

Rob has come to our rescue twice now and couldn’t be more accommodating or professional. When we had a burst pipe, he came to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable cost. He explains what’s wrong which helps understand how to keep it from reoccurring. And he is also great at comunicating when he will get to your house which is quite helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about Robert! He responded to my inquiry and engaged me in a conversation to help me determine what my plumbing problem was. He offered to come out next day and maintained contact with me throughout the process. He was exceptional, fixed my issue, explained what was wrong and how to address it should it happen again. He was courteous, professional, and affordable. I would recommend to anyone having plumbing issues and I will absolutely utilize again!

Called first thing in the morning and spoke with Rob and explained our situation (septic backed up into basement) and he came out within 2 hours and mitigate the issue for us. The communication and follow-up was great and he had my system fixed before I even got home from work, not only fixed the problem but cleaned up the mess! I would highly recommend using this company.
