Rob and his crew went above and beyond on my job, they are very professional and knowledgeable. But were very down to earth and friendly. They fixed my problem and did a great clean up job as well. The price was very reasonable and they even got me a ice tea and doughnut when they got theirs. I would highly recommend professional drain cleaning for any type of septic work you might need

Recently had a drain problem that if not repaired correctly could have resulted in a real disaster. Rob visited my home to assess the job with me and we made an appointment to accomplish the repair. Rob showed up at the appointed time with his father to assist and the two of them completed the repair in reasonable time. Professional work, no know it all attitude. Rob has all the latest equipment to properly and quickly troubleshoot your problem and make repairs. I highly recommend them.

The Short of it All: Great service!

Rob responded to my panic call for various after hours problems that had overwhelmed me and my basement. We spent at least half an hour texting back and forth, with me sharing photos, and the two of us discussing immediate solutions and on-going remedies. We decided that a visit the next day would be appropriate. He was on time and prepared to get to work. As we went over possible plans of attack he was extremely generous with his time, professional knowledge, and insight. He is a red hot go-getter, and knows his stuff. His client list attests to his responsible and thorough work: whether changing out a single residential washer, or servicing and entire resort property, he gives each job his fullest attention and care. Don’t bother call “the other guy”. Rob is your go-to!

Service was prompt and professional. Rob very quickly diagnosed the problem and in short order has the drain running like new. Before leaving he wanted to make sure all sinks, tubs and toilets drained smoothly for several minutes just to make sure there was nothing else that crop up later. The service and hustle of Rob, Bob, and John for our plumbing problems was commendable. The drain line going out to the septic tank, that sits four feet under, had to be dug up and repaired, it turned out. They figured out the problem quickly -- between their years of know-how, smarts, and range of equipment -- and followed through. They came back the next day, as soon as the rain let up some, and had us back to functioning. So, we were without indoor plumbing for only 1.5 days, thankfully.

And gratefully. It is hard to articulate what makes Professional Drain Services stand far above most service companies. Basically they're just great in all the important things -- fair pricing, honesty, experience, and communication. And not least, speed of service! They work super hard. Rob may have to get more help soon, very possibly. They are b-u-s-y.

Had a septic back up late one night. I called a lot of companies and either got no answer (despite advertising 24 hour service) or that they couldn't come out. I didn't care about it being after hours- I could not use any sink, toilet, tub in my house without an overflow- with a family of 6, I couldn't wait. Through a google search- I found Professional Drain Services of SNE and Rob answered right away, asked me a few diagnostic type questions over the phone and came right out. It was past midnight. He was so nice, professional, and sensitive to the fact that I had sleeping family and neighbors. He fixed the issue, and triple checked that it was solved, cleaned up and was on his way in about an hour and a half. I totally expected an enormous bill, but was pleasantly surprised and found the amount to be fair and reasonable. Sent an email to me while I was standing there with an option to pay online (very easy and convenient). He also accepted checks. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this company and I will only use them for my septic/plumbing services from now on.

Had a pretty large job: clearing roots and relining about 65' of an old cast iron pipe out to the curb. Took a little over two days and Rob and his crew were great.
