Jay did an amazing job! I had my bathroom and closet lights go out in my house. I first called an electrician from another company who couldn’t figure out the issue but charged me anyways and left without any solution. Then I saw the great reviews for Jay. He was easy to book and was able to come in less than a week. The service charge price was very reasonable. When he arrived, Jay was nice, friendly, and professional. He was thorough in his diagnostic process and managed to find and fix the problem!! The alternative would’ve been very expensive. I’m so glad he helped me solve the issue by looking where the first guy didn’t.

When I was alerted to an issue with my solar panel connectivity, I reached out to a NEC who was highly recommended by Enphase. I had no prior relationship with NEC, however when I called first thing this morning, I got the owner on the phone who gave me some initial information and said they might be able to even come out this afternoon - if they could fit me in. By 2pm, I was greeted by Kyle who was at my house and had resolved the issue (Amazing!!) He informed me of what had occurred and fully educated me on what to look out for in the future. In this day and age, it is not often that a service industry can provide this level of responsiveness and competence in such a short period of time. I would highly recommend their team for any service or installation of solar or electric needs in the future. I am now a customer for life.

This is the third time I have needed electric service at my home. Jay is excellent. Arrived on time. Listened to the issues with my electricity. Found the problem quickly. Explained the repair needed in detail and answered all my questions. Another excellent experience with this company and Jay.

The NEC crew did an amazing job! The rain did not stop this crew, they work tirelessly throughout the morning and got the job done. The techs took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also ensured that they cleaned up everything afterwards, I mean the areas were left spotless not one piece of wire or trash left behind. Great quality work lads! I know my little ones are going to enjoy the pool this summer so thank you for making it work and making it safe.

The company even had to reschedule our appointment and was thoughtful enough to make time on the schedule to move it earlier in the week instead of pushing it out further. Couldn't have been happier with the circuit and EV Charger installation. They responded almost immediately when I reached out, and completed the installation 2 weeks after I accepted the quote. Very friendly and neat. Everything was clean when they left! I highly recommend the company and staff.

My wife and I contacted NEC for a quote to install some new exterior garage lights. The old ones were damaged badly in a storm and had broken. Jay came out and gave us a quote, we had ordered the lights online and worked with Tracey in the office to schedule the install for when the lights arrived a week later. Every part of the experience was excellent. Perfect communication from all involved from the office and Jay the electrician.

Completely professional and highest quality installation of new 220V circuit on electrical panel, 220V line from basement to garage and installation of Level 2 EV charger. From the initial scheduling by Tracey, site visit by Jay, timely estimate, town permit, to the completed installation by electricians Ed and Miles, everything was handled perfectly, on schedule and on budget. We bought a 125-year-old house that still had knob and tube electrical and gas lines in the walls. The house needed significant work to upgrade to code, to remove all the knob and tube wiring, to increase the capacity of the house, and to move from wall-mounted lighting to ceiling lighting in most of the rooms. The old electrical panel was also in a place that was not up to code so the entire electrical supply box needed to be moved and upgraded. Chris, Hollis, and the team did a phenomenal job of rewiring the house and upgrading every room from the placement of the new plugs and switches to the quality of the work in installing new fixtures. New wires were bundled cleanly and nicely in the basement, the fuse box was well labeled. The communications from NEC team were fantastic and we highly recommend them.
