I would not recommend you hire this plumbing company for the following reasons.
1. Way over priced. Quote for a job was $1800 two other plumbers quoted &550 and & 575.
2. Unfriendly and does not listen to the client
3. Hired this company for small emergency job and the man that came was rude to us and to the other workers on site.
4. Manner is extremely brusque
I can not speak to competence since we only used for a small job but I would not hire no matter how competent as there are other plumbers in the area who are reasonable, competent and friendly.

The team did a fantastic job installing a Reverse Osmosis system under my sink. They were courteous and professional, I greatly appreciated their service and highly recommend them.

So the last time I used them I had them replace my disposal. The work was good, pricing and markup on the disposal was over 200%. Outrageous. Learned my lesson and was going to just purchase it myself.

Called them back in the fall to fix a leak on my washing machine. Had to make numerous calls to get a call back, then they wouldn’t be able to make it to the house for over a week. They thought it was the pump which would have been expensive and they would have to purchase it for me. I was fed up, went with a different plumber, they returned my call the same day and came the next day. Turns out it was a split tube that was $10.

Save your money, choose another plumber.

Regarding the pricing of the disposal I spoke to an employee and got a shrug. I also used you in 2017 (gas line addition for dryer) then called in 2020 for service. It was the lack of response plus the markup that prompted this review.

Paul and Alan did a plumbing inspection for a house I was considering purchasing. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Paul was very helpful in his communication with me. I will definitely use the company for service in the future based on this experience.

Tim is the Man!!! What started out as a "Whenever you can get to it" turned out to be a "Holy crap!" emergency by late afternoon. Tim had the Town of Bristol out in 5 minutes, I kid you not. His crew was right behind. They worked on the OLD pipes and gave us back our sanity!

I can't say enough about Tim and his crew! Next day installation! Had to get a water heater for my mother, Tim personally called me to go over everything and the charges. Went above and beyond. Can't thank him enough!

Late review, but better late than never.
I had a clogged mixing valve on my tankless boiler. 2 plumbers showed up, quickly identified the problem, showed me clogged filters on mixing valve and then for more than an hour were trying to put mixing valve back together. Unsuccessfull. Went out, bought new valve, finally installed. Price went from $300 to $600. All that time old white plumber was yelling at young black plumber, because young guy was basically just standing there, doing nothing. Will not be hiring again.

Tim the Plumber was responsive, attentive, and very reasonably priced. His crew arrived as scheduled, were clear about the job, and efficiently completed their work. I highly recommend this company!

I've had occasion to use "Tim the Plumber" 3 times. Here's why I'll rely on this team for number 4.

We needed to completely renovate our bathroom. Our contractor chose Tim and his team to do the plumbing. Jose and Eli were attentive, efficient and left their workspace cleaner than they found it.

During a follow up for a small matter Paul and Allen picked up where their partners left off and it was then that I learned that some of Tim's employees were students of his in Providence.

When we had a later issue in a different bathroom Tim's team found space in the schedule, fixed the problem and helped trouble shoot an issue that I hadn't even noticed. Saved me money and grief down the road.

Bottom line: they're smart, efficient and helpful. Good folks to have in the neighborhood.

On a Saturday, someone came out quickly and was able to fix out shut off valve that didn't shut off. They were efficient and reliable. Tim will be our plumber we call first

Tim and his crew were very knowledgable and professional. They took time to answer any questions both initially and during the job. He was quick to schedule both the initial visit and the work to be done. He has done two major jobs, both were very fairly priced and done very well. There was one minor issue that came up after payment had already been made, he still sent someone immediately to fix it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this business!

I had a very leaky shower/tub water valve. Tim from Tin the Plumber sent his technicians out promptly . The guys came in did the repair and cleaned up everything. Thanks for the great job!!!

We have worked with Tim and his team on multiple occasions to address plumbing issues at our business. They have fixed everything from minor issues (lack of pressure at a faucet) to major issues (clogged pipes with wastewater overflow & pump failure.)

I can’t recommend Tim The Plumber enough. Besides supporting a local Bristol business, Tim contacted me himself on the weekend to review my situation. Within an hour we had a plan for Monday morning. Tim quoted me an estimated time and hi guys were there earlier than the window given (that never happens). The service was second to none. The guys were friendly, polite, explained the work to be done and estimated the time they would be working. They finished earlier than quoted, explained what was done and cleaned everything up better than they found it. I have used Gardner's Plumbing since I purchased my first home over 20 years ago. Anytime someone asks me why, I always say the same thing. They are professional, do quality work, and more importantly, stand behind their work. MANY years ago, I did not have heat in my home. Although Tim had just arrived home from his vacation, he came to my house at 10:00pm to make sure my heat was working. How can you put a price on that?

You can't mess with plumbing. If you want quality service, call Tim the Plumber.

I Airbnb a house in Bristol and new guests were moving in, in two days. We use the backyard faucet and hose to water the veggie garden and hydrangeas. Guests also use it to wash sand off when returning from the beach. Suddenly, water came squirting out of the outside faucet and we could not turn it off, so we had to shut the inside valve during the heat wave when it was 95-100 degrees. I went on Bristol’s Facebook page asking for recommendations and Tim came up several times, so I called him and explained my problem and urgency. He immediately called a crew on the way to Nemport and had them rerouted to Bristol to replace the valve and we were good to go. Outstanding service and highly recommended!

Guys did a great job removing my old 50 gallon electric hot water heater and replacing it with a new 50gallon hot water heater. They also installed a back yard spigot since we only had one in our front yard. The guys were very knowledgeable by answering my questions, gave me useful information about our current plumbing issues we have in our crawl space. We would recommend Tim the Plumber Inc. for any plumbing work homeowners have. We plan to use them again in the near future.

I called Tim asking for help with flooding under my sink. He sent Paul and Alan (I think that was their names), and they came right away. They diagnosed the problem, which was with my garbage disposal, and fixed it along with some other problems with plumbing under my sink. They were courteous, competent, and ensured that everything was spic and span before they left. They are a great crew, friendly, knowledgeable and everything is working perfectly now months after they completed the work.

I have used Tim's services three times in our house, one time for an emergency and two other times for non-emergency plumbing services. I have always been impressed with the team of top-notch plumbers hired by Tim. I have had the experience of interacting with four of his employees: They are responsive, professional, and good communicators.
