The experience I just recently had with this company is beyond 5 stars. World class, the best!!! Simon and Cesar did my entire window replacement and frame repair job and it they went above and beyond. Class company from top to bottom couldn't be beyond happier. They have quality products and do great work, very professional, great craftsmanship, these guys take pride in doing their job very professional, very clean and great people and they went above and beyond for the duration of my project (15 window replacement job) I am beyond thrilled and happy to do business with this company and in the future Eddie I know you guys will come through if and when I have other projects in mind with other properties I own. Thank you and I can't thank your guys enough. GOD BLESS!!!

I contracted with United Better Homes to repair roofing and to install solar panels. This team is professional, on time and they do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this team for any of their offered services.

United Better Homes were wonderful. Excellent communication and customer service, any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.The workers did a great job on the rubber roof and the clean up. All around great service.

Find another solar company. Over a year ago we purchased a solar system from United Better Homes and the paperwork associated with SMART incentive and REC incentives was never filed with our utility company. We are missing out on many of the financial benefits of going solar and worse yet the available incentives (blocks) are less now than they were a year ago. Furthermore, the net metering account with my utility company was set up incorrectly. I have placed several calls and sent several emails with no result. Find another company that is more organized and responsive! There are many others out there.

My experience was very good with Derek and Doug and the company! They know what they're doing! I'm very very very happy! They are keepers don't let the good ones like them leave! They're doing a good job in the field. I almost went with another company but they came by and impressed me. Can't wait to save I am giving you guys more customers soon!

United Better Homes is a top notch company. Their professionalism, customer service and responsiveness deserves an A+ rating. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. As an example, during the design process, they challenged the utility company to establish our usage to maximize the size of the unit we could install.
I had solicited other quotes from larger companies and their attitude was, "it is what it is, you can't fight city hall".
Sure their quotes were a little cheaper, but you certainly get what you pay for. This is a lifetime investment and you should partner up with someone that you can trust.

I would like to share our solar experience. After speaking with 5 other companies about going solar my wife and I still were on the fence. We had a lot of unanswered questions some things the other salespersons told us wasn't making sense. Then we spoke to Derek Moore from United Better Homes Solar. Not only did he answer all of my unanswered questions he also was able to reassure my wife that my decision to explore solar for my home was the correct decision. Derek not only has the knowledge, but he also able to articulate the information to make it easy to understand he is a huge asset to this company and for him to be the first point of contact really set us at ease because we figured if he's this knowledgeable and professional then the rest of the team must be as well, and for us they all were. The way this company worked was seamless, once we agreed to hire them and the ball was rolling A.J. was our next point of contact and he began getting the paperwork started. Dealing with A.J. and Derek really made the whole process stress free, thank you both so much. We were scheduled to have our panels installed in June 2023. I then received a call from Kris the install coordinator letting me know all of the permits and engineering was complete and approved within only a few weeks worth of time, and not only was that great news to us but they were ready to install right away. Brad and the rest of the install team came the next week and were amazing, not only were they professional they were polite and prompt. For those of you still reading it is May 2023 and my panels are online and producing power 1 month ahead of schedule. My wife and I are extremely satisfied not only is going solar a big expense but its a new thing and can be uneasy. Untied Better Homes Solar and the team we had made the whole experience not only stress free, but exciting. We are so happy and tell everyone to call Derek he is the only person that can answer ALL the questions.

I own two properties in the area so have definitely gone through my fair share of contractors. There have only been two that I would personally recommend and UBH is on the top of that short list. They were able to install a new roof, Solar, doors and windows seamlessly. Every crew that came over were considerate, friendly and more than willing to walk us through each portion of the work they were intending to complete. I have to say I haven’t been happier with a contractor. Will be using them from here going forward. It is at least worth your time to have this team give you a quote. There are bigger names in the area but I doubt anyone that covers the breadth of their offerings and definitely not the professionalism.

United Better Homes helped me to lower my electric bill, switching to solar was one of the best decisions we have made so far. The sales rep Mark was punctual and straight to the point, he was respectful and gave me a clear understanding of what happens when you decide to work with this business. Fair pricing, and great customer service.

United Better Homes installed my solar system. The entire project was explained well, I knew what to expect because they kept me updated throughout the process. And when I needed extra help understanding the financial part and tax refunds and so on I didn't even have to ask for help...
And it's a thing of beauty to look at my roof and see the savings! My current budged with Eversource is over $500.00 per month (seriously) solar has always been a dream ... I was rejected by 4 other companies in the last 10 years and when I just thought I was approved by another solar company this past summer they rejected my roof... but United Better Homes came in and no issues - they are a different kind of business, so they knew what to do... I am so happy and really consider them a God sent answer! A heartfelt "Thanks" Matt and Grant for knocking on my door and insisting with me to give you guys a try! My experience = Absolutely Fantastic!!! I had spoken to a few Solar Companies and hands down United Better Homes is amazing. From the start they were so great to work with and very responsive to my questions. The overall process took a lot less time than initially planned. Once National Grid activated my meter UBH called up and assisted me with switching on the panels and activating my app to begin tracking the panel production. I have to say I am very pleased with the production of energy and the app even shows me my usage and how much I am exporting back to National Grid for credit. The team worked with me to place the panels in the best configuration and also worked with me to run the conduit along the house to look as good as possible. As I had just installed a new roof I was concerned but UBH uses the latest K2 brackets for installation of real 400watt panels unlike some other companies 350watt. James and AJ my project manager really stayed in touch throughout the whole process. My panels are working so well I am thinking of all the ways I can utilize the extra power being produced. I would highly recommend UBH!!!

We have recently completed a roof and solar project with United Better Homes back in December and every aspect of the process was performed wonderfully and professionally. Our main contact person, Steve, guided us and kept us updated every step of the way. And whenever we had a question, he was easy to reach and responded quickly. Steve and his company go well above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. As for the projects, they couldn’t have gone any smoother. The roof was scheduled a few days out and installed all in one day. Crew was efficient and cleaned up really well. And to this day no issues at all. The solar was a longer process (inspections, permits, install, etc) but we were always informed on the status of things. Install again was great and smooth and now we’re looking forward to our first year with solar. Thank you again to Steve and company for doing an outstanding job.

We contracted installation of 19 Solar Panels and appropriate equipment. We included tree removal and an upgrade to our electrical panel. We even included a couple of outdoor electric outlets. Everything was done in a professional and timely fashion. The team responded quickly to all our questions and needs. Their workers were professional and confirmed every visit. United Better Homes handled all the inspections and communication with the power company. I would do business with them again in a minute.

I wouldn’t give a second thought to recommending anyone to use United Better Homes. Ed and his crew are the most professional and courteous people I’ve ever had the pleasure to hire. They explained the whole process before touching anything and did everything they said they would. United is about to start a third home improvement project on my home, and will continue to be my go to for any other future projects.

United Better Homes connected with me about installing solar. I met with Stephen Russell after being connected through his colleagues. I met with him multiple times to discuss the opportunity and what to expect.

Stephen was very organized and clear on what process was, what the implementation meant for that specific timeline, what the cost would be, and when the decision was 'final' versus being considered. He answered any questions I had effectively and was patient through the whole experience. He did also provide notes as much as he could on what we may see needing to be replaced (things such as my electric meter wouldn't meet the solar code) prior to official inspection so there wasn't as much of a sticker shock.

The company was regular in checking in on my decision but not to a point where it was a nuisance (they connected probably 3-4 times in my financing period which was several months).

Because of my own personal timing I ended up not moving forward with solar at all. Stephen was very understanding and did not try to push me in a direction that did not work for me. While I don't plan on going solar, I would absolutely return for any window/door/roof needs as it was a very pleasant experience.

I am very happy and satisfied with United Better Homes. From the very first phone call to everyone I met and those that worked on my house were wonderful, pleasant, professional and they always returned my phone calls immediately. I never had to chase after them, they would call me before I had to call them. Any issues or concerns were promptly resolved.

They replaced the vinyl siding on my whole house, replaced my bluestone front steps, replaced gutters and installed gutter guards, an awning, and installed a new front door and storm door. They did a great job; I am very happy with the outcome; my house looks beautiful.

I highly recommend United Better Homes and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

United Better Homes did my roof last week, the crew was on time, clean and professional. I was impressed how fast they finish the job and my new roof looked amazing. Eddie the owner made it super easy process for me. He took the time to explain all my options with great communications skills. Always text me to let me know what is coming and who will be showing up with accurate estimates both on pricing and timing. He also took the time to made a drone video footage when the roofing job was done to show me how it looks from the sky. It was very cool and innovative. I will be replacing all my doors with UB homes next. 5 star service!

We had a fantastic experience with United Better Homes. Their estimate was very reasonable and they took their time to answer any and all questions. Ed made a thorough evaluation of the work to be done on our roof and the job was completed in one day. I can’t say enough about the workers who did the job. I went with United Better Homes for Solar Panel installation and so glad I did. This company truly cares about it’s customers. I was working with a different solar company and felt like I was just a number. United Better Homes made me feel like a VIP. Every person through the whole process was incredibly nice. Shout out to Solar Steve! He took care of everything for me. He is such an awesome guy! When you need him he responds in seconds. If anyone is thinking about going solar, I would do yourself a favor and have solar Steve help you!

We had solar panels installed by United Better Homes last summer and it has been the best decision! Derek worked with us all the way through the process and his communication was excellent. There were some delays due to the utility and city inspectors, but the team from United Better Homes kept everything moving. We are so happy with our panels and are getting more power than they predicted. Especially as electricity costs go up, I'm so thankful we've already taken care of this.

We are extremely pleased with the services we received from United Better Homes. Every single employee we worked with was polite, courteous, respectful, on time or earlier. We had our roof and 7 skylights replaced, solar panels and battery backup installed as well as a new bow window. All the work was completed on time and every bit of debris was cleaned up when they were done - they even cleaned up inside the house where some dust and debris fell in while the skylights were being removed. We would definitely use UBH again and highly recommend them. 👍
