Jamile is a true LIFESAVER. I run a small Airbnb Unit and she has been AMAZING helping clean and maintain it. Most of my guests send me messages about how great the place looks, and it is all thanks to her! Great communication, respectful, responsive, and very responsible! Most of all, affordable too! I would absolutely recommend as a landlord, homeowner and business owner, cannot say enough great things about this company!

Jamile has done several deep cleans for me over the past few years. I finally decided to get on her biweekly clean schedule and so glad that I did. She is kind, efficient and timely. I always feel a weight off my shoulders when she finishes a clean. The house is back in order and sparkling!

I hope this review says more about Carmen than it does about me, but just so you know what she was up against: I’m a sentimental person. I saved my kids’ art, books, toys, clothes—things I thought I’d turn into a blanket someday. On top of that, I’m an artist (no judgment, please) with more unfinished projects than I’d like to admit. Let’s just say my house didn’t exactly spark joy.

Then came Carmen. She decluttered my life—literally. I barely recognize the basement now. She even took my donation pile and brought it to the kids at her church. She gently helped me let go of unnecessary nostalgia, and I can't overstate how much lighter my home and family feel because of it.

And that was just the basement.

Upstairs? She saved me from my kids and our 150lb Bernese Mountain Shepherd, who has caused two vacuum cleaners to straight-up quit. Carmen came in with a professional vacuum that I considered stealing—it got into places I didn’t think hair could hide. Bless her, I couldn’t believe it was the same house when she finished.

Best part? She was affordable. I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to ask for help.
