Reviews of local pros in Charlestown, Rhode Island

Prompt, professional, exceptional service, excellent all around!

We used J. Matthew Tree Service to trim trees too close to our house. They did a good job at a reasonable price. I recommend them for any tree service you need.

Mathew and his crew did an amazing job helping to take down a very dangerous tree in an extremely tight space. Highly recommend!

Matthew is professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. No heavy equipment that can damage lawn. I am going to have him come back when I need more tree work. I had a large tree company last year that was very unprofessional so I was delighted to find Matt. I highly recommend him!

Matthew came recommend, so gave him a call. Friendly and got right back to me. Have a 3 acre property that needed work with some big trees involved. He was such a pleasure to work with partly because he heard my concerns of wanting to keep some privacy to my yard and worked with me on that. Him and his crew were quick and clean. Price was very fair. Would recommend him myself

Matthew is prompt and professional. Whether he is climbing and carefully dropping limbs from the top or felling large trees from the ground, he does great work. Chipped up the mess and hauled it off like it never happened!

Highly Recommend

Very happy with the work done on our property. Matthew was very capable and provided quick and efficient service. Showed up on time; worked carefully and safely, protecting incoming vehicles traveling through our neighborhood; and provided good advice for continuing care of our trees. I will be contacting him for any and all future work.

The team was great, reasonable pricing and didn't leave a mess.

Rocky is the best!

Hardest workers work here

Didn't work out, communication was a problem

Affordable, but communication from office needs improvement

Excellent job. No issues at all. I would recommend them.

Have used them a couple times now - fair price job well done

A bit difficult to get them onsite because they are always busy. However, these guys are the best and worth the wait.

Ron and his crew were professional, worked hard and cleaned up the area. I would recommend this tree service as this is my second time using them, thank you

Reasonable price, quickly done, respectful workers. Definitely recommend
