Constraction reviews in Chepachet, Rhode Island

I used this company recently and they did a great job! 19’x41’ slab. When you have a large project done you constantly get asked what company did you use? Ive recommended Victor’s concrete to every person! They arrived early every day. The owner is working on site unlike other businesses. Family run, so they all care about their job and quality of work. They even worked with me on the price to fit my budget better. Very respectful, and knowledgeable group of guys. I don’t know why theres any bad reviews online because my experience was top notch. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We recently hired Victor’s Concrete Construction for a project at our home and they were outstanding! We had our backyard excavated and leveled, a stamped concrete patio and walkway done and our old concrete driveway was removed and replaced with a new concrete driveway. Victor and his team were great to work with and they clearly take pride in what they do. They arrived early each day and always made a ton of progress when they were on site. The job was completed in a very efficient manner and the overall cost was more than reasonable in comparison to other quotes we had received. Between the quality of the work, the timely responses whenever I had any questions, and the very fair cost for the job, I would definitely recommend Victor’s Concrete Construction to anyone who is looking to have concrete work done. You won’t regret your decision. They did a great job!

I could not have asked for a better experience when I asked Victor to give me an estimate for a 24x25 foundation for a new steel garage. There was no doubt he and his crew, mostly family, have pride in their work, are reliable, on time and very personable. They even enjoyed my young dogs company! The worksite was clean every time they left and Derek, son #1,😊, always asked if I had any concerns or questions about the process.
Take a look at these and I ll be a reference anytime!

Victor and his team dug, formed and poured us a garage foundation and my wife and I couldn’t be happier! We put the job out to bid with 3 companies and Victor’s price was extremely fair and competitive. Throughout the process, Victor and his two sons were extremely helpful and patient with all our questions and concerns and took great care of everything on the site from start to finish. They were professional, courteous and above all, made us comfortable through a process that was completely new to us even though it’s very routine for them. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services and will call them for any future concrete work!

We wanted a complete bathroom expansion/remodel. Nardelli Builders was recommended by our good friends. Dan and the Nardelli team were consistent and professional. Great communication and ownership of quality and durability.

dan and his crew are the very best.

Competent, friendly and professional--Nardelli Builders recently completed work on my home and I would definitely call on them in the future!

To Dan Nardelli and his staff,
I would like at this time to thank Nardelli Builders for the proffesional service done to our home of remodeling the bath.We are very pleased..They were also neat and got the job done.We are going to have them again in the future.

Nardelli Builders replaced a roof for me. The crew started when they committed to, finished on time and left the site CLEAN when they were finished. Great job, I would hire them again in a second!

Dan and his crew have been doing work for me for several years. They have done both big and small jobs. The work is always well done, meticulous, on time and on budget. They are always friendly and stress free. I highly recommend.

These guys do great work and are very professional. Dan was a pleasure to do business with and my kitchenette off my patio came out fantastic. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have enlisted the services of at least four companies that provide building services. All have been what we consider major endeavors, as we have spent thousands of dollars on each of them. By far, Nardelli Builders have outdone all others. They are professional, friendly, and detail oriented. You can not go wrong if you decide to pick them to tackle your project. They stick to the budget, cut no corners, and leave the homeowner extremely happy. Let me be clear, please don’t expect cut-rate pricing, as they will not compromise their integrity to get every single job that comes along. I have learned from my mistakes in the past; it’s not worth trading the importance of workmanship to save a few hundred bucks here and there on the quote. I would recommend Nardelli Builders over all others.

Dan remodeled my office to give it an amazing update facelift. We never had to close or experience down time which was an amazing task since its a dental office! The craftmanship and the results were exactly the way we planned and on time. Dan has meticulous attention to detail as he oversees every aspect. Every patient that comes through the door marvels at the result! Recommend with the highest confidence !! Thank you Dan and all the guys!

Nardelli Builders installed 7 new windows and a new slider and a storm door. And installed shingles on the north and south sides of main house. I have usually done most of the work on the house over the years. But I a little older now.
The knowledge, workmanship, and promptness from these guys exceeded expectations. They did a great job and would recommend them very highly.

I contracted Nardelli Builders to build a custom new home for my family. The level of workmanship, professionalism and courtesy we received exceeded our expectations. Dan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We Love our new home!

Nardelli Builders put on a full dormer on our cape style home and added a full bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. The crew was very professional and had the highest quality work. Dan always communicated with us throughout the process. The addition exceeded our expectations in every way! Would highly recommend the company and we would definitely use them for any future projects we had

I found Nardelli builders through a family referral 2 years ago and I’ll never use a different contractor again. Dan and his team have done 3 different projects for us including building a kitchen pantry, various door/drywall repairs, trim work, and most recently remodeling 2 bathrooms completely. He is honest and accurate about timelines, communicates throughout the project, and he and his team do excellent work. Everyone on his team was very respectful of our home, kept a clean working area, and were skilled at their craft. My wife is thrilled with the outcome and I’m nervous for what she will want next!

Nardelli Builders designed and remodeled our entire home in Harmony, RI. Dan and his crew provided flawless service and workmanship throughout the entire project. I would recommend Nardelli Builders to anyone looking for a builder that takes pride in their work from the smallest project to a complete home build or remodel.

After finding the right house and moving to Rhode Island, we were looking for someone to do new renovations/upgrades to the house. We found Dan Nardelli and Nardelli Builders, Inc. through our neighbor, and he did not disappoint. To say the least, I had no idea what I wanted and was constantly changing my mind on paint color, material of flooring, etc. Dan was eager to help make decisions and voice his opinion on what he thought would look the best for our house. Not only was he very good at communicating when he would be coming and going at the house, but he also got all our projects done quickly and efficiently. By the time his work, done very well, was complete, the invoice at the end of the projects was as outlined in the proposal and very well priced especially considering the quality of work done.

Dan Nardelli and his crew replaced the roof on our house(s) - two joined waterfront houses- and re-sided them. Six skylights were also replaced. We had half a dozen other companies work on the house and none could compare for communication and thoughtful analysis and solution of problems (the house leaked in six places). They sealed everything up so well that our problem with rodents in the house was also solved. They are prompt and concerned that the customer gets exactly what is expected, often giving choices regarding details. We were very impressed with the well-organized and articulate proposal that itemized the cost of every task required as part of the job instead of just giving a
bottom line price. I hired them after watching the work that they were doing on a neighbor's home. Last, but not least, Dan has a lovely singing voice we enjoyed while he works. (Yes, he stops by daily to see how the work is progressing and lends a hand when needed.) The crew (Dave, Dave, and Nelson) are energetic and polite. They take pride in their work. You will not be disappointed if you hire Nardelli Construction.

Dan Nardelli and his crew have completed 2 projects for us in the last few months, and we have zero complaints, except that our budget restricts hiring him again for a bit. One of our projects was planned-a new deck-and the other one was an urgent unforeseen roof replacement. Both times Dan responded to our need quickly, and with fair pricing, and most importantly: he showed up when he said he would, finished on schedule, and there were no surprise charges at the end of the projects.

I was particularly grateful for Dan’s responsiveness when my roof started leaking around the holidays when most people turn their work phones off. We agreed it could wait until after Christmas (but not until spring) to address it and without even having to remind him or check in, he contacted ME to get the ball rolling in late December. Exactly when he said he would!

We’ll definitely hire Nardelli Builders again (and again, and again) without hesitation.
