Constraction reviews in Chepachet, Rhode Island

Our family is very pleased with Nardelli Builders. We contracted with Dan in 2020, to build a two story in-law apartment that would be attached to the main house. There were several challenges that had to be addressed during this construction. The biggest challenge was to ensure that when constructed, the apartment would blend in with the main house and appear as if it was always there. The main house is a unique style with a flat roof and mansard shingles. Dan and his crew (Dave, Dave and Nelson) met all challenges and our neighbors have all commented that the new addition looks like it has always been there.
We would highly recommend Nardelli Builders for any building projects. Dan and his crew are very professional. They made our dream come true and we enjoyed having them here.

Dan and everyone at Nardelli Builders were wonderful to work with from the beginning to end of our kitchen reno. Dan is fantastic and responded to our endless questions and concerns promptly and with respect and patience.
First, our kitchen reno is absolutely beautiful. The final product exceeded all our expectations in style and quality. The suppliers and subcontractors Dan uses are all topnotch and Dan was always available to discuss any questions we had.
Second, turning your house over to someone is not an easy thing. With Nardelli Builders, we reached such a level of trust and confidence that we handed over the keys to the house when we went away so they could continue their work.
Finally, the recommendation. In this day and age, an honest review is what we homeowners depend on as we do our research so here it is:
Trust, Quality, Satisfaction. Five stars. Two Thumbs Up. We love our new kitchen!

Nardelli Builders recently completed a family room and bathroom renovation for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our project included: new windows, interior walls, ceilings, insulation, updated electrical, new fixtures and all new plumbing.
Communication was A1. Dan kept us informed every step of the way. From demo to finish work Dan and his team were very professional and respectful of our property. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly.
The reno came out better than expected! We highly recommend Dan and his team for your next project!

Nardelli Builders, led by Dan Nardelli, completed many small and large renovations for me. In every case the work scope is well defined, Dan always brings creative ideas and design suggestions, and he and his team produce an excellent result. The renovations have included an entire exterior home renovation with new doors, windows and wood shingles, and major interior renovations with new kitchens and bathrooms. He is up front about project costs and completes projects when he promises. Dan is excellent to work with, trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

I saw the professionalism and quality of the work Nardelli Builders was doing on a neighbor's home. I contacted Dan to do some work on my home. I have had him and his team do a variety of large and small projects on my home. Each project has been done professionally with clear communication along the way. The work site is always left clean and organized at the end of each day and at the end of the project. Two thumbs up!

Nardelli Builders recently renovated a room in our house. The room was partitioned into a new bathroom and living space. Dan was excellent about communicating every step of the way. His professionalism was impressive and appreciated. We were very happy with his work. My husband and I highly recommended him and his team.

We had Nardelli Builders renovate our kitchen, replace our existing floors and repair and paint the outside of our house. The experience went smoother than I would have ever expected. Everything went as planned. Dan and his crew did a great job communicating with us through the process and were very considerate as they worked inside and out of our home. We will use Dan again and would highlighting recommend him to anyone in the area.

We chose Dan Nardelli to build our home after evaluating several proposals. Dan's professionalism, carefulness and most importantly attention to details matched our expectations. Dan guided us through every step of the project. He communicated with us on a regular basis as to the project plan and timing. You often hear that building a home can be a nightmare but I can honestly say this project went extremely smooth and the end result was a beautiful, well built home. Dan was responsive and always available to discuss whatever questions we had. We relied on his experience to advise us and we valued his opinions. i would highly recommend Nardelli Builders - Dan and his crew will not disappoint.

We just had a kitchen/living room renovation done and you can't find a better contractor than Nardelli Builders, Inc.
Dan is the best in the business!! He truly made a silk purse out of a sow's ear and made it look effortless.

Communication - excellent.
Attention to detail - excellent.
Subcontractors - top notch.
Timeline expectations - met.
Patience with my questions/concerns - absolutely!

I am hard to please but I have no complaints about this experience. We can't wait for the next project.

Dan and his crew did an extensive addition to our house. The outcome was excellent! His team is hardworking and responsive. Having dealt with other contractors on other projects, Dan is the best by far. I strongly recommend working with Nardelli Builders.

We built a custom, high-performance house this past year and spoke with more than 20 builders when we started the process. Nardelli Builders was our top pick both before and after quoting -- an obvious choice as our general contractor. While our specs were quite unique and we certainly aren't easy customers, Dan couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating, and professional. The attention to detail of everyone on his crew -- especially Nellie, Kenny, and Dan, himself -- was phenomenal and continues to be appreciated by us and everyone who visits our house. We would highly recommend Nardelli Builders to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Just call these guys. They do great work and well worth the wait - after all they are busy because they do good work and don't overcharge. Call and hire Nardelli they did mostly small jobs for me. Took out an 80's A/C, replaced an old gutter, installed a dog door, patched the railing. All good work by quality workmen. I'll use them again!

I can't say enough about Dan Nardelli and the work he did on my home. I added a 2 story addition that included a garage, family room, master bed and bath, deck, patio, and front porch. The project went without any major hitches. Dan as transparent and responsive the whole project. Any minor incremental cost came from me asking "what if we do this, " which Dan was more than tolerant of. His team was professional and had great attention to detail. They were also all very respectful and considerate of me and my family which were living in a construction zone. I love my new house and I can't thank Dan enough.

I just finished up my second large project using Nardelli Builders, and already asked for a quote on a third project. I shared Dan’s name with two of my colleagues as well. My husband is a woodworker, my brother is a contractor, and my dad was a contractor and an engineer, so we have very high standards, but Dan and his team lived up to them. From our first communication, Dan was extremely thorough and answered every one of my questions to ensure his quotes included every detail I hoped for. There were no surprises through the completion of either project. Dan and his team were very trustworthy and responsive and always let us know when they would be at the house so we didn’t have any surprises. I was grateful not to have to find my own tile person, carpenters, painter, and plumber for these jobs. Will use Nardelli Builders again!

I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice in having Nardelli Builders for the construction of a new house. From land clearing to window cleaning Dan is the key cog in the works. His personality, knowledge and professionalism made the whole process bearable. He was always willing to field questions, communicate status and came up with solutions as situations arose. Plus he’s on site, hands on, seeing the build through. His crew and subs were equally pleasant and helpful during the construction. Even post construction, Dan has helped in addressing hiccups associated with bringing a house online. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nardelli Builders for future projects. 😊

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Nardelli Builders. Dan and his highly skilled and talented team of craftsmen and sub-contractors took the very complex project of siting, building, and finishing a new first floor addition with walk-out basement that included a master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, laundry, and large walk-in closet and made it a stunning reality. Along the way Dan and his crew constructed a new, larger deck, resided the entire house, and replaced several windows and exterior doors.

Neighbors walking by our house regularly stop and compliment us on the result. From permitting to final inspection Dan was with us every step of the way. Dan knows his stuff. We highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

Nardelli Builders is simply the best! I had a laundry list of small to big projects that needed to be done on my 30-year-old home. Dan was awesome and agreed to take care of everything. He began the work when he said he would, then kept me apprised of his schedule through nearly 3 months of work. Dan stopped by often to inspect the work, offer assistance to his crew, or patiently answer my questions. The builders were professional, talented, and worked nonstop every day. I especially appreciated the care and workmanship of the two men who built my beautiful new screened-in porch. I highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

It took us a long time to finally move forward with our home renovations and even longer to find a contractor. On recommendation from a friend, we found Nardelli Builders. Our renovations included an addition to our house which extended (and gutted) our kitchen, added a primary bathroom and an additional bedroom. This included removal of some existing structure which was difficult to access in our yard. When meeting with Dan, he had a good game plan for accessing our yard and the right equipment to get the job done. Dan’s team was professional, friendly, and respectful. My family enjoyed chatting with them throughout the project. We remained in our home throughout the construction and the team did their best to respect our living space and leave us with a functional kitchen for as long as possible. Dan was often on-site and very responsive by phone or text. We are very happy with the care and quality of Nardelli Builders work. We love our new kitchen, bathroom, and my son is loving his new (finally, own) bedroom. I would highly recommend Nardelli Builders and hope to use them again for our next project.

My wife and I wanted to update our family room. I saw the Nardelli Builders' ad in the Valley Breeze and called for a free estimate. Within days, Dan Nardelli contacted us and came to our home to provide an estimate. The company was able to start the work right away and we saw first hand the attention to detail and the customer service the company provides. Dan was in contact with us throughout the job and every little question or concern was addressed immediately. The work was superb and the price was extremely fair. The craftsmanship and professionalism were extraordinary. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely have Nardelli Builders back in the future. I highly recommend Nardelli Builders.

We couldn't be happier with Dan Nardelli and his team for building our custom home. This project exceeded our expectations in every way.
The craftsmanship on our home is exceptional. The attention to detail and structural beauty of the work is exactly what we envisioned. Dan clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every aspect of the build.

Dan was easily reachable by phone or text and kept us updated every step of the way. His responsiveness and proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark.
The quality of work we received for the price was outstanding. Dan provided fair, transparent pricing and delivered exceptional value.
Building a custom home in a wooded setting comes with unique challenges, and Dan handled everything professionally and expertly. The polished concrete floors turned out beautifully and added the perfect modern touch to the home. Dan's ability to manage these complex elements while maintaining quality and schedule was impressive. We highly recommend him for anyone considering a custom home project.
