I am the owner of a restaurant for the last 7 years. I have tiled floors. Michael (owner of Total Floor Care RI) extremely professional and knowledgeable, performed a demonstration to show me the difference between a grease and dirt tracked floor and a steam cleaned floor. I was amazed and disgusted at the same time because cleaning the floors with household chemicals was not the right treatment to eliminate grease. Michael and his staff did an excellent job by removing the grease. The floor looks 100% brighter and the air is fresher working the restaurant. I would totally recommend Total Floor Care RI to do any/all Floor cleanings. Total Floor Care RI comes back each quarter to maintain the floors. Awesome job!! 👍👍

Recently moved into a new apartment and wanted to get the carpets cleaned just to be on the safe side. Found Total Floor Care and booked an appointment with them since they were locally owned.

Very glad I did, New carpeting and I was still shocked to see what came out of it and was flushed down the drain. If you need your carpets or floors clean I highly recommend Michael, he is very professional and quick, and does the work right the first time. Will definitely have them cleaning any floors or carpets I would need cleaning again.

We moved into a mid-century home a year ago, full of wall-to-wall carpet, and though it was well cared for, we had no idea the last time it was deep cleaned. There were a few troublesome set-in stains from previous foot traffic, and I had little hope they would ever come out. I contacted a few rug cleaning companies, and Michael was the most responsive and helpful with my questions and gave me a reasonable price for all 7 rooms and hallway. He arrived on time as scheduled and took the time to go over the lay of the land and what the cleaning entailed. He did a thorough, professional job of sucking up the dirt, making my carpet look new, and was even able to totally remove those bothersome stains. Best of all, he’s just a nice guy! Plus he’s grandkid approved - he found a missing Easter Egg from a recent egg hunt! I’m completely satisfied with his work, the carpet looks amazing, and the smell from the cleaning solution is light and pleasant - not overpowering. I have already scheduled next year’s routine cleaning. I highly recommend Michael and Total Floor Care.

We used Total Floor Care for carpet cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Then we had a pipe break and get our brand new carpeting wet. Michael came right over when we called and wet vacuumed the rug and left his industrial fan to dry it. He was so very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a new lawn installed by Northern this fall through hydro seeding and it came in looking amazing. It seems to be holding up with the snow and melting, and normally where it would turn to mud by my gates it’s all still grass! Mr. Condon communicated well, gave me a fair price and all the workers were very professional. I’d highly recommend this business and will be using them again.

I would highly recommend Northern Landscape for your projects or general landscaping needs. Sean, Tom and their team have certainly set the bar high when in comes to the quality of their work. They are always timely and efficient. Northern Landscape completed a large retaining wall and installed a bluestone patio for me. They did an outstanding job planting shrubs and plants that complement the area very well. Being in business for over 50 years they certainly have a wealth of knowledge within this industry. Cannot say enough great things about them.

Sean at northern landscape was a pleasure to work with, from planning to executing he made my backyard project a breeze. I have been using this company for almost 3 years. They are a very dependable, hard working group. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great landscaping company.

We used greenskeeper to complete a patio and firepit surrounding a newly installed in ground pool. Excellent communication, and quality of work. When our firepit was a bit smaller than we thought it would be, John quickly came out and helped us come up with ways to meet our expectations. Extra points for having the reseeding service so we didn't have to hire another outside company to come in and do that.

They have the hardest working crew. They would show up at 7:30AM and work until 5 or 6 every day and leave the jobsite so clean, like nobody was ever there! Highly recommend working with greenskeeper on your next project!

Met with John to discuss options for creating an entirely new walk way for the front of my home. After we agreed upon the design, they were quick to begin the work. His sons did a fantastic job completing the work and it completely transformed my home! I highly recommend them.

I was going to do just a rectangle and last minute I changed my mind and he recommended that I do the kidney shaped so that I could put my fire pit there. Everything fits perfectly.
