Excellent customer service! We have used Reichert as our oil company since 2019. In 2021 they installed three mini splits in our home. Everything went so smoothly and we love the product. It has been a lifesaver in all seasons. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Chris from Core Comfort. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he takes pride in his work because he didn’t rush anything and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. The pricing was fair, the communication was solid, and the whole process felt easy. If you need someone reliable for HVAC work, Chris is definitely someone you can trust.

Core Comfort saved the day, on Superbowl Sunday, two hours before kick off! What a time to be without heat! But Chris showed up in less than 40 minutes from the phone call. There was a specific part that was needed, and he drove to several local stores attempting to find it, but to no avail. I think the low temperature for that night was going to be in the negatives, we could not go without heat. Chris came up with some way that he was able to “rig” the system to give us heat for the night, I won’t pretend to know how to explain what he did lol… All I know is that it worked, and we had heat that night, and he was back first thing the next morning, and completely upgraded our system with several overdue maintenance items, and things that needed replacing. (The unit is about 22 years old, and we honestly haven’t done much in that time to it, other than an annual cleanings, so it was well overdue for some TLC) We felt his pricing was very fair, and the work was excellent. We couldn’t believe how much more efficiently our whole house heating system was running once he did all that he did. The house heats more evenly, and we hear the unit kick on far less than it had been. All in all, we can safely say that Core Comfort is our go to going forward, highly recommend!
