Washer broke down last week. Tom came right away, found the reasons what happened since it was only 2 years old. The parts were ordered. Came back and now I look forward to doing laundry all day...lol

Tech arrived within the appointment window I was given, and was clearly knowledgeable in regard to the issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator. He got right to work and fixed it. I feel that the charge was reasonable and the work is guaranteed for 90 days. I had called other service companies and was told they couldn’t get to me for over a week. Ryan Guertin was able to get someone to my house the day after I called.

Tom explained what the issue was and how he was fixing it. He was professional and polite. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Sure to call on you again if need be. Will not hesitate to recommend you to friend s and family.

Tom came by today for my LG stove repair. He was on time, friendly and extremely efficient. He got my stove burner working again in no time as the switch was burnt out. Really appreciate it and would recommend him and the company to anyone. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Tom came by to look at my dryer and while he was here he also checked out a problem with my stove. Tom was friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer and placed an order for parts to repair my stove. The parts arrived quickly and Tom efficiently completed the repair. Pricing was very reasonable and booking an appointment online was very easy. Very pleased with Ryan's Appliance Repair and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Scott and team at S&S provided a fair price, quality work, and completed the job quickly (EV charger install with service upgrade to 200 amps). Highly recommend. Ann Marie was also super responsive and helpful. Passed city electrical inspection with flying colors!

These people at S and S electric are highly professional, extremely knowledgable, customer oriented and fairly priced. I recently moved to the area and after reading their positive reviews, I decided to call them for a new electric line I needed. AnnMarie, their office manager helped me by speaking with Chris to get me on their schedule fast. Matt and Aaron came out and did the job fast and accurate. Super clean work and professional. The price was fair and competitive. I will be calling S and S again!!!

I originally reached out to S&S Electric for a quote on connecting a Wall Connector for my Tesla. The owner Scott came out and looked at the job and it was determined that I would need to replace an older electrical panel that was already at capacity and contained a mix of breakers that didn't belong with that panel. While he was there, we looked at a few other items we had been wanting to have done/fixed thinking we would have these things done later because of the cost. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when the quote came in less than we expected based on others that did work at our house before. We decided to move forward with the entire list and couldn't have been happier with the work that was done. The tech's that did the work were professional and explained everything clearly along with having completed the work on time. I look forward to having some additional work done with S&S Electric in the future!

I called to speak to Scott the owner numerous times for the past two weeks and never get a call back. Shame on him, that's no way to run a business!! I didn't even want to leave one star rating but they don't have a shame on you to choose! What good is an estimate if he doesn't call you back.

Professional, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. While his workers were setting up, the owner came in to discuss some options for doing the job and explain the pros and cons of each. S&S is my new go-to electrician.
