Ryan and Tom were great with communication, diagnosis and follow up for my refrigerator repair. Unfortunately mine was not able to be fixed but I needed expert analysis to determine that.

Our washing machine needed a new locking mechanism. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The online booking is so convenient as well as the text/email updates. The part had to be ordered and Tom the technician was still able to come back two days later to install it. We will definitely be using Ryan Guertin Appliance Repair again and highly recommend them.

Ryan's appliance called me back at 6:30 at night after I left a voicemail about a dishwasher in need of repair, they came out 7 days earlier than the company where i bought the dishwasher offered to and did not ask for money upfront. They also fixed my dishwasher two days early because they had an open slot and provided a warranty, easy tracking of employees, and easy payment options.

Have a 4 to 5-year-old Frigidaire fridge. Freezing things. We have had Ryan’s appliance out at least five times. Spent over 600 for repairs. Fridge still freezing things. He said he couldn’t do anything else. Won’t even return my emails (wanted to know what parts he replaced so I could call Frigidaire to discuss). Would think he would at least have suggestions what I could do at this point. He just told me “it should be working fine”

I had called and emailed repeatedly and did not hear from you. Just had it finally repaired and found that you had forgotten to put the gasket in the air tower. So all the cold air was coming out on the bottom of the fridge and that’s why the bottom Drawers were freezing. You may have Fix the initial problem, but couldn’t be bothered to investigate why it was still freezing. Would’ve been an easy fix if you came out and looked at Again. I never write these kind of reviews, but I am rather pissed that I spent so much money and now had to pay somebody else to fix your mistake

Ryan Guertin Appliance Repair was recommended to us through the protection plan we have with Lowe’s, which would take care of the fee for parts and labor. Tom answered all my questions as to why my refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working and the part that needed to be ordered to repair the problem. When the part came in, he called and set up the appointment and fixed it without any issues. The refrigerator/freezer is working fine. The logo on your business card says it all - “When your appliance is dyin, just call Ryan”.

Was under warranty. Frigidaire French Door. Had nothing but problems. Ryan we perfect. On time and left no mess.
