Constraction reviews in Coventry, Rhode Island

Jamie did a great job power washing our house, deck, and play set. He cleaned the gutters, too. Jamie also fixed some misaligned siding on the house as well. Fair price and, because of the recent rain, he even came out on a Sunday to get it done. Thanks!

Jamie did an excellent job power washing my house, deck, shed and shed roof. I emailed him and he got back to me within an hour and he came the next a.m. to look at my house and give me a quote. The following week he was at my house completing the job! I highly recommend him for your power washing needs!

Jamie did an amazing job painting my family room and installing a new light. His work was clean and he tested my home like his own. Thanks so much Jamie.

Jamie is very professional and down to earth, so nice! Did an excellent job powerwashing our deck at a beyond reasonable price. Gave a quote, a week later was there and done!! Now time to enjoy it!! Thanks Jamie!!

I was very impressed with Jamie and his work. He is very responsive, responsible, and thorough in the projects he completes. We have had a relationship with him for several years, because of these admirable qualities. I strongly recommend and endorse him.

Good place to go when you need good Construction

Company did a great job . Saved us Money and finished the project in three days.

Saccoccia's paved my driveway and did a great job! Very neat, super professional and even got a little surprise with an extra bump-out for our trash cans which I hadn't even thought of! Thanks!

Great experience having Mike and his crew pave our commercial parking lot as well as a private driveway. Extremely professional, efficient and did an amazing job!

AWFUL looking asphalt driveway. Many marks, inconsistent stone, cosmetic blemishes and visually unappealing. Probably low quality asphalt. Many rust/oil lines throughout driveway. Poor workmanship.

Excellent communication with Mike, the Owner, and his crew is always there on time, with the right equipment, materials, and attitude to get the job done right. Makes my job as a GC much easier when we've got Saccoccia Construction onsite. Highly recommended for saw-cutting, demo, excavation, import/export of materials, compaction, rebar, flatwork, you name it! Pricing is competitive and there's no nonsense onsite - just good clean work.

I first met Mike 23 years ago when he landscaped my property — he did an amazing job back then, and over the years I’ve watched his company grow tremendously.

Fast forward to today: my business in Warwick needed a new parking lot, so I called Mike. He came out the next morning, sent me an estimate the following day, and started the job right on schedule. His crew showed up early, worked efficiently, and finished the entire project in just three days — perfectly executed from start to finish.

The parking lot came out beautiful — smooth, clean, excellent drainage, and neatly lined. Mike even brought in loam and grass-seeded the edges. His team was professional, organized, and worked like clockwork.

I would hire Mike and his crew again without hesitation. Thank you, Mike — I couldn’t be more satisfied!
