Went to Coventry Gardens on Tiogue Ave. this evening (formerly Confreda's) to purchase a Christmas wreath. One of the owners came out to greet me & was very attentive. He was very helpful & kind as was the gentleman who was inside at the counter. Incredible customer service. 😊 And, for anyone looking, they have alot of Christmas trees 🌲 Shop local

I went here in the fall out of convenience after another place I drove to for pumpkins was closed. The owners were so helpful and friendly I vowed to bring my business back. We just got all of our flowers to plant for this season and were equally as impressed. Will be supporting small and local here going forward!

They raised the price by $1000 on the spot.
Initially, I received a quote of $2000 for tree cutting services. After I signed the contract and the workers arrived on-site, they raised the price by $1000, claiming that the tree was too tall. They said they would not proceed unless I paid $3000.
Mike, the boss, has been very disrespectful, constantly yelling at me over the phone. The office hung up on me when I attempted to call for clarification.
Overall, their business model involves trapping the customers with a competitive initial quote and then significantly increasing the cost once customer is committed.
I see from reviews that they have used the same tactic on previous customers.

Once again Mikes crew has provided a great service, this time trimming my 20 foot arborvitaes. The whole crew is professional, on time, clean the trimmings, and make sure they have provided the service I wanted. Great to do business with.

Mike's Tree Service came today and did an excellent job, the crew was very respectful and pleasant. This is the second job that was done well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great price.

Their crew arrived within ten minutes of the promised time and they finished the job in less than 90 minutes. They left my property and the street free of debris and leaf litter. My neighbor was having Mikes do some tree work. I was impressed with the professionalism and top notch equipment. I asked the foreman if they could remove 15 large hemlocks while they were there. He called the office and my trees were removed and site cleaned in a couple of hours. Great job! They also emailed me the contract and insurance info. I will use them again.

Yesterday July 29th I had Mike's Professional Tree Service take down several trees on my property and I am glad I chose Mike's....the whole crew was AWESOME and their cleanup was exceptional. Mike's Tree Service did an excellent job removing a large tree from my fenced backyard. Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and quoted the next day. His crew was there within a week. They were truly impressive in how well they worked together and how efficiently they got the job done. They had an added obstacle as my neighbor was having a yard sale that day, but they kept all the work on my property and directed traffic on the street. Several yard sale patrons stopped to watch the show, and my neighbor was so impressed he said he would contact them to remove his trees. They cleaned up everything and left my yard looking exactly as before (minus one large tree). I highly recommend Mike's.

They get 5 stars for how well they removed a VERY large tree between my house and my neighbors' house (neighbor's tree). They were able to fit me in that same day to remove dead branches and limbs over my driveway. My last tree service from a different company was a nightmare with damage to house, retaining wall and lawn after 7.5 hours of labor. These guys were in and out removed more and damaged nothing. I'm very impressed and will use again if the need occurs.

I’ve used Mike’s Professional Tree Service a number of times at different properties. Each experience was the same. Excellent work at a reasonable price. My trees and bushes not only looked great afterward, but my yard was spotless. Everything was picked up and removed. I cannot ask for more.

We used Mike's Professional Tree Service to remove many large trees at our home. He had his team out the same day as our free estimate. I was amazed when approximately 7 workers and multiple trucks came to complete the job. His team was efficient and did great work. They removed close to 10 trees in just about 4 hours. I also really appreciated that they cleaned up the job site and even used a leaf blower to clean up all the tree dust in the street. Prices are very fair as well! We appreciated the great service from Mike and Team!! Real professionals!

I can't say enough good things about this company. First and foremost, the efficiency and proficiency of the crew that removed two dangerously damaged trees was outstanding. The fact that I can call and get a person on the phone and not simply call around leaving messages that don't get returned because all the other companies are busy. They also came same-day, which blew me away considering the entire area is still reeling from that july3 storm. Price was also right and there was no post-storm gouging going on with them. highly recommend!

Mike's Tree Service has taken care of 3 large trees in our condominium development after they were damaged or uprooted in storms. Mike's Service responded quickly to our calls and sent several crews to efficiently take down the trees and haul away the trunks and branches. The stumps were ground the following day. Everything was cleaned up completely and the fees for their services were much more reasonable than other tree services I have used in the past. I enthusiastically recommend them!

I called for and estimate, Mike came the next day. Offered recommendations gave me a great price and I booked on the spot. His crew showed up the next day. Very polite, efficient, and skilled! Mike and the boys came out and chopped down 11 huge trees in my backyard, I found his crew to be friendly to deal with. Overall a great experience highly recommend Mike and his guys for any tree work you might need.
