I have purchased firewood from this company a few times now. The cut is large, but the quantity and quality is always good, while their price has remained stable. This year, my cord measured short. With one easy phone call, my order was reviewed, and I had replenishment (and then some I’d say) in my driveway within 72 hours. In this case, a history of good purchases and properly handling one that wasn’t perfect the first time, earns a 5 star review.

Ordered 2 cords of firewood and only received 1 1/4 cords of wood. Called and Owner came to my house and measured what was delivered, he was not very professional, he came to the conclusion that I was shorted wood. Had wood redelivered to my house, only to get an additional 1/4 cord of wood delivered. I called back to say I was still short wood only to get a reply of “we’re not sending anyone out with more wood.” We have a measured and marked area where our wood is stored so we are able to tell if we are shorted. Just beware when ordering wood from them that you actually are getting the amount you requested.

Had the guys come out for a day of tree work and they dropped everything perfectly! couldn't have asked for better work.

Ordered a cord of seasoned wood delivered. THey delivered within the week and that was the only positive aspect. The driver complained about other customers the entire time he was dumping the wood. Didn't listen to where i wanted it dropped. As he was getting back in the cab after I paid him, he asks me if I know how to tell seasoned wood from unseasoned wood! This cord is garbage, it may be another 6-8 months or longer before it is seasoned. I have moisture content of 30% and higher on some pieces, most are above 20%. I ordered another cord from a more reputable company.

Yeah, pricing is good but the destruction left behind is not. Left tons of debris behind and destroyed my front yard. Ripped up a wooden curb and brick borders all ripped up. Trampled all my plants. Now I have to clean up thier mess. Do not recommend using them.

I contacted three companies for an estimate on removing a dead tree and limb from another tree. Warwick Tree Service was the least expensive by $100. When their person came out for the estimate it was explained that there were two prices, one to take away the tree and one to leave it after cutting. I was told by the Warwick Tree Service employee that if they left the debris their crew would at least cut the trunk into approximately 4ft long sections to make it easier for me to move afterward.

A few weeks later their crew of two people came to cut the tree down. One man operated their spyder lift doing the work while the other sat and did nothing. The tree pieces mostly fell where they were planned to. After the work was done they left without checking in with me. I go out to see the results and found a 19ft, 10ft, and 9ft lengths of the trunk. Not cut into smaller sections as I was told. The man who was sitting on his phone most of the time could have easily spent two minutes to cut the fallen trunk a couple of times but, didn't happen. After speaking with the office staff and asking for someone to come perform a few cuts I was told they leave everything as it falls and cutting it would have been an additional price. A price not mentioned once during the estimate.

Warwick Tree Service gave me a good price to cut down the tree. They did that so we're good on that front. I see now though that I got what I paid for and not what I was told. I also have a 19ft long section of tree trunk to deal with using a hatchet.

Oh but the crew had no problem cutting down a few 12ft+ high sassafras trees that they asked permission to cut, to make the drop area more clear.

Warwick Tree Removal removed 8 trees and did a brush clearing.
    The project went very well!!
They even altered their schedule to help me out with time constraint due to renting the home.
I will plan to hire them again for my next project.

My friend recommended this company to me. The office staff were very nice, but I specifically asked if the wood I was ordering was 'seasoned enough to burn this year.' Yes, was the response. However, every fire I try to make just hisses with moisture and does not burn, so the savings I thought I was getting by purchasing from Warwick Tree service is negated by needing to burn DuraFlame... The delivery driver was not very professional and worst of all left oil stains on my concrete driveway during the delivery! You get what you pay for - or less.

Here to take down a tree for the town. Left the area in shambles. Nasty deep ruts in the lawn. Debris left. Destroyed the embankment of the brook. Knocked down and left the birch tree planted to secure the brook embankment.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Superior work and crew. Everyone I spoke to and met and had to deal with was so professional and courteous and accommodating. From the initial consultation to the girls in the office to the crew that came out and took the trees down and last but not least the guy that picked it all up the following morning. They are a 5 star plus company. Thanks again to you all!!! Superb ! We are thrilled and love our new views.

I bought 2 cords last year, almost half the load needed to be split again. Called this year and was told no problem, no more big pieces. 2 cords came with some huge 23 inch pieces needing to be split multiple times and cut to fit in the stove.I’ve called 3 or 4 times and no one will call back. She said 600 cords were delivered with no complaints. Has she read any reviews? If you have a really big stove or like to split wood you paid to have split, then it’s great. Called today and she hung up on me. Pretty rude. I’m guessing I won’t get a call back.

We were totally impressed by our experience with Warwick Tree Service. We called for an estimate at the recommendation of a friend and they came within a reasonable amount of time for the free estimate. After agreeing to the job, the day came when they came to take our sycamore maple down and wow how amazing to watch those guys do their jobs! It was a highly organized operation and every employee was friendly but also focused on the task. Our two year old was psyched to watch the process. The total job took only an hour & change. After they were done, the logs were in the front yard organized neatly out of the way. They came the next morning and took them away. One week later returned to grind the stump and left no evidence of the tree behind! We were happy with the customer service we received and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors going forward. Thank you warwick tree!

This was our first experience using Warwick Tree and we couldn’t be more pleased with their results! We previously utilized another tree service but quite a few of our friends and neighbors recommended Warwick Tree so we gave them a try. Their quote for the work was very affordable, scheduling was quick, their work was completed in less than half a day (including a crane setup!), clean up was excellent and coordination for tree removal and stump grinding was well done. We are extremely pleased with Warwick Tree Service and would strongly recommend giving them a try for tree services.

I bought a cord of "seasoned" firewood about a month ago. This wood is not seasoned. The wood sizzles in the wood stove and will finally catch after all the water is essentially boiled away.. Moisture content is 26% after sitting in the sun since I received it. I waited a month to write my review in case it needed to dry out, but I've had to buy kiln dried lumber to get my stove hot enough to dry this wood enough to catch.

I will not be buying from Warwick Tree again, If you do want to order from them in a pinch I would recommend testing it with a moisture meter if you have one, or at least checking the bucket before they drop it in your yard.

We had to have a large dead tree removed. They came and cut it, it fell over, they left, saying they would be back the next day to clean up. (The tree was very close to the house, not off in the yard somewhere) They didn't show. I called the office, the woman I spoke to was very unfriendly. Gave me an attitude. She said they would be by the following day. Again, no one showed. They showed up 4 days later, removed the tree but left a mess behind. There were huge holes in our lawn from where the tree fell and laid for days. They damaged our driveway leaving a large dent in the asphalt. Very disappointed.

I bought firewood for $ 250.00, the tree was all wet, old decayed, rotten with mold and fungus growing on it for several years and green logs mixed up. I called there without help to

    She respond to me
again, the wood is seasoned and if you can leave it outside, uncovered if not raining for a few days
it will dry out and you will see it is seasoned.
This is all same wood we have and delivery every day!!!!!

The complaint did not help with this theft, I lost $ 250
Today 1/13/2022 Wood don't want to burn in the stove.

I'm sure their other services are good, but I'll never buy their "seasoned" cord wood again. Nothing was under 25% moisture content.

My favorite was being told "it is what it is" after calling about it.

Horrible the secretary woman is beyond rude and unprofessional. I had a tree trimmed last week for safety. There was a storm last night. I lost about a 20 foot limb. I called to ask what my options were. She started giving me attitude telling me they can’t guarantee that the trees aren’t going to fall down during a storm otherwise they’d have to cut down every tree in the world. I originally asked for the entire tree to be cut down down. I was told the tree was healthy and facing the correct direction and that they would trim it to be safe a week later I have a 20 foot limb in my backyard.

Tree removal team was spot on, efficient, courteous, polite and very safe. Cleaned up after very well, and were careful and in control the whole time. Mark did an incredible job of grinding the stump, and made it look as though it was never there. Could you find a better company for tree removal? Maybe. But not one with workers like these.

Was not the best experience. The technician that came out to the house for an estimate was pleasant and professional. However when the job was completed we were not informed that there was damage done to the entrance of the house. When we contacted the company (by phone and email) it took several days to get in touch with them. The receptionist was unpleasant during this time. They did eventually repair the work. Overall was not pleased with the fact that we were not initially informed about the damages and had to find it ourselves the next day and had to fight for the repair.

I stood outside with my Grandsons yesterday, watching a Project Warwick Tree Service that was on New London Avenue. Your Equipment and Workmanship was very impressive. One huge equipment picker grabbed the tree and sawed it off and took it away in one try. The massive machine also picked up the small branches and pieces and put them in the shredder. Very Impressive. After watching for a couple of hours and 5 trees cut down and others trimmed. The workers cleaned up all the small branches and blew away the dust. The ladies yard and the road looked spotless. Great Job, Warwick Tree Service.
