This is a company subcontracted with our solar panel installation company. After canceling twice due to “weather” (they came one of those times, got their truck stuck, and then left blaming it on weather), they came and did a number to my property. If the driveway markers weren’t yanked out of the grass and/or edging, maybe these areas wouldn’t have been damaged perhaps? Out of all the subcontractors from our solar panel company, this business is by far the worst. Even after confirming to leave the logs leftover from the tree services to use for our wood stove, they still left with them! They did, however, manage to leave 4 barrels worth of branches had to pick up though. Very unprofessional, sloppy, and would not recommend.

This is the 4th load of wood I have got from this company. There has always been some unusable wood. But it’s manageable. It’s wet because its outside. I get that. But it’s much older than 1 year seasoned wood. A lot of it is rotten with mold and fungus growing on it. I don’t expect perfect firewood but this is garbage. I had issues with the delivery because the girl “forgot” to put me on delivery list. I called 2 times to confirm they were still coming. After the 3rd I was told I was not on the list. It would be another week. The delivery driver made an extra delivery to help me out which I am grateful for. I will make it work but this $250 wood delivery isn’t worth $100 in it’s current state. Going to look elsewhere in the future. Looking at the firewood reviews I am not the only one. I was able to go through the coord of wood. Over 60 % unusable. Pretty convenient that I complained about being off the list then get a load of garbage wood. Never again with this company. They dont even try to fix it.

Below are before and almost after pictures. About a year ago, I put a new roof up. So, I decided to get the trees trimmed, so the trees wouldn't damage the roof again. So, I called a different company, they never even called back. Then I called Warwick Tree Service. They set everything up, and on 8/22/2017, they got this property done in about an hour or so. And they did my other 2 properties. And the humidity was bad! And now I don't have to worry about the trees ripping my houses apart. This Warwick Tree Service, is awesome in my book. The workers are respectful and professional. Thank you very much, to everyone at Warwick Tree Service, Inc.!!!
I'm adding to my previous review, 8/6/2020. Storm Saisas, came and ripped one of my trees in half. Again I called Warwick Tree Service, and again helped me. I called the morning after the storm, they called me back, in a couple of hours, and 2 days later, they were here talking down the tree. They were safe, respectful, and quick. And they had a little joking around, in between. Warwick Tree Service, are a great bunch of people. I paid $750.00. An awesome price, considering if I had to purchase their equipment, to get it done, it would have been outrageous. Not to mention, I wouldn't have a clue on how to get it done, safely. Thank you very much, everyone at Warwick Tree Service!!!

Extremely unprofessional company, I had got a quote to clear all branches overhanging the road and to say the least that was not done. They came cut some branches broke my fence and left. I got home that afternoon to find that they had broken my fence and not completed all the work. I called a day later expecting they would call me about the damage and the office lady was very rude and the damage was not reported, then took them over 2 weeks to come out and “fix” the fence. They came out to look and said the other branches were not dead so they didn’t cut them. Later that month a huge one they were supposed to cut fell on my truck causing 10k in damages including my bedside and tailgate. All in all horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

What can I say? I’m stumped! Absolutely amazing company. Prompt, professional, kind, and hardworking. If you need to have trees cut for whatever reason, it is truly an art and fascinating to watch. These guys are extremely skilled and careful. They went above and beyond for cleanup as well. I am very impressed and recommend this company 100%. Thank you! Dana, great referral! You rock!

We had a large crew from Warwick at our property today. They removed several enormous white pines! They brought the the heavy equipment, including the crane! I was blown away be the efficiency and professionalism of the crews! They worked together as a fine tuned machine, including the traffic control on our main road!
Michael the climber is a Rockstar with the saw! He's fearless and a real friendly guy!
I would highly recommend Warwick Tree Service to anyone!

They were professional, efficient, and decent priced. Took trees down that were in wires and back of property no problem for them. Their equipment and their skills made a task seem easy. Super impressed just wish we needed more trees taken down.

I ordered a cord of wood the first week of Dec., and I don’t believe it even came close to a cord. I normally order from Mike’s professional tree service, and always been satisfied with the amount and quality of the wood. The quality of wood from Warwick Tree service was poor. Most pieces were small, dirty, damp, moldy, and Broke apart easily. A cord usually last me the entire winter season going into the fall the following year. But, I will be lucky to even get to February. Very disappointed. Will never order again from here.

BLUF
1. Estimator didn't write the job up correctly.
2. Office did not correct the invoice, nor communicate corrections with the crew.
3. Job was done at a time when the office knew I would not be home.

Office staff/management/ownership completely incompetent. Invoice estimate did not reflect leaving all debris from removal of a large arborvitae I had plans for, nor that access was through my backyard not over my septic. Communications with office staff to correct the invoice were ignored and not communicated to the crew, resulting in the the arborvitae being removed and chipped, and their equipment access over my septic pipe (photo). How did this happen; it happened because the crew showed up 1.5 hours early, when I wasn't going to be home. I had the job schedule for noon after communicating with the office that I had other commitments earlier and would not be available before noon.

I highly recommend Warwick Tree Service. They were very responsive, on time, professional, and nice from the beginning to the end of the job.

I needed them to cut down a four story tall oak tree that was wedged between two houses barely nine feet apart, with power lines running to both houses. The team used a combination of a bucket truck and a huge crane to carefully cut and then extract the tree over the roof of a three story old colonial home without damaging a thing.

They were professional, communicative, punctual, very friendly and competitively priced. I will definitely use them again.

Such a relief to have such a qualified team with no unexpected shenanigans.

Best money I ever spent. Great service, staff, and workmanship. I would do business with them again. The tree climbers and crane operator were phenomenal, you could tell they were well seasoned for the job. If you're looking to get some type of tree service, give them a call and get a quote from one of their scouts.

The team at WTS is great to work with. Needed them after recent RI storms, where a 120 foot Split oak came down. Scheduling was a breeze and a big job was done way quicker than expected. Call them first.

They were exceptionally professional and fast! Their state of art equiptment had them done with 18 trees by after lunchtime! They minded our sprinkler system and protected areas we cared about!
WTS goes the extra mile and we'll only use them from now on!

We’ve purchased firewood from these guys for the last 7 years and this year . I feel like they gave me more waste that we had to get rid of 8 full wheel barrels full of waste. I get there’s going to be some but what the hell . We won’t be getting it from here next year . Sorry

We have been a customer of this company for tree service and firewood. The deal is we pay a premium, in cash, for tumbled wood that removes most of the mess. However, in the 2 cords we bought on 10/3, they delivered this terrible mess, which is obviously not tumbled and has left a mess. If you’re buying wood here because of the reduced mess they offer, please beware. I’ll post a photo of it as I’m halfway through stacking it. I’ll post more pictures of the total remaining mess when I’m finished stacking.

Contacted them for an estimate in late Sept. Their estimate was in the middle of the range of the six estimates received. I went with them because of good reviews on our city Facebook group.
They told me they were scheduling 3-4 weeks out, which was perfect because my neighbor needed to coordinate their fence install with the tree removal.
I gave them the green light on October 6 and reinforced the time sensitivity. Nothing from them for weeks, so I called on Nov 6 and was curtly informed “you’re still on the list.”
They completed the tree removal on Nov 26 and the stump grinding the following week, 7+ weeks after I hired them.
They did a decent enough job but the experience overall warranted this rating. And my neighbors now have to wait until spring to get their fence done.
In the future, I’d recommend Crown Cleaners instead.

I ordered 2 cords of wood and it was delivered really dirty it smells like dog poop it has mold all over it , it’s really wet and soft and breaks apart easily making me believe it’s not hardwood at all. The emails I sent none came out to come see what was delivered to fix the problem or to refund my money as the delivery was nothing like described on their website as clean and 100% seasoned wood, and I am very upset that no one will at least come out and get the wood back even though I provided pictures the day it was delivered .

Professional from the guy who gave the estimate and explained about the damage that would of been done had the trees just been chopped to the guys who worked around the wires and cleaned up the lawn and took the wood. Was charged only 500 extra for them to remove the rest of a tree and all the wood from a previous company that I couldn't afford to pay there price . Will recommend them to anyone and will be doing more service with them on two bigger trees in the spring . Can't say enough about them and they are top notch from there office help to there tree guys . Wouldn't find anyone else for such a great price 1700

Bob and the crew from American tree service provided expert service!
They are highly efficient and took down a few problem trees that were dead but were tricky because they were near structures.
At the end of the day everything was clean and neat.
Bob made sure we were happy with everything that was completed.
I will use Bob as my arborist from now on and I would highly recommend American Tree Service!

American Tree Service is an excellent tree company. They are informative, reliable, thorough, patient, skilled, and incredibly respectful with client’s property. They did an amazing job not only with tree cutting but the clean up was impeccable. American Tree Service went above and beyond my expectations. Bob even came this winter in a snowstorm to take a tree off of my power lines while I was away. This is a company that you can trust and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Bob and his crew did an excellent job at our home removing several trees. He was very quick to respond to our original inquiry and came out within a few days to give us a quote. The team worked very hard and efficiently and were able to complete the job in one day. They left the property in great shape and took care to try to minimize any impact to our lawn. Highly recommend to all.
