Could not say more great things about Bob and his crew at American Tree Service! Highly recommend! They were quick, safe, affordable, thorough— and completely cleaned up the entire job with zero mess left behind. Awesome service! This was for my own personal property, but I have already recommended them to my real estate colleagues and clients.

Was going to lead off by characterizing my experience as exactly how a treework service should always be but instead it is more apt to say this is the model for how ANY small business should operate. From the first contact to the last interaction, everything went better than I expected. I have had poor past experiences with multiple other tree companies but I've found my go-to now. Where to start?

They were not pushy (like other companies)

They were very detail-oriented, documenting every single cut and trite ask of mine (and I had lots particular asks) and exhibited great patience

Quote was reasonable (I was going to shop around and get other estimates but Bob was so kind and caring I couldn't see myself going with anyone else)

The owner and staff were very responsive, respectful, and professional

They walked me through the job before the work began and after

The clean-up blew my mind (this was a sore spot with other companies I've dealt with): I was nervous I'd be picking up branches for weeks but they were beyond thorough

All in all I can say with confidence this company goes beyond the industry standard.

It goes without saying that I highly recommend American Tree Service. Sometimes the saying "too good to be true" doesn't apply when you have the right people dedicated to making their clients' experience spectacular.

Bob and his team did an absolutely fantastic job and exceeded my expectations both in speed, precision, and, like others have mentioned, the cleanup.

During the consultation, Bob was patient and informative and helped us prioritize those trees that posed greater immediate risk to our property and those that could wait. Scheduling was a cinch. On the day of, his crew quickly got to work and were quick to leave a mountain of woodchips at my request. I really appreciated that.

Working with American Tree was a great experience! I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again. Bob was prompt in coming to meet for an evaluation and providing the estimate and very communicative during the service. The team was conscientious, efficient and did the work exactly as expected. They cleaned every last bit of debris. Awesome experience!

Very, very good experience with this company. The team was punctual, professional, and very hard (and expertly) working. We had some tree removal and trimming done in connection with a solar installation. Owner Bob was right there throughout the work, taking time to explain the approach, checking whether we were satisfied with the work, and even explaining the likely effect on the remaining trees. He's clearly very knowledgeable and caring.
If I need tree work done in the future, this is who I would call.

Bob is very personable and extremely knowledgeable.
He did a wonderful job removing a very tall pine tree that had started to fall but was stuck in branches of a tall oak tree. It was a difficult job but Bob and his crew completed it without an issue. When the job was done all signs of the tree were gone. He's an honest man and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend American Tree

Highly recommend! They were quick to come out and give a quote which was very reasonable. The day of the job they showed up when they said they would and walked through the job with me again to ensure that everything that was in the original quote was addressed. They were incredibly careful when it came to my lawn, sprinklers and house while working efficiently to get the job done. Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with American Tree Service and will be using them for all my future tree needs.

Great work and great team. Owner is on site with the team and checks in throughout the job. Had a neat piece of equipment that was able to get into the back yard and was rated to go above a septic tank. Great alternative than having a crane come it! Reasonable price and offered to trim back some other branches he felt would be an issue at no added cost. Cleaned up the area after as well and stacked wood where I wanted in a neat pile. Will have them back again for more work!

I have 6 acres with a lot of Gypsy Moth damage from 2016. Bob from American Tree Service cleared the dead trees near my large shed. Now I can sleep thru storms better! Thanks Bob. He is a licensed arborist and realy knows his trade. *****

American Tree Service did an incredible job on our tree cutting/trimming project. Bob came to give us a bid and was so professional and respectful. His team came too were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Our project couldn’t look better and we highly highly recommend Bob and his team.

Bob and his team are first class all the way. From original estimate to removal of trees, the communication was clear, the price was fair and the crew operated in a very safe manner. Jeremy and Cam, who did the removals, were personable and professional as was Jay who came to pick up the logs. A+ by all involved.

Great work, removed 3 trees (2 of them in a tight spot) and trimmed a large tree that was hanging over my house . Removed all the waste and left my yard spotless. I will use them again in the future. Thanks

Had a tree with overgrown vines fall onto my fence after a bad storm. Called American Tree Service and they called me back first thing the next morning and came to provide a quote a couple of hours later. I called another tree company the same day I called ATS and it took them 4 days to return my call.

Bob was highly knowledgeable and excellent at communicating other issues he noticed and his game plan. They were booked out 6-8 weeks, however, they worked with me, squeezed me in between jobs, and showed up within a week.

The guys that showed up had me walked them thru the job, let me know if they found any additional issues, and so many of them arrived it turned what could’ve been a 6-8hr job into a 2hr job.

I highly recommend them and plan to reach out for any future jobs I have.

Bob and his crew did a wonderful job recently removing and trimming trees. They were efficient and professional. They also did an excellent clean up. I would definitely recommend them.

American Tree Service made my trees healthier by cutting the rotten branches hanging over my driveway and home. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

So happy with American Tree Service. They arrived promptly in the morning and took down two large trees in a tight space quickly and efficiently, and thinned the crown of another. Every leaf and twig was cleared away and they even raked the gravel driveway before they left mid afternoon. I would recommend them highly. Thank you, Bob!

100 year old, 100ft tall white pines. After multiple companies told me that I needed to move my shed to make the job possible, or that they would need to use a heavy crane in the driveway, or just refused to take on the job entirely, I found American Tree Service. They just simply did it with a bucket and a few meticulous equipment operators that could thread a needle with their machines. The efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism was truly refreshing. Job well done.
