Bob and his team removed several trees from my back yard and ground down the stumps. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesistate to utilize their services again.

I had them remove several trees and trim others. The whole crew were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The job was completed efficiently and the yard was restored to its original condition. Excellent experience.

The guys from American Tree Service, Inc. did a fantastic job today. They cut down 4 huge trees and finished everything and the cleanup in under 4 hours! You’d never even know they were here. Bob was great to deal with, they even had an opening and was able to schedule us in much earlier than originally thought. Highly recommend Bob and the team from American Tree Service, Inc.

American Tree Service (Coventry) just left our home. Their work was truly 5 star +. We used them about 4 years ago, so when more work was needed, we didn’t hesitate to call Bob and his team.

They took trees down that needed to be cut, but they also trimmed others which will make them healthier, and prolong their life. I like that Bob talked to us about the what and why of the work we wanted done. Our older, but very overgrown birch looks like a new tree, amazing and beautiful, I’m so glad it didn’t have to be cut down. Thank you Bob for letting us know it was not dying, it just needed some appropriate trimming!

They cleaned up, really well, and didn’t damage the yard/lawn. If we need more work done in the future, we will not hesitate to call American Tree Service.

My wife and I have had at least 4 rounds of tree work and 2 or 3 rounds of stump grinding with American Tree Service. Bob is truly a rare find nowadays, it seems. He's quick to respond to an initial inquiry, comes to the job and works with his crew the whole time the trees are being cut, makes sure everything is as clean as possible when the job is finished, and actually asks you to come check out everything to make sure you're satisfied with the service before they wrap everything up. As a homeowner of 20 years, I can say without hesitation that Bob's work is second to none, and I mean that across the board in terms of all trades out there. There's no way you will find a better tree company than this one. The pic I put up is the crane truck that they hire for big jobs. Same feedback - professional, careful, thoughtful, quick, and well worth the fee assessed.

Extremely professional and friendly from my first interaction with Bob. I had a massive bifurcated tree that had branches hanging over power lines and close to my house, so needed to be careful when removing. The foreman Logan and his crew were at my house from 7:30 to 5 carefully working. I was nervous my front yard would get torn up during the removal but they were careful and respectful of my yard. No damage to the lawn and they cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Rob for an estimate and he was professional out of the gate. Knowledgeable, dependable, workmanship are second to none. Every component of what we spoke about was taken care of. They are very clean also! I would highly recommend American Tree!

I called American Tree Service because I noticed that a 75' pine tree was rotting and may have fallen on my neighbor's property. Bob immediately identified two Beech trees that were infected and two rotting maples that may have fallen on my property.

Access was a problem to the 75' pine, so the crew cleared a bunch of saplings to create a path to avoid my septic tank, which was a concern.

The crew arrived at 730 am, as promised; the five large trees were cleared, and my yard was tidied up by 10:00 am.

Quite honestly, I do not know how you could get a better tree service.

Bob and the crew at American Tree Service did a fantastic job helping us gain back some of our yard and open up our lot for a solar project. I have never seen such an efficient crew, working safely to remove about a dozen large oaks and maples, some of which were tangled up in the wires out front. Bob runs a great business and helped us plan this project over the course of several months, as we waited to find out about solar permits and incentive allocations. We couldn't be happier and will now have > 80% solar production and firewood for years to come!

Had an extremely large tree to be removed with many obstacles- power lines, rock wall etc. -American tree had the skilled personnel/experience to handle this task. Provided estimate and services within a reasonable time frame and provided excellent yard clean up following job. Highly recommend!!!

This tree company was very professional, friendly and safe. They were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end and left our yard in good shape when they left. The trees were very tall and very close to our house. It was pretty incredible to watch them take both of them down safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely have them return to remove and clean up more of my trees in the future.

I could go on forever about how wonderful this company is. Bob and his crew are exactly as their mission statement expresses. Bob went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I made changes on the day of the work and he had no problem working with me. Logan, Cam and Bill were incredible. Hard working, friendly and respectful. I contacted Bob and he arrived gave me a great quote on removing 5 trees and trimming a large oak that had large branches hanging over my wires. His crew arrived right on time and confirmed all that needed to be done, I must let you know that the three young men were professional and answered any and all of my questions. There work was great and the clean up made the yard look better than before they showed up. Without a doubt I WILL use them anytime I have tree removal or pruning. WOW! Just WOW! If Google had a 10 star rating, that is what I would give Bob and his crew. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Bob was referred to us because we had an approximately 260 year old enormous widow maker of an Ash tree in our front yard. Huge limbs had already destroyed part of our fence, bent our gutter, and pulverized our mailbox. Bob promptly met with us to assess our situation and immediately recognized the dangers posed by the tree, not only to our 216 year old home, but to anyone driving or even walking by (our road is part of a historic hiking trail). With 99% of the tree already dead, he knew he had to act quickly for everyone's safety. He was able to prioritize us due to the extreme nature of the situation and offered us a very reasonable quote for such a monumental task. His professionalism was evident from the very beginning, as was/is his passion and love for what he does. He not only genuinely cares about his customers, but for the environment as well. Bob and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in less than 5 hours (this includes set-up of equipment, taking down the tree, stacking the tree limbs in a pile for us, AND cleaning up). They worked together like a well-oiled machine, efficiently and seemingly without effort, all while totally enjoying what they do. It was quite a joy to watch them work and an even bigger relief to watch the tree come down safely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I hired this company to remove 7 very mature trees from my very small fenced in back yard. Owner Bob and his crew showed up on time on the agreed date. They proceeded to set up and rake down 7 trees and with precision and expertise, avoiding any damage to my fence or surrounding neighbors property. The process only took a little over a day. After multiple estimates from other companies Bob from American Tree was a breath of fresh air. He actually listened to me, instead of talking at me. We went tree by tree and he marked them and gave me a written estimate. I told him I would be getting other estimates to cross reference and he was absolutely no pressure as far as booking.

He fully communicated every process, and was in touch to keep me in the loop on scheduling.

We had 30+ trees removed around the house and driveway. They were close to the house and with a new paint job coming I wanted to reduce the shade. Most trees were very close to the house. He came a week before and trimmed some trees so the crane could have room to operate. There is no access to my yard so the job had to be completed from the driveway.

The day came and the team worked like a well oiled machine. Chopping started around 8:30. Massive trees were flying over the house, as the kids watched in awe. By 2:30 the trees were stacked in a neat pile and my property was cleaner than when they arrived.

Bob listened, communicated, and perfectly executed the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. When the time comes I will be hiring them again.

They did a great job. Well organized team and they all knew their role. Very well executed and they left our property clean. It was fun watching as they took some trees over the top of our 2 story house, and they use quality equipment to speed up the process. I gave already recommended American Tree to neighbors.
